We have just returned from a brilliant week at The Ixian Grand. ||After a late flight from Newcastle we were greeted and checked in quickly. |On arrival in our room it was clean and spacious and it was nice to find sandwiches and chocolates in the fridge. ||The restaurant was lovely, the food was tasty and lots of different options to try. |Staff were helpful and quick to make sure your glass was topped up!!||Pool area was quiet and calm - most of the time, (small issue which was dealt with very quickly by staff). ||Entertainment was good, did finish early but the best show was the 4 ladies on the Monday evening. ||The hotel has a lovely little jewellery shop - Michael is knowledgable about jewellery and he has some beautiful pieces to cater for all budget types - definitely worth a visit. |||Great week at this fabulous hotel - we will definitely be back ⭐️

The hotel grounds like the pool and beach is really nice. My room had recently gone through a renovation so it was nice. I cant say that the food was good, the buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner was average at best and they didn't really change the options around each day. As expected the all inclusive alcohol list the use the cheapest spirits so most of it tasted like petrol. I found the staff quite rude and the cleaners three days in a row walked into the room whilst we were sleeping despite do not disturb being on.

We loved every minutes of our stay the staff were all extremely welcoming and nothing was to much effort for them. Its 1 of the nicest hotels I've ever visited the room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The key feature to this hotel personally I believe was the ability to order drinks to the sun beds which gave the holiday a very luxurious feel and the empty cups were always collected before they have any chance of building up. Overall I would 100% rate this hotel a 5* great food, great atmosphere and great staff.

We have just got back from a week's stay. We had a brilliant time. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel and pool areas were great, plenty of sun beds. Using the app for drink to be delivered to your sun bed was great (a couple of times didn't receive drinks but overall was good) cocktails were not the best but plenty of other options. Plenty of choice of food, was always something to eat. Lovely sunset on the beach. Entertainment was pretty good at night, just wasn't on very late, but that suited us. Just be careful around pool areas and paths to beach, very slippy when wet, as I found out on the way back to my sun bed. Overall a great stay and would recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view was stunning, and the amenities were top notch everything from the pool to the lounge areas was well maintained and comfortable. However, the gym was a bit of a letdown. Some of the equipment was outdated or not functioning properly, and it could definitely use some upgrades. Overall, a great experience, but the fitness facilities could be improved.

A good trip and experience, food was very good the staff were attentive and kind. The experience was positive and one of the biggest contributing factors was the rooms. A pool side / sea view was a good decision to book overlooking the sunny horizon and glistening sea every morning. I would recommend anyone booking to go beyond a substandard room, as this aspect alone can heavily influence the perspective of the hotel. The only downside was the evening entertainment, for a 5 star hotel they should invest more in festivities to keep guests engaged. Me and my wife stayed for approximately a week and anything longer we would have succumbed to ennui. Conveniently, get-your-guide (website) came in handy for excursions, there are some options that offer good value providing 5+ hours of time outside the hotel with coaches coming right to the hotels location for pickup and drop off. I would certainly recommend this for people staying for a week or beyond. Overall I have been impressed by Ixian Grand's hospitality. Lovely staff and a pleasurable stay.

Went here for a 12 night stay returning 1 week ago. Lovely greeting when we arrived at 9.40pm and sandwiches in our room. The room was lovely as were the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It was very nice being able to order drinks from our sunbed via the app. Aqua aerobics is on every day except Wednesday which is really good and done by a lovely, friendly lady. Unfortunately the food was a let down, repetitive and very hit or miss so we ended up going out quite a bit. The snack bar was ok though. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, thank you.

Excellent location with a private beach which is just behind the pool. No need to cross any road. |Perfect service in an all inclusive experience. Comfortable rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable pool area. The pool is very large and comfortable.
