Everything about this resort is just excellent. The location is right on the main road with a wide view of River Kosi. The staff is courteous, polite, and helpful. I would like to mention Babita especially in the restaurant who took great care of our group of 8 adults and 2 kids.

The resort is well-maintained and beautifully located, making it a great choice for a family stay and relaxation. The hospitality is commendable as well. However, it may not be ideal for weddings due to the lack of a large banquet hall for functions. Additionally, there is room for improvement in food quality and crew services. We also encountered multiple issues with the room keys, as the electric locks were not functioning properly. This required us to frequently call the hotel crew to open the doors, which resulted in a somewhat frustrating experience.

We booked the 5-bedroom bungalow and were impressed by its spaciousness and the beautiful lawn. The rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with our requests. A notable instance was when one of my friend’s trolley bags got jammed, and the staff promptly helped us open it. The food, although with limited options, was excellent in quality and taste. However, there was a minor letdown regarding the temperature-controlled swimming pool. We were excited to use the pool in the morning, but we were informed that the motor/heater needed to be turned on 6 hours in advance to warm it up. Unfortunately, this hadn’t been done, and the water was too cold to use. Given that guests might want to use the pool, the staff could have either proactively warmed it up or checked with us in advance about our plans to use it. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great service, but addressing small details like the pool preparation would make the experience even better.

Our experience at Hridayesh Resorts in Jim Corbett was disappointing. One of the main issues was the lack of hot water. We had to leave the tap running for 10-15 minutes to get any warm water, which was extremely inconvenient and added to so much wastage of water. Worse yet, they were willing to disturb other guests to give us just two buckets of hot water - unbelievable and unprofessional approach. The property also seemed ill-prepared to handle large groups. The staff was inattentive, and there was lack of coordination. Our orders were either forgotten or food meant for our tables was delivered to others. The experience frustrating. The overall vibe of the resort felt gloomy. Even with all the lights switched on, the rooms remained dark. One can't read a book inside the room or even the restaurant for that matter. Overall a gloomy atmosphere, where the whether played a role as well. The buffet spread was decent but overly very spicy food. The vegetarian soups were extremely spicy and breads were hard to eat. Also, there was no dish reflecting the local cuisine in any of the meals, which would have been nice. Despite the beautiful location, Hridayesh Resorts left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our stay was far from enjoyable.

I would give this resort zero stars if I could. We had a terrible experience during our stay. We were there to attend a friend's wedding, and one of our friend's valuables, including money and fine jewelry, were stolen. When we confronted the hotel staff about it, they were very casual, as if this happens every day at their place. We asked the front desk associates to call the managers, and they delayed it for two hours. When the managers finally arrived, they were of no help. They were not at all interested in resolving the issue or investigating, and instead kept insisting that the items must have been misplaced and that it was our fault. The hotel keys are mostly with the housekeeping staff, and we believe one of them was responsible. The audacity of the hotel staff to not take any responsibility for this, and the managers' complete lack of respect for their guests, was shocking. They searched our room but never questioned their staff, not even once. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this kind of experience.

Thanks Team for a great family stay in room 304 from 25th Jan to 27th Jan. Food, ambience were way above 5star. Only thing is central gesyer line never works and we had to take bath amd brushing in cold water in this winter. I suggest,each room should have individual geysers put up which shall cost nothing more than 1 to 1.5lac if bought in bulk We got tired of speaking to reception for constant 2 days. Hope management does something on this.

Had a really horrible experience. One of my friends money and jewellery was stolen from her room, and the staff's response to this was pathetic. We went there for a wedding and she had the room keys with her at all times. Her room was accessed by one of the employees in her absence. She had ordered something from the restaurant before this where two of the staff, Ravi and Kailash, came inside the room and saw where she had kept her wallet while making the payment.||Next day when she was checking out, she realised that her wallet was open and all the cash, along with a gold chain which was the last gift from her mom before she passed away was gone. When we reported this to the resort, they had the most casual response to it. The staff at the reception even had the audacity to laugh at us when we were looking for some resolution to this situation. When we asked to check the CCTV cameras and get some information about the restaurant staff, we were made to wait for 3 hours. Finally when the 2 managers, Anil and Arjun arrived, they had a similar pathetic and casual response to the situation. They stated that this happened for the first time but they had zero urgency to get it resolved. They were very defensive, did not take any action on the staff and did not take any responsibility. When the two guys who delivered stuff from the restaurant came to the office, they were sent back without any interrogation. They were keen to check our luggage and flip over the entire room to imply that it was our mistake, but they were not ready to search their staff's belongings.||Coincidentally, the room was also at a blind spot of the CCTV cameras, so the CCTV footage was totally useless. Being a resort that host weddings on a regular basis, where people bring a lot of jewellery, isn't it shocking that they had blind spots in their cctv coverage of the campus. All in all, it was a shocking experience and one of the worst response from the resort management and staff.
