The House Hotel Karaköy

The hotel was very accommodating, and had a very spacious layout. Very clean, great location and accessible to many shops and restaurants within walking distance! The staff are more then welcoming and want you to have the best experience possible. The rooms are nice and spacious as well and the prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place! Will return to this hotel once back in Karaköy!

Beautiful hotel and rooms - as soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted with super friendly receptionists who are really helpful and make you feel very welcome. The lobby is stunningly beautiful and feels very grand, as originally it was a bank (even with the original vaults downstairs, which are now a wine cellar and meeting room) The bedrooms are equally as beautiful, with an all marble bathroom it feels very decadent. The breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and wonderfully delicious. With a choice of freshly cooked eggs, pancakes, waffles and so on all cooked to your liking. The location is brilliant, a quiet road off of the main hustle of Karakoy, and very close to the bridge that takes you to the historical part of the city. I can't fault this hotel - I would totally recommend it.

This hotel was absolutely stunning with tall ceilings, beautiful decor, and comfy beds. We had a gorgeous granite/marble shower with all the amenities. My only complaint was on our last night around 9pm, the AC in the building malfunctioned and the hotel didn't do much about it. They didn't provide fans or any assistance on an 80 degree night. It made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Overall, it was a clean, beautiful hotel with one minor hiccup

Hi there! it is only my second day out of five but had to rewrite this review as fast as possible. I can really tap my shoulder for my good research. This hotel is phenomenal! Area: safe and modern area due to the banks next doors. the river is just 5 min walk from the hotel. Overall excellent. Hotel main area: I love boutique hotels and this one top everything. extremely friendly staff, helping where they can, clean, the smell in the common area is perfumed with a subtle send of wood and something else. decor, colors etc is A+. Was Room: Beautiful decoration (wood brown green.) Overall a must for the price, location and quality! cheers ingo

A lovely style hotel, we had some issues on the Friday and Saturday night with excessive noise from the bars outside. We were in room 111 at the front of the hotel. We were moved to another room on Sunday because we could not sleep. The staff were very apologetic and moved us to a much quieter room at the back of the hotel. The hotel is very well located for the tram and lots of good local restaurants. The hotel bar serves good drinks as well with great service.

This is absolutely the best hotel for us. Beautiful rooms with great amenities, furniture and amazing beds. But the best experience at this hotel is created by its amazing team that makes you feel like home. Every time we come here we love it more and more. Thank you, dear team for this beautiful stay again. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful hotel and room but no views from the room. Staff's are very friendly, the young male and female staffs working for the breakfast restaurant in particular. The hotel is located in a very good location, between old and new part of the city centre. Over all I would highly recommend the hotel even if I was not that impressed with the quality of their breakfast. Will definitely come back if I visit Istanbul again.

Fantastic hotel. Great service - we got upgraded to an attic room with a lovely small balcony - the room was beautifully and tastefully decored (very homely pictures and furniture) with kettle and coffee machine in the room. The Spa was also great - we used it every day - got a wet and dry sauna and a nice Turkish hammam which you can use for free. Breakfast was also fantastic, and finally location is great - walking distance (or tram if really lazy) to all the attractions and nightlife.. (oh- great restaurants around as well). Well we'll recommended.
