The Inside House

This place is truly a gem. The staff are amazing - super friendly, very helpful, and they remember you and your preferences (I am vegetarian, I felt so so cared for) The whole place is absolutely beautiful, big tree in the middle, lovely aesthetic. The food is yummy and afternoon tea is delicious and very fun (all of the drinks are amazing). It’s located walking distance from so many things, but the hotel feels like a haven from the hustle of the city. On the grounds feels quiet and peaceful, even though you’re in the middle of the city. It is a wonderful place to relax. The rooftop pool is lovely. The rooms are great and the balcony bathtub is a fun! They also provide you with so much bottled drinking water which was really nice :) Could not recommend this place more. 10/10

Wow !!!! What an incredible experience. This has been my most favorite hotel of all times. Exquisite- from the welcome drink, welcome tea to amazing fruit tray and champagne. I was also greeted with a cold towel, welcome note, tour of hotel and room. The mini bar is stocked and there is no charge. Premium bath / toiletries ! The breakfast that is included is stunning and delicious. I have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one surpassed them all. The kindness and attentiveness is over the top . I can’t wait to return . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What a lovely calm oasis in the city - it's vibes are more of a spa rather than a hotel. Staying 5 nights we found the service was amazing from never having to say our rooms when collecting our keys to them knowing to offer me the vegetarian menu. Lovely quality breakfast cooked to order and as we booked direct we had some dinners and lunches included, and although the food wasn't to our taste there was a decent choice. Although you pay for it in the high price it was nice to have free drinks, snacks and fruit in the room that were replenished each day. Lovely pool (although a bit chilly!) which was hardly used by anyone, and I had a brilliant 1 hour Thai massage in their spa. We had 2 standard rooms with only 1 person and each and the showers were amazing but the one area they do fall down in is storage with just a small wardrobe with 1 drawer to put everything.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying out. From Checkin to everyday and checkout the process was smooth. The staff were incredibly kind and every small detail adds to the overall experience. The food was incredible I was excited to eat there every morning. The interior is stunning and the pool area was fabulous. This is not just an aesthetic hotel there to take some photos, the staff go above and beyond and for the price you get so many amenities such as laundry, turndown service, welcome and exit gift. They even make you a sandwich to go when you leave. The location of the hotel was fantastic in old town. Walkable to everything but not the busiest intersection which made getting in an out of old city very easy. And very safe area to walk around.

Wonderful experience at the Inside House for part of our honeymoon. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and even have a hair straightener. What really sets this hotel apart is the level of service. Every employee went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai! Also would recommend booking directly through their website for additional benefits: complementary dinner, laundry, airport transfer etc.

My partner and I traveled from the United States to visit Thailand and stayed in Chiang Mai for 4 days. We selected this hotel based on the pictures online and were not disappointed. This was one of the most quintessentially beautiful Thai hotels I can imagine. The private pool attached to our room was convenient, relaxing, and gorgeous. The room itself was well decorated. The service, food, and overall ambience were all excellent as well. I highly recommend.

This hotel is on the pricier side for Thailand and so I almost didn't book it but I am glad that I did. The room was absolutely stunning. The rain shower was bliss and the old fashioned claw foot bath was huge. Everything is beautiful and luxurious. They provide wine and fruit when you arrive, and have a proper hairdryer and straightener in the bathroom, as well as luxe toiletries. On the first night the air conditioning in my room was quite loud and I let the front desk know expecting that they wouldn't be able to do anything about it but they serviced it when I was out for the day and it was much quieter after that! 10/10 for service. My room was also super quiet (no traffic noise, no noise from other guests). The hotel pool is droolworthy and makes you feel like you are in some old hollywood movie! The included breakfast was made to order and served in the most beautiful courtyard. The whole place is an insta photoshoot and a beautiful relaxing oasis in the centre of Chiang Mai. There are also several great coffee shops nearby.

What incredible hospitality we experienced at The Inside House! Although we chose a room without a pool (308) we absolutely were delighted with the room, staff and space. The meals (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner) were all excellent. Probably our favorite breakfast of a three week trip through Thailand. We normally don't eat where we stay, but the atmosphere food and service were all so wonderful that we ate there 3 of 4 nights! The bartender, Best, makes an excellent dirty martini! This was truly an oasis in Chiang Mai!
