The House Cafe Corner

My husband and I discovered this charming café during our last trip to Istanbul—every dish and drink was absolutely delicious and unforgettable. Three years later, we returned to Istanbul, and I actually found the café again through an old photo’s location tag on my iPhone—still just as amazing and delightful as we remembered!

Another great spot for Turkish breakfast and coffee. It’s my another choice when Cesme is too crowded or has a long queue. The food quality here is very nice, and the variety they offer makes for a satisfying meal. A solid alternative if you’re looking for something good without the wait.

It was at the heart of the Teşvikiye. If the weather permits you can sit outside if not indoors was also very historic and magical. Having our coffee break there was a very good decision. I will revisit the place while I am in Istanbul. Best of all was the atmosphere.

We had coffee and tea at this corner cafe. The place was packed so I couldn’t take a lot of photos and definitely not videos. Also the service was a little bit slow due to the same reason.

Food was tasty and served well and hot. Outdoor seating and ambience very nice. Staff were nice and helpful.

My experience at The House Café Corner was an absolute disaster. Both the food and the service were extremely bad. The dishes were poorly prepared and not enjoyable at all, and the staff was inattentive and unhelpful throughout our visit. To make matters worse, the outdoor seating felt unsafe — the umbrella above us looked like it was going to fall, yet no one on staff bothered to fix it or even check. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend it.”

Finally some place with good service and polite staff. The food is great and the prices are fair for the quality we get. It also has the best menu I've seen in a while, with pictures and explanations in English. Will definitely come back!
