The Inn on Officers Garden

I recently visited at The Inn on Officers Garden restaurant, for a wedding and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and lively, making the day feel even more special. We had the winer room with a stunning wine wall that added so much charm, elegant, and perfect atmosphere. The food was truly delicious — beautifully presented. The service stood out as well: the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. It was a real pleasure to spend time there and I am grateful for the opportunity to be there. A wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend to others!

We celebrated our wedding at this wonderful restaurant. The location is incredibly peaceful and very beautiful. The atmosphere, preparation, and organization were all at the highest level. Every detail that was important to me was carefully considered. I especially want to highlight the manager, Ranijth, who organized everything perfectly. We had a private room separate from the main restaurant, which made the day even more cozy and special. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. All our guests were very happy. That’s why I truly recommend this place for any important event. Our wedding here was simply unforgettable!⭐️

Will forever be my go to hotel in Calgary! Stayed for a week while my son was doing a hockey camp. The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had the best food. The customer service was absolutely amazing and I truly felt like I was at home. The pub downstairs (with pool table, darts and tv) and the park across the street kept my kiddo entertained the entire time. Not a wine drinker, but they had a very impressive list. The full bar gave me lots to chose from. The food was amazing, but the waitstaff who served it will never be topped by another restaurant I ever visit. The personal connection I made with everyone during my visit will never be forgotten.

I stayed at The Inn last week during a family emergency. The care and concern that the staff showed was truly touching. Everyone was so unfailingly kind. The amenities available on site are great, and the rooms are decorated with such an artistic eye. The linens are of the highest quality, and the beds are super comfortable. Special mention the bartender/server Sean, who let us stay in the dining room long after the kitchen had closed and looked after our every need. In terms of service, he just went above and beyond. 5 Stars — A Hidden Gem in Calgary! From Samantha & Vanessa the 2 besties (aka “The Concert Girls” ❤️) We recently stayed at The Inn on Officers’ Garden in Calgary, Alberta, and we can’t say enough good things about it! First off, Don — the breakfast staff superstar — truly made our morning unforgettable. After the night we had (concert adventures!), Don greeted us with such warmth, energy, and humor. He is exactly the kind of person every inn, hotel, or motel needs in the morning. He made us feel so welcome and cared for — and even dubbed us “the concert girls,” which we absolutely loved! The rooms? Adorable, super clean, and cozy! The beds were incredibly comfy, the layout was thoughtful (we especially appreciated the separate toilet room in the bathroom!), and the view from our room was just lovely. It felt like the perfect mix of charm and comfort. We’re already talking about coming back — this place is a hidden gem and made our trip that much more special. Highly recommend it for a girls’ getaway, couples’ retreat, or even a quiet solo escape. Thank you to Don and the entire team for such a memorable stay!

Planned a small-ish birthday party (15 people) in the Vino Chat room - the experience was great from start to finish. The events team was responsive and adaptive to our needs, and presented a plan that was reasonably priced and met all our expectations. The event itself was beautifully managed and we were very well served by Everett, ensuring that we were able to spend our evening focusing on delicious food and great company. I will absolutely consider booking my next event in this beautiful location.

This is a yearly Nursing Reunion Luncheon (ages early 70's to early 90's) and we are always thrilled with the central location, the historical significance of The Inn and welcoming ambiance by Claudia. There is plenty of street parking and a handicap option. MARIN looked after us royally in the back room, which accommodates 15-20 very comfortably. A/C can be a little cool depending on attire, but not yesterday and there was no music to compete with, as many of us wear hearing aids. Marin explained the Fish n Chip special, as well as the Soup and Salad Bar (served buffet style) in the adjacent room. It was the best seafood chowder ever!! Others enjoyed the daily special, a Brussel sprout appetizer and other menu options. Pots of coffee available at the side table for those of us ordering it. We feel so welcomed at The Inn and bathrooms are clean at end of hall. Many of us attended events in the past here as it was formerly the Officer's Mess. While I have never attended a wedding here at the Inn, it offers everything including hair dressers and total package! Thank you Marin for looking after us so well...how you keep tract of what we all owe at the end of the day is made even more conveniently when gratuity is included!!! We so appreciate these annual get-togethers that are organized by our President Lynda and our Secretary Ruth.

Beautifully presented room and hotel. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Only reason for 4 star on room was lack of table (somewhere for book, laptop etc) and no coffee or tea availability in room. Had breakfast both days - food was excellent and again very attentive staff.
