THE HOWRAH HOTEL

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean or well-maintained, definitely not worth the high charges they took. The staff, especially the receptionist and the canteen workers, were extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. Definitely not value for money.

It's a good experience, the staff is very polite and nice ,very good hospitality. They are patient and the ambience is neat and clean. It's a must visit, as it is near to railway station, good security services. They are very polite and helpful. They are gonna guide you throughout . It's a beautiful place to stay for a day.

It's a wonderful experience staying in The Howrah Hotel. House Keeping was prompt as well as Room Service also.Cmplimentary B/Fast were awesome with fresh and with their authentic flavours. I would like to mention about the lounge where you can read all the newspaper with a cup of cappuccino and enjoy the mansoon outside from this glass room. Planning my next visit with my family. Highly recommend.

Scammers u learn well. We are educated. Sorry sir we got harresed in the morning. I am a girl just 10 years old. Ok. I saw my father in your counter my sibling was crying then. M educated not a fraud. Scammed ✔️ don't book this. checked in on 6th morning at six am. They charged well. We told them leaving next day on seventh morning we reached around 6.30 to check out. They print the bill checking out at 6.57a.m. They asked us we had stayed for two days. For just extra half am hour the took our hard earned money. If they could have called us about the system we were rather ready before that. But they fraudly took our money. The receptionist said he will take our phone if we didn't paid. Very rude behaviours. Fraudsters 🫠

The service and hospitality offered is not satisfactory. Not Good for family. Dirty toilet and basin. Behaviour of receptionist and other staff is very rude. In spite of that Price is too high. Overall not a good hotel to stay.

Best hotel near railway howrah railway station 5 min walk in time .Budget hotel non ac-1200-2000..Ac-2000-4000... Breakfast free 1 time... morning...Only problem..bathroom flush in non ac room..Awesome taste ...Room service is good .

One of the worst hotel in Kolkata... Staff behaviour very rude ...proce is too high not good for family.... I suggest not stay in this khandahar old heritage...bakwas
