Tunga International Hotel

We recently celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at Tunga International Hotel Tribune 2, and the experience was truly memorable. From start to finish, everything was organized beautifully. The banquet hall was spacious, well-maintained, and created the perfect festive atmosphere for the occasion. The staff deserves special appreciation for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. They ensured that every guest was comfortable and that the event flowed smoothly. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions, leaving everyone satisfied...Looking forward to visit again.

Yesterday we celebrated our 43rd anniversary at tunga 1st floor a la carte. Disappointing experience. We ordered Monchow soup which was very spicy. Then starters we ordered koliwada prawns. Small prawns in size with tail n fried crispy. Koliwada prawns are never with tail n batter fried. Next starter we ordered fish which also was soft. Did not feel like ordering main course with so many disappointments. I have always used tunga buffet n first time we went on 1st floor to experience this. No more of Tunga. You lost a good customer. All waiters in one corner chitchatting n no service. Sad to experience all this

Very polite, professional and quick staff service. Refund due to me was processed within a day. I forgot a phone charger in the room. When I called them a few hours later, they had it with housekeeping neatly labelled and ready for my collection by Dunzo. Liked the reservation experience, room and breakfast. Value for money most definitely.

This restaurant was absolutely same however the food is quite ok especially the quantity of price is reasonably higher and much much better compared to ganga by tunga Hotel. This is the absolutely amazing vibe on the cooling atmosphere for not only decorating but also they had nicely maintained. It is easily convenient location to the nearby radisson Hotel MIDC. Well it has generously owned by tunga Hotel and many clients are related to this hotel. That's enough.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be disrespected, looked down upon, and served mediocre food, this is the perfect spot for you! If you actually want value for your money, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Radisson next door instead. The so-called General Manager, Sameer, has absolutely no professionalism, basic decency, or respect for guests, vendors, or even his own staff. His attitude is beyond unacceptable, and it’s shocking that he’s still in charge. A place is only as good as the people running it, and if that’s any indication, this place is a complete disaster. The lack of hospitality, terrible service, and sheer arrogance make it a nightmare experience. So, if you’re eager to be treated poorly and have your self-respect thrown out the window, you’ve found the right place!

My overall holi experience stay was very bad. On holi day they had made rules which said no colours allowed in the premises and dint inform us while checking in, after we came from playing holi they stopped us entering the hotel premises saying no colour is allowed, and i won’t be able to check in the room which we already had, just cause we booked from agoda. they called us at 10:15am and asked us to check out sharp at 11am and the front desk office said it shouldn’t even get 10 mins late check out at 11am anyhow. Very bad experience and management.

Something's Fishy restaurant ruined our family lunch by recommending stuffed crab and charging us Rs 6840 for a single starter. Two things made this an unethical practice. 1. They should inform the customer upfront that this item costs Rs 2280 each. All other starters are in price range of 450-600 each. Therefore, we assumed the stuffed crab would be the same price range. 2. The stuffed crab had only 20% crab meat and rest were vegetables. Instead of a spartan lunch costing us approx. Rs 6000, this lunch cost us Rs 12332. We felt extremely cheated by their server Harish. Still wondering if we should report this matter to the Consumer Forum or the National Consumer helpline.
