I stayed at the Inbal Hotel a few months ago and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is also perfect for exploring Jerusalem, and the amenities, from the pool to the restaurants, make your stay there even more enjoyable. I always look forward to the Soup Festival, which runs until March 3 this year. Recently, I went with some friends and absolutely loved it! The festival offers a variety of soups served buffet-style with delicious toppings, and you can try as many as you like. I even sampled the chocolate fudge cake and cheesecake from the dessert menu, and the portion sizes were very generous.

I had never stayed at the Inbal before, and didn't know quite what to expect. It was an excellent stay. A very nice room, a pleasant lounge, a good work space (this was a business trip), a fine breakfast. Even a more-than-functional gym. I also really liked the location, on the edge of Talbiye. I walked all over the place, through beautiful streets. More than any of those things, the staff (especially Yaniv) were helpful, pleasant, and professional. Oh, and they have a special soup buffet in the afternoons!

From the moment I arrived the experience felt quietly elevated. The welcome and check in was efficient and personal. The lobby was elegant with a wonderful scent, local touches and towering Jerusalem stone. There was no wait and the staff personally walked us to the elevator and room.||The rooms are immaculately maintained -spotless, quiet, thoughtfully designed. It gave a sense of calm, no mechanical noises, no overlooked details and no hint of wear. The welcome tray with fresh fruit, macaroons, a rich chocolate truffle and jewel-like lokum (Turkish delight) perfectly captured Jerusalem’s blend of Middle Eastern warmth and European refinement. ||A standout detail was the Molton Brown amenities offered in several fragrances including Coastal Cypress& Sea Fennel. It’s a small touch that says a lot about the hotel’s standards and attention to sensory experience.||The food was unbelievable. If staying here, it’s an absolute must to select the breakfast and dinner option. Both are served as huge buffets with seemingly endless choices — and every single dish was excellent. The only small disappointment was the lack of coconut milk, which would have been appreciated given the otherwise exceptional variety.||The Inbal achieves what few hotels manage: genuine care wrapped in quiet sophistication. I would return without hesitation.

What a wonderful location, staff, cleanliness and attention to detail. It will be a true gift, to have my travel group return here for a future stay. Only slight hickup, was a meal purchased on my card with friends, also ended up on my room charges. It was quickly remedied with a momentary stop at the front desk.

Inbar Jerusalem is right on the beach, which is stunning. Unfortunately, our room faced the street which was a little disappointing! Our window, a big, lovely one that was meant to open and close, had a broken handle so it didnt function. (except that we could indeed see through it! ;-) ||Tye location of the hotel is ideal. An easy walk to the Jaffa Gate entrance to the Old City, and also to 2 wonderful pedestrian shopping centers, Mamilla and the First Station. Lots of restaurants are right nearby (try Barbak Pizza!) as well as a big, gorgeous municipal park.||The breakfast buffet was the biggest we'd seen in Israel, (and the Inbar was the 3rd hotel on our tour.) The food was delicious and there were a million choices, but I noticed that the million choices were the same ones every day. ||The room itself was well-appointed but small for the money, though the extra-comfy bathrobes and slippers and the very, very comfy bed went a long way to make up for it. ||We enjoyed the Inbal; you probably will too!

We had the most fantastic weekend. Nearly everything was exceptional. The food, the rooms and even the service. The only thing exception was, on Shabbat, around 12 in the afternoon, housecleaning came around to clean the room so we went out but my husband left his cap in the room. When we came back the cap was no where to be found. The room was nice and clean though. In other words, don’t trust the cleaners and when you leave the room don’t leave your valuables behind.

The hotel is not 5 star but good. Staff are not that friendly and will not go the extra mile. The room was ok, was clean but needed some work. We did not eat at the hotel. And we made the mistake of being there over the weekend and having to endure the Israeli families, never great. The hotel is in a fantastic location about 20/25 minutes from Jaffa gate and the area is quiet. The pool area is very large so always somewhere to sit and the pool boys do remove towels from those saving seats. For what we wanted it was fine. Would probably not go back although the position is great

We had a beautiful, recentlt renovated balcony room overlooking the old city, park and windmill. We also used the upgraded executive lounge which has also had a magnificent face-lift.
