The Illusionist at the Palace Theater

Must watch show! Kevin had us mind blown the entire show, my husband and I went here for the first time and had a blast. Great energy, good drinks and full of magic! Can’t wait to be back in the near future

Kevin continues to delight us with his jaw-dropping magic tricks. This season, he has introduced even more tricks and new segments, and my favorite was the street magic. It was the perfect way to spend an evening, enjoying live magic from such an entertaining and funny magician.

The location was awesome, ate at China Live beforehand and it was an easy meander down to the Clock Shop and into the Palace Theatre. We thought a lot of what might have gone down in these parts many many moons before us. We got the cocktail flight (definitely get there early because there will be a line), heads up they make a good stiff drink! There is another very cool looking bar for the non-magic flight partakes. Kevin Blake was hilarious and the show was fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

What a fun surprise! We walked down the stairs through a vintage clock shop, and then though the lounge area with cool Victorian furnishings, and into the sweet cabaret theater. The bar area was like being in an old castle - maybe Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings vibe. We had never been to the Palace Theater before, and it was such a lovely venue. The We Call it Jazz music and experience was phenomenal, the environment was beautiful. Exceptionally energetic & soulful keyboardist Charles Chan really grabbed our attention, as did the amazing saxophonist, standup bass and female singer!!! We really Loved it!! Thank you Secret Santa Francisco & Fever Tickets!

We attended the show Con Man by Ben Seidman and it was awesome. My husband loves magic and he had no idea how Ben performed some of his amazing feats. Loved the venue as well. Small & intimate. Speakeasy entrance with 1920s bar/feel.

This is my fourth Kevin Blake show. He is an extraordinary talent and I think even the biggest sceptic in any party is guaranteed to have an amazing time. Kevin is warm, funny, interacts well with the audience and makes everyone feel a fun part of the show. It is a great cabaret venue with excellent staff. All round one of my favourite nights out in SF.

This was an incredible show! Really amazing. You’ve probably seen “magic shows” before, but this is a whole other level. SF resident 25 years, never heard of this place before but so glad I found out about it. Took my aging parents to this for the holidays and it was the highlight of their stay. 5 stars, will repeat, would give 6 if it was possible. Kevin Blake is an amazing talent. Can’t wait to go again for season 4!
