Absolutely wonderful experience here. Restaurant General Manager Joshua was a huge help after a cancelled flight. He personally organized a room at the Inn for us quite late on a busy Friday night. The room (and front lobby) were crazy stylish, charming and thoughtfully decorated. Joshua, and Executive Chef John, reopened the kitchen at the restaurant for us, which was equally charming with fantastic food and drink. On top of that, after we had a wonderful night’s sleep, Josh opened the restaurant early for us so we could grab a bite before our re-scheduled flight. Amazing experience and over-the-top spectacular customer service. Can’t recommend Mallard Cottage and Mallard Inn highly enough.
