"There’s also the The Ivy Café and it’s always-beautiful bloom-covered entrance which is a classic, easy-going favourite with locals and their families (the shepherd’s pie or crab linguine are top choices here). You’ll want to try and nab a table in the pretty courtyard garden if you can."

I had a Mother's Day treat from my daughter today. It was a wonderful day. The staff were wonderful and professional. Very friendly and considerate especially as it was a very busy day. I liked the fact that you are not rushed and staff leave you to enjoy your meal at your own pace. Food was delicious and surprised myself when I cleaned my plate. Not a morsel left!

A special thank you to Emma C. who went above and beyond to make our evening extra special her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. Ivy Wimbledon has everything you could want in terms of atmosphere and interior design. The space is elegant and stylish, creating a truly luxurious dining experience. The service was also exceptional – friendly and attentive, making the entire meal enjoyable. I had the 2-course lunch menu, and both the chicken skewers and seabass were delicious. The portions were generous, and the dishes were fresh and full of flavor. The seabass was particularly impressive, cooked perfectly with a tender texture. From the ambiance to the service to the food, everything was spot on, and I would definitely visit again!

Great food - superb service. They were happy and helpful accommodating the needs of my sound and crowd sensitive son. And what a visually beautiful place!

Me and my son travelled to St George's Hospital for a yearly spinal follow up (1 year on post a 2nd spinal surgery) appointment from Brighton today, arrived far too early so decided to go for lunch somewhere in Wimbledon Village. We love The Ivy in the Lanes and The Ivy Asia in Brighton so thought why not try The Ivy Cafe in Wimbledon! We went in without a prior booking and got greeted and welcomed by Sabeel who found us a table and was extremely attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal which was cooked to perfection and did not keep us waiting to be served which was a real bonus! My son ordered a crispy duck salad (shock, he is a very fussy eater!) and said it was the best salad he ever had! We had a little chat with Sabeel, I mentioned I celebrated my birthday last week and had a lovely lunch at The Ivy in Brighton, next thing I know, there was a happy birthday profiterole on the table with a candle on it! The guy at the bar was also very lovely, came over to our table to check if drinks were OK! I'm sorry, I did not get his name but got a lovely photo of him as we were departing! The whole experience was second to none! Very well done and thank you! The Ivy Cafe Wimbledon, you definitely have 2 gems working for you, they definitely deserve a pat on their backs!

Quite disappointed with the experience whilst the food tasted fine, the service is very poor, it took ages to get drinks and some items requested never came. We had scallops, burger and blackened cod, each had a cocktail, and a glass of wine. We skipped dessert for to the inattentive service. Scallops and burger were both very over cooked. The cod was delicious and perfectly cooked. Top notch cocktails, deuce and fig leaf negroni. Will still return as I think this was a once off and the atmosphere is lovely, will see how the next visit compares.

One weekday evening, I visited this place with people I care about, and I was genuinely surprised to find such an atmospheric spot in Wimbledon. The ambiance exuded from the interior itself—elegant yet understated, luxurious without going overboard. It struck the perfect balance. The staff’s service was as delightful as the food’s flavors, which made me savor every bite, something I hadn’t done in a while. The prices were fair, and it’s a spot I’d love to revisit with loved ones right here in the neighborhood. It’s a place that can easily turn an ordinary evening into something a bit more memorable.
