Stayed here with my husband for a weekend getaway. The room was amazing and spotless, food and cocktails at the bar were also excellent. Staff were polite and super accommodating. I loved the style of the hotel, especially the lift.

Stayed here in April foe specialist appointment and fell in love with it! Unique, a little quirky but luxurious. Food is fantastic, staff wonderful. Brodie is an awesome host who puts the customer experience first! We stayed again with our dog Chico in July and we all got spoilt! We will be going back again and again. Short walk to everything.

This is a very nice and unique hotel. It is small, looks like an inn that has been renovated, though there are many rooms. The ambience is "respected vintage", very cleverly executed. From the Reception, that it is actually the hotel bar, to the vintage elevator with all the contemporary machinery, to the room that gave the feeling of a study. Very rarely I have seen bookshelves in a hotel room. The bed was slightly softer than what we prefer, but everything else was great. The bathroom had all the amenities and it was brilliantly constructed and decorated. There was a cupboard that conveniently and elegantly stored the fridge, a wash basin, the coffee making machines, etc. Very practical, very creative. The clothes storing space was a bit small, but definitely not a problem. The hotel is located very close to the most vibrant part of the city and close to the river. If I have a complaint, this regards the fact that, though we reported a problem with the safe once we arrived, this was never taken care off. I strongly recommend the Inchcolm by Ode Hotels.

Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Like stepping back in time to where people took the time to consider the best outcomes for the patron. Room was very comfortable with a blend of old world charm and modern fixtures. Quiet at night. Restaurant downstairs offered intimate surroundings, live background music and the food was 5 star quality and larger portion sizes than expected. If you're looking for an intimate getaway that offers a bubble balancing modern convenience with antiquity, allowing you to enjoy Brisbane as a tourist destination, then this place is for you. Special mention to the care and attention afforded by the restaurant staff, and in particular Cindy, who went out of her way to look after us. The musician that played jazz in the background had a voice that was pitch perfect and sounded like Christopher Cross. All round thumbs up.

I booked this for a work trip and was so impressed-I’d read some mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect. This place is fabulous! Clean, comfy, spacious & beautifully decorated!|Free barista coffee in the morning, and happy hour and really delicious food in the evening. Thoughtful touches everywhere….i will actually be back here for personal travel so my partner can experience this hotel too! It was a delight and I’m so glad I stayed here :)

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Inchcolm. The highlights of this place are the excellent and friendly staff, the bar and drinks on offer and the heritage feel to the hotel. I booked a large heritage suite located in the older part of the hotel but was delighted to be told by Bree over the phone that I would receive a complimentary upgrade to a slightly larger City View Suite (room 307) located in the newer part of the hotel. I also booked a Inchcolm Indulge package which gave me a $100 credit to be used for drinks and food. In my opinion the indulge package is value for money and I recommend you book this option as it's quite a generous add on. As I was staying on a Sunday unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open so I used my credit on drinks. I loved the ambience of the bar and the variety of cocktails on offer was amazing. Eden was super efficient in running the bar by herself on a Sunday night which was surprisingly quite busy and she did an excellent job with serving everyone in a timely manner! I was very happy with my room, it was modern and the bathroom extremely clean with an extraction fan working 24/7 to ensure great ventilation and no mould. The only improvements I would recommend is dusting the window sills as they had a bit of dust on them and also replacing the mattress or providing a mattress topper in 307 as it did sag ever so slightly with just myself in the bed and I'm not a large person! The fact you can adjust and dim the lighting in the room you never really see in hotels and this is great and caters to people who have sensory issues with light. I really want to thank Bree and Eden who were the two staff I dealt with during my short stay. These girls are hospitality super stars and really go above and beyond to provide exemplary service and are both super friendly and efficient. I don't think the hotel would run the same without them! I would highly recommend this hotel as a first option to anyone looking to stay in Brisbane be it business or leisure. Thank you Inchcolm Team I will definitely be back!

We have just returned home after concluding our Queensland holiday with a 4 night stay at the Inchcolm hotel in Brisbane. What a fabulous stay it was. The hotel itself is historic and still maintains hints of its illustrious past - we particularly enjoyed the daily cocktails in the cosy bar. The room we had was a large heritage king room on the second floor - it was perfect for our needs. We also ate at the restaurant there each night and enjoyed the live jazz on the Saturday night - not too loud but well played with breaks between sessions. What was truly outstanding was the atmosphere created by the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special mention to Brodi, Cindy, Maria and Nichola. Although the hotel is in Spring Hill it’s an easy walk to the shopping strip through the Central station- and you can use the lifts and escalators if you’re tired coming back. Definitely worth a return visit when we go to Brisbane next!

I love this hotel! One of my favourite places to stay when visiting Brisbane. So many things to like about it - the art deco style and vibe, beautiful jazz music and cocktail lounge, complimentary treats, 5 star service from staff. Plus I enjoyed an unexpected room upgrade to a loft suite. Will always be coming back.

Yelp
This hotel has one of the best restaurants and bar of the city. They have earned a hat trough hard work, love a passion about food. Definitely a must visit.

Yelp
The rooms in this boutique hotel are luxurious, whimsical and comfortable. No boring beige standard hotel rooms. The room was a very decent size. And quiet, couldn't hear anything else in the hotel/corridors. Bed was sublimely comfortable. Toiletry products were also lovely. We were given some delicious chocolates the first night during turn down. Nothing the next. Not sure if they had been for Valentine's Day or not (put out on the 13/2). The bathroom for me was a mess - not as in not clean, but very poorly designed. The shower makes the whole bathroom flood. It's a decent size just a bad design/layout. Also, I drank a bottle of soft drink out of the mini bar which wasn't replaced the next night. Which meant that a. I couldn't drink it again, & b. made me concerned they'd charge me for it twice. When I mentioned it at check out they hadn't noticed it at all. The location is right across from Central Station, but it is isolated on weekends (by people and open businesses) but it was only a short 10 minute walk for us down to Eagle Pier, and we also walked to Fortitude Valley - which was about a 15-20 minute walk depending on where you were going.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This hotel probably has the nicest staff I have ever come across. There are only a few minor issues- My air conditioner hadn't been cleaned and was ineffective for most of the stay. (It kept saying on the dashboard it needed cleaning). The bathrooms are small but beautifully designed. However, the room was easy to get wet as the shower door doesn't really have anything to close with. I also lost a phone charger and never heard back from the staff when I enquired about it which was disappointing. However, despite this I would still return. The staff, the restaurant, and the rooms were amazing.
