If we could give 10 ⭐️ we would. What a fantastic hotel with outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The food was reasonably priced and super yummy. Would highly recommend the bar and restaurant if staying here. Even if not. 😁 The room was totally immaculate. The housekeeping department is clearly quite meticulous with regards to cleanliness. Really cool modern rooms with all the amenities needed. Even a little snack tray with some chocolates and crisps were available in case you got hungry in the night. 💚 🍫 Thank you for an amazing stay 🙏🙏

The hotel is well located just outside the centre of St Helier; about a 20 minute walk from the bus station....and the buses are amazing for getting around. My room was adequate; a genuine single but the bed wide enough and comfortable. The downside was the road noise; not so bad at the weekend as it started later. Having said that there was complimentary water, lovely white fluffy towels and flannel changed every day....and a proper hairdryer. The breakfast was 5 * for choice and quality. The bar area was comfortable and I was very happy reading there on my own. The staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel suited our requirements.

Good place to stay on Jersey, a walk about 20 minutes from town centre, up a hill for the last 100 yards. Rooms nice with quiet air con, quite a bit of road noise early in the morning. Breakfast is just about OK. Coffee and tea from a pump flask is poor, cool and disappointing. Cooked breakfast is ok, bacon on menu is described as crispy, it's not, it's wet and limp. Eggs are very fresh, in short it's transport cafe standard. We had eggs Benedict one morning, eggs were hot, ham and hollandaise was not, result when getting to second egg it was all cold. Good amount of continental though.

Had a nice time, room very clean although the beds were a little small (my husband is 6ft 4) and therefore it was quite snug. Could hear the road quite a bit from our room early in the morning, which was a shame. Food was very good, we ate here for dinner one evening, compliments to the chef..English breakfast also good.. nice touch with the bottles of complimentary water in the rooms. It was a 15 minute walk into town from here which was no problem.

Excellent ! We had a short stay hear at the Inn unfortunately, but it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed at!!! Every member of the team here is nice, polite, friendly and professional. You really have your money’s worth. They really go beyond your expectations! We had an early flight on the day we had to leave. We asked if they could call a taxi for us which they did in advance. The man at the reception came to inform us while we were at the restaurant that they booked the taxi and even advised us not to arrive to early because the airport doesn’t open at the time we would have wanted to arrive (3hrs before our flight). He was kind enough to inform and book it all for us. Best of all just to make it even more exceptional he offered to serve us breakfast earlier than usual so we don’t miss on our included breakfast. He offered to serve us at 5:00 am when they usually serve starting at 7:30am! They have hard working people who love what they do and it shows! Since it was a short stay we ate twice at the restaurant in the hotel which was excellent. No regrets at all! The service was exceptional always made sure we were okay. Every member of the restaurant was extremely professional. We had a pleasure of meeting Benard, who was our waiter evening, breakfast and evening once more. He was absolutely wonderful, professional, kind, hard working, there are literally not enough words to describe his service! Not only is the service exceptional but the rooms are clean, everything is filled nothing is missing nor broken. You even have a hair dryer and a fan for the rooms that don’t have air conditioning. You have a blind which is practical because you can have your windows open and not have bugs come in. Because in England screens don’t exist. We are sad that it was short because of the exceptional service we had. I recommend this place 100% and even 1000%. This hotel should have more than 3 stars it’s worth a lot more in my book. Thank you for the lovely welcome 💜

My wife and I had an enjoyable meal here. The restaurant area was busy but quite large and we both enjoyed our meals. We made the booking online due to our flight having been delayed and that was a straighforward process.

Staff was brilliant, room are a bit old though in good shape and clean. Breakfast (included) was good, though available space was rare. Not wheelchair accessible, a lot of stairs/steps everywhere. A bit far of town but still in walking distance

Visited with family for the bank holiday weekend as part of a birthday present for my Dad. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from St Helier. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed whilst staying there . The room we stayed in was near to the kitchen area, so the smell of food was present in the morning. It was also really hot and there were 2 fans in the room to help with the heat. The shower seal on the shower was also green which wasn't pleasant. The cooked breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice if you didn't fancy a cooked breakfast. They served cereal, yoghurt, pasties, cheese and cold meats. Loads of different teas, coffee, juice and water. Would visit again when in Jersey.
