I had high expectations given the brand’s luxury positioning, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Shipping took almost 3 months . The chair broke after minimal use. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely let down. For a brand that claims to offer premium quality, the product and service were anything but. I cannot recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliability or quality.

I ordered a tray which came in screws out that won’t screw back in. For the price paid I was expecting alot more from this service and quality of the product

Do not buy...absolutely low quality products peddled as designer. If you go to stores you will get them at far less price. They will show something and deliver something else
