The Iron Duke on Wellington

Went here after work to grab bite.Sat at bar. I got Duke burger and added bacon to burg n bbq sauce to bottom bun. Burg 6oz patty since eat alot protein this was perfect. Ask for garlic parm on fries. Was awesome. Brice was my bartender he got everything right was cool dude and rocked it. I will likely go back at some point.

A very well appointed pub. Friendly, helpful and super accommodating to our needs. There are some different seating areas, including some more private seating tucked away in the wall. A fully stocked bar with beer on tap. And zero alcohol options too. The food has never failed and the specials prove the chef is a genius. Lunch, supper, snack or an evening beverage, the Duke will not disappoint you.

I was recommended the Duke at work and so happy I ended up going. Me and my girlfriend have gone at least once a month for the past 6 months and every single time the food is fantastic, no matter what we order. The price is slightly lower than other pubs in the area and they have lots of specials every day, for both food and alcohol. Can't recommend the place enough, it's become our go-to place! The only thing I can even think of as a complaint is that it can get a little rowdy with people shouting at each other but it's a pub so that's to be expected. 10/10

Overall a good pub experience. Nice seating and good service. I got the chicken sandwich with a caesar side salad The sandwich was good, the caesar salad could’ve used more dressing. Also got the nachos, they were okay however didn’t appreciate the the paper lining because it made it hard to take off the crispy cheese, and the portion of salsa given also could’ve been bigger. We also got the chicken finger which were good. This is a good place to go, seems popular, but isn’t anything exceptional but I would still go again

We found this place online as we were staying at a motel a few blocks away and popped in for lunch. Glad we did. Great vibe inside with lots of locals having a good time and the servers were sweet and very efficient. Lots of local beers on tap and the food was good as well. We had somewhere to be the rest of the afternoon, but we made reservations to come back for dinner and they saved the little "snug" area for us. Much appreciated. We definitely recommend going, but maybe make a reservation if you can as it was pretty busy there for both of our visits. There is a paid parking lot directly across the street. Just use it. It's a few bucks for the peace of mind and you won't waste any time looking around the streets for open spots.

Waitress was amazing, blonde efficient and funny. 12 of us and not 1 complaint from anyone. Excellent service and food!

Was in Kingston just one night recently and needed to find a place to watch the Blue Jays playoff game. The Iron Duke doesn't have a huge screen, but rather has many TV's scattered throughout. I could easily see 3 different TVs at various angles from where I was sitting. And I don't know if they do this for all games, but for that playoff game they had the game sound playing which made for a great game atmosphere. A colleague told me the wings are very good, and he was right. The wings were great.

First time at this pub tonight. I have to say our server Tori was absolutely AWESOME!!!! I really have no idea how she remembered all of our drinks that were all different and there was 7 of us. Tori was very professional, friendly and just a true joy. Will definitely return and highly recommended this pub!!! Thanks again for making our night a great one Tori!!! CHEERS!!!
