Typical Portuguese pastry shop. We enjoyed in particular our afternoon coffee with cake here. There is not much space but it’s really cozy here. I recommend this place.

We heard from a taxi driver that this pastry shop is quite old and offers delicious traditional desserts. We had pumpkin cake, chocolate cake and an egg pudding. They were very sweet, especially the pumpkin cake and the pudding. The interior was small and cozy with a few small tables. If given sufficient time I would try more varieties of their desserts.

Lots of choice, lovely coffee and welcoming friendly staff. Lovely seating area outside in shade.

I walked into this tea house attracted by its old, traditional look, and I ended up loving it. I'm not a tea drinker, but really enjoyed the Lucia Lima tea (lemon verbena). I tried two pastry/cakes in the store. They were very good, so I ended up buying 3 more kinds to takeout. While I was growing wary of sugar bomb Portuguese cakes and egg yolk-based treats, several of the cakes that I tried were delicious and not overly sweet. Specifically, the coconut mimo, chocolate cake, and almond roll cake that I tried were not overly sweet, while the signature (?) Algarvia Trilogy and Real Isabel cakes, although good, had the level of sweetness that I am used to experiencing in Portuguese cakes. The staff were polite and welcoming. The Ukrainian staff member spoke English very well.

One of the best Pastelaria’s in Portimão. They make fantastic regional sweets, cakes etc and great teas and coffees. They have seating inside or out. We visit a few times per trip, in Center of Portimao. Make to stop by and try the regional cakes, you will not find them in most other bakeries

An old school bakery where you can see the staff cutting the fruit they will use on the pastry. The decorations, the staff, the "no-wifi" set-up, and the furniture gives you the perfect experience. We had a house tea, which tasted amazing. As for the cakes, the selection is too vast to give suggestions, so just go and choose what your eyes want to have. Enjoy!

Passed by this place while looking for a place for dinner, and decided to come back for dessert. The pastries are made fresh and were very delicious. The lady at the counter was really friendly and helpful, translating what all the various options were. Highly recommended.
