They have a decent maintenance crew, and one man in particular is fast and efficient.
However, The Interlace loses stars for allowing the breach of community standards. The tenants have all signed the community standards as part of the contract. Tenants leave garbage by their apartment doors, play loud music, harass, shoot guns, loiter, kill pets, and break curfew. Even threats to do bodily harm to others is shouted outside the door by some tenants.
If you have mental health concerns, The Interlace is probably the last apartment complex you wish to rent, regardless of move-in specials or cheaper prices.
I have an ongoing harassment issue from my upstairs neighbors. I've tried reaching out to the complex's management office, the police, the city, and even the management company that owns the property. The problem has been going on for over a month now, and nothing effective is being done. What are they doing? They're not walking around normally or go about their own business throughout the day. They tend to stay directly overhead, stomping, knocking on walls, what sounds like them wrestling, vacuuming in the early hours after midnight, and dropping heavy objects. I can tell this is all being done deliberately, because of what I've got in terms of records. I have proof, but the complex's management team doesn't do anything with it.
