My order arrived and looked nothing like the picture on the website, the items that came were cheap and very poor quality. I wish I’d looked at the reviews before I purchased anything from this company. These were for Christmas present, but I’d be too embarrassed to give them to anyone!!!!!!!

Ordered a few items, quality isn’t great, cheap material and see through dresses. Shipping takes ages - nearly a month. The sizes are inconsistent. I ordered the same size that fits me in another item and it didn’t fit. When I asked to return it for a refund they said they couldn’t not except a return because it was a bikini and I can only exchange it and then I would have to pay $8.73 for postage & packaging. All in all not a great experience and I will not be ordering again from them.

I've bought a few things from this shop: a coin purse, and a bag charm. I absolutely love them! They're gorgeous, outstanding quality, and look amazing. Highly recommend!

I ordered a blouse on 28th November it’s now 14th December!! I have sent numerous emails no response so not sure what type of customer service you put this in. I am going to take this further. Bloody fed up

Lovely little shop in what used to be Notting Hill's no-go area. The Jacksons offer their own range of shoes, fashion and accessories, as well as some selected and unusual brands. They are also supplying some of the other shops in the area and stand out for their unusual designs and quality materials. A bit on the dear side, though.

Situated on a not-so-busy street in Notting Hill, The Jacksons is a sweet little boutique serving up own-label accessories mixed in with an interesting collection of clothes (lots of dresses), handbags and jewelry (they stock a good amount of Alex Monroe, a personal favourite). There are other little knick-knacky pieces about - perfect for gifting that person who has everything. The stock is so varied (from a sweet tea dress to a Masai beaded handbag) that I can always find something there to spend money on, and the girls are chatty and wonderfully laid-back.
