Nicely surprised by this Inn … small hotel feel… clean, cozy and comfortable. Travelling for business and I arrived in late from an event and was hungry. The restaurants were closed but one of the staff went and made me tea and a snack… which was perfect. The included breakfast was 5 star delicious (you choose from the menu) and the service from Don was second to none! Friendly, fast and attentive. All the staff was fantastic!

5 Stars — A Hidden Gem in Calgary! From Samantha & Vanessa the 2 besties (aka “The Concert Girls” ❤️) We recently stayed at The Inn on Officers’ Garden in Calgary, Alberta, and we can’t say enough good things about it! First off, Don — the breakfast staff superstar — truly made our morning unforgettable. After the night we had (concert adventures!), Don greeted us with such warmth, energy, and humor. He is exactly the kind of person every inn, hotel, or motel needs in the morning. He made us feel so welcome and cared for — and even dubbed us “the concert girls,” which we absolutely loved! The rooms? Adorable, super clean, and cozy! The beds were incredibly comfy, the layout was thoughtful (we especially appreciated the separate toilet room in the bathroom!), and the view from our room was just lovely. It felt like the perfect mix of charm and comfort. We’re already talking about coming back — this place is a hidden gem and made our trip that much more special. Highly recommend it for a girls’ getaway, couples’ retreat, or even a quiet solo escape. Thank you to Don and the entire team for such a memorable stay!

This is a yearly Nursing Reunion Luncheon (ages early 70's to early 90's) and we are always thrilled with the central location, the historical significance of The Inn and welcoming ambiance by Claudia. There is plenty of street parking and a handicap option. MARIN looked after us royally in the back room, which accommodates 15-20 very comfortably. A/C can be a little cool depending on attire, but not yesterday and there was no music to compete with, as many of us wear hearing aids. Marin explained the Fish n Chip special, as well as the Soup and Salad Bar (served buffet style) in the adjacent room. It was the best seafood chowder ever!! Others enjoyed the daily special, a Brussel sprout appetizer and other menu options. Pots of coffee available at the side table for those of us ordering it. We feel so welcomed at The Inn and bathrooms are clean at end of hall. Many of us attended events in the past here as it was formerly the Officer's Mess. While I have never attended a wedding here at the Inn, it offers everything including hair dressers and total package! Thank you Marin for looking after us so well...how you keep tract of what we all owe at the end of the day is made even more conveniently when gratuity is included!!! We so appreciate these annual get-togethers that are organized by our President Lynda and our Secretary Ruth.

My husband and I got married at The Inn on Officers' Garden on June 8th, and it was truly the best day. The garden was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for our ceremony. The entire team was kind and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing! Our guests loved it! We had so much fun and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our wedding so special!

The ambience, restaurant atmosphere is most pleasant. My friends were married here decades ago before the beautiful remodel and they were most impressed in the transformation of the Inn. Which include other rooms that cater to the dining and relaxing experience. As well as a quaint local farmers market aside the main foyer. I’ve been here for lunch in the dining restaurant with a party of 4 and the food was plated lovely, with attention to detail and the meal quality was above average which was fully enjoyed by all. Our French waiter was most knowledgeable on the menu items and he took time to make us all feel comfortable throughout our meal while having some fun practising my French. Lol We look forward to come back to enjoy another dining experience. Congratulations on your remodel, little hidden gem.

This is review is a long time coming. We hosted a company holiday dinner there for 50 people in both their Games Room and Cellar. Turned out fantastic. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The room we hosted dinner in was casual, and comfortable. We had the option to host in a more formal setting, but decided to be informal, but the point is that there are a variety of atmospheres to choose from. Food quality and the food options were great. We opted for the buffet, with a manned carving station. Leanne and Ranjith communicated well and made it easy to organize. Thanks to the staff and we will definitely consider another corporate event there.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Great service, complimentary breakfasts were so superior to other hotel plastic food buffets! Waiter Don was so pleasant - just the right amount of chit chat! Only criticism was that toilet in room was not very private and needed a fan. It would also be nice to be able to get a morning coffee - even if I had to run down to lobby to fetch it!!

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The standard room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and respectful throughout my visit. Both dinner and breakfast offered surprising and delightful options. I didn't get a chance to check out the market place. Sounds like they have plans to offer valet parking in the future, because currently, parking is on the street. Will definately stay here again.
