Got trio of dips with pizza dough wedges. Amazing and perfect proportions of dips.
We ordered 2 pizzas.
King of the Mountain and Capricorn Dancer. They were perfect. Bases and toppings cooked to perfecting.
King of the Mountain so much flavour and topped with freshly grated parmisan after it come out of the oven. The Capricorn Dancer. Yummy.
All fresh ingredients. The pizza is wood fired. You see the pizzario make then in front of you. With house made dough. It's impressive to see them at work.
The place was super clean and they really take pride in what they do. I was observing them clean. Wow. They really impressed me.
Had a local cider Apple and Berry, hubby had his 2nd choice beer as first choice was our of stock.
Then dessert apple and custard calzone aka apple turnover was a must.
The music was delightful. The wood for was lovely and keep the place very warm.

Always a lovely experience coming in for lunch. It’s always so peaceful and friendly, the trio dip & garlic bread are absolute delicious starters.
Their menu variety is wonderful with options suitable for most dietary needs.
The gelatos are also a must have to finish off your meal if I do say so myself.

Popped in to grab a drink and an ice cream. The lady who served us was lovely and really polite. Ice cream was fantastic and hot chocolate was great as well. Highly recommend!

Loved it! I went up and talked to the chef about pizza dough as she made our pizzas. Got some great tips! The fireplaces were really nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to eat after a huge day riding :)

Great little spot, excellent pizza. Also tried the cheese cake, it was so silky smooth and delicious. It was nice having cake sitting by the fire while hubby rode in the rain.
Excellent facilities in town as well.

The staff were the nicest, most helpful group of people I have ever met! They went above and beyond, even meeting me outside of the restaurant in secret to arrange a surprise birthday dessert for my partner! Food was amazing, staff even better. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We throughly enjoyed our evening meal in The Hub. Liz was delightful and made us feel really welcome to Derby. The pizzas were 10/10. The restaurant was cosy and had a nice buzz. Would definitely recommend
