We loved our stay at the Inn at Solitude! The staff is what made it! Everyone was incredibly nice and did what they could to make our stay pleasant. I had read some previous comments about not enough food choices. Just remember you’re on the top of a mountain so pack well. Bring food. Bring everything you might need. They do have the restaurant on site as well as a pizza shop with salads outside. The pizza shop was a fair price for up at a ski resort and the discounts for breakfast were much appreciated! You can ski to apex which is a more advanced lift or hop on the shuttle over to Link and Moonbeam. You can also take a small hike up a hill to link if you want to avoid the shuttle. The ski lockers are very helpful! Utilize club solitude. It’s so nice! We loved sitting in the hot tubs outside and soaking in the fresh mountain air. The game room in club solitude was really fun too! Can’t wait to come back!

I always appreciate a good ski in and ski out hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. I wish that there was a garage to park the car but they do offer a valet for $15 dollars a day and will help unbury your car. They have a little 4x4 to drive you and all your luggage to the car which you have to park at the end of the little village walkway. Honestly not that far but not super convenient for unloading and loading. I always appreciate a hotel stay where I can do a couple loads of laundry and theirs is absolutely free which is nice. Cons to this is that there is only one washer so you have to wait if it’s in use. Overall I would stay here again if I’m looking for a ski in ski out hotel stay with nice staff and not horrifically busy. We even stayed between Christmas and News Years holiday week and the hotel itself did not feel overcrowded. The lift lines however were a different story.

Beautiful location. You can walk right out to the bottom of the ski lift. Amazing service! They need new sheets and towels- they were worn and rough.|Food at this resort is not great, and is expensive. The skiing, however, is wonderful! Hardly ever a line to wait in for a lift!

While the Inn at Solitude would be considered a 3.5-star hotel, I'm giving our experience 5 stars. The location of this property is about 50 yards away from one of the main lifts at Solitude, and the service from the staff at the front desk and the restaurant has been nothing short of amazing. The hotel room was a tad noisy and could use some updating, but you can't beat the location. We would definitely stay here again during the wintertime.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Among many amazing things, we were particularly impressed with the wonderful staff at the front desk and their willingness to hold our gear for the entire day on checkout day while we skied.

Our group stayed at The Inn at Solitude in two rooms on Saturday July 29. |There were three issues. |1) We were told on arrival that the rooms were not air conditioned. It was a very hot day and the rooms did not get to a comfortable temperature until the middle of the night. |2)There was a very large and noisy party (wedding group?) right outside our windows. Since the windows needed to be open, their very loud reveling sounded like it was, well, right outside our window. They didn’t break up until after 2 am and were not asked to hold it down by the hotel.|3)Upon arrival I accepted the fees for a valet service because the parking lot is some distance from the hotel. I was told to wait by the cars. No one showed up to help with the luggage or parking. The front desk said he told me to bring the keys to the desk, but he had told me to wait at the cars. I hauled the luggage and parked the cars myself. |The restaurant in the building was really good for breakfast. The ski area is pleasant in the summer and apparently it is a great place to party into the night. The rooms were large, clean and nice. |Plan your trip when it isn’t hot, plan on parking your own cars and carrying your luggage for some distance, and maybe join the party. |

Great staff, beautiful area, room had vaulted ceiling and a beautiful view, but the building has no A/C. This became an issue because we were using this room as a bridal ready room and with the hot desert sun shining through the huge window and 8-10 ladies in the room at any given time, it was hot! The staff was great. They provided a couple of box fans that helped a little. My main complaint is that my friends who rented it said it wasn't called out or made known/obvious that there was no A/C. I think it would be helpful if this was called out on the website or communicated to the guests so they can plan accordingly, as it is hard to do hair and make up when everyone is sweaty and sticky. For the price paid I don't think it's too much to ask that the bride be forewarned that her makeup would be melting off her face faster than we could touch it up 🤣🤣🤣

We stayed at this this hotel for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The service was terrific. Shout out to Sarah at the front desk for always helping us out with a smile, miss you already! The valet parking is $12 for the entire time you are at the Inn. Could not be easier. The locker room is clean and warm and your locker holds at least 2 complete sets of skies. The rooms are larger then expected and have a small fridge and freezer. The walls are thin, so you can hear others, but it was never a problem. Beds were extra comfy and the showers were hot. Don’t expect room service, they are short staffed so if you were to need something just ask. The location is great, super close to the Apex lift. There are 4 restaurants with in walking distance to the Inn. The pool and hot tub are right outside the Inn and there is a workout facility in one of the other buildings that is clean and efficient. Really a wonderful place to stay with welcoming staff! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the front desk was also a nice touch and greatly appreciated!
