The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

Formal dining experience good. Waiters very attentive helpful and polite. We hate translucent bathroom doors in bedroom. Cannot leave light on shabbat /chag. Need proper conventional doors on bathroom

We had the most fantastic weekend. Nearly everything was exceptional. The food, the rooms and even the service. The only thing exception was, on Shabbat, around 12 in the afternoon, housecleaning came around to clean the room so we went out but my husband left his cap in the room. When we came back the cap was no where to be found. The room was nice and clean though. In other words, don’t trust the cleaners and when you leave the room don’t leave your valuables behind.

We had an exceptional stay at the Inbal Jerusalem. Everything exceeded our expectations – the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and the swimming pool was a real highlight for relaxation. From start to finish, the staff made us feel truly welcome. This hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Jerusalem. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return

This is my first time in the Inbal Hotel. You enter a big lobby, and you are greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable, with large bathrooms. What really impressed me was the quality of the food. Breakfast and dinner were great. If you are there on the weekend, expect a lot of people. The executive lounge and bar 22 were amazing and definitely recommended. There is a nice outdoor pool and very well-equipped gym.

The hotel is not 5 star but good. Staff are not that friendly and will not go the extra mile. The room was ok, was clean but needed some work. We did not eat at the hotel. And we made the mistake of being there over the weekend and having to endure the Israeli families, never great. The hotel is in a fantastic location about 20/25 minutes from Jaffa gate and the area is quiet. The pool area is very large so always somewhere to sit and the pool boys do remove towels from those saving seats. For what we wanted it was fine. Would probably not go back although the position is great

Staying at the Inbal was everything I expected and more. Great room, clean, great staff, and great breakfast. We like to walk in Jerusalem, so great location: 5-15 minute walk to lots of restaurants; 20-25 minute walk to old city; 20-25 minute walk to city center Recommend highly

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful… Really perfect warm and friendly and always stepped up to the plate to help… The food was excellent at the hotel… The pool is beyond amazing I had a few massages. They were fantastic. I will definitely be back I was there for 10 days and every day was wonderful.

Very nice. Ideally located in Jerusalem. Breakfast is a must. The other restaurants are also very good. The large heated swimming pool is serious plus opened until 9 pm
