The Inn at Palo Alto

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the trees and river with a view of the volcan Baru are spectacular. We had the river suite and highly recommend it; it's right by the pool and river. The staff are so nice and friendly, and Marcelo makes an awesome mojito! Breakfast is a nice plus, with a beautiful view of the rainforest. We had a magical stay!

We stayed at the Inn at Palo in early December. Room eight had a lovely view of the garden as well as the mountains.. The room was fairly basic no heat no air conditioning, but we didn’t need it. There was a great breeze coming through the large windows. Grounds are fantastic full of flowers and hummingbirds. We enjoyed having a drink at the bar late night as well as using the hot tub. Staff was helpful and responsive.|The day we were leaving, we hiked the El Pianista Trail which starts 10 minutes up the road. We Came back to have a great breakfast which included a bloody Mary, salmon and omelettes cooked to order. (all included with the stay.) best breakfast we’ve had in Panama.|Overall, a perfect experience

If you are looking for a tranquil, super comfortable stay then look no further! The Inn at Palo Alto offers very nice rooms, beautiful views, a pool, jacuzzi and gym. The breakfast is very good with Prosecco and Bloody Mary’s on offer too! Marcello was particularly helpful as he was in contact with us before arrival and was on hand throughout our stay to offer recommendations and help order taxis and tours. The hotel also owns 2 x restaurants in the main town, we tried Blue Fin (sushi) who were able to deliver to the hotel which was delicious! The location is slightly out of town, which we didn’t mind at all, but just be mindful you would need to get a taxi to the main centre. 10/10 would recommend a stay here!

We had a great stay at The Inn at Palo Alto. Guny was especially helpful and friendly, he provided recommendations for Boquete and was responsive to all our questions. We would definitely recommend staying here. The place is beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and it was great to have a pool/hot tub and fire pit too!

What an amazing and tranquil place surrounded by the lush forest and colorful flowers. Staff was so welcoming and helpful for all your needs. Small enough to not be crowded but enough amenities to meet your needs. Fantastic breakfast every day on the patio with a view of Volcán Barú.

The Inn at Palo Alto is lovely to look at, however I would never stay there again nor recommend|anyone else does. There is no one on site or any emergency contact number posted after 9|PM. At 9:30 we had a significant and scary electrical problem in our room (overhead light|would not turn off and there was cracking noise at the wall switch). The owner’s parents live on|the property so we went to them for help and they just shouted at us through a closed window|to, “Go to sleep.” Would that we could! Eventually the owner, Justin, showed up and treated|us extremely dismissively but did change our room. All of this soured us on our experience and|I have no reason to believe it will be

The Gardens are breathtaking- we loved the setting it felt like we were far from anyone and everything and the views are amazing! The rooms were lovely and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was brilliant a lovely buffet that !! We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely, well cared for hotel. It includes a really nice breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The gardens are stunning and the pool and hot tub add a special ambiance to the whole package. |Without a car it is,a bit of a hassle getting to and from the center of town - but should not deter you from staying here. There is also a workout room and a beautiful garden area to watch the many birds in the area.
