We had breakfast at Jagged Fork on Mack Avenue and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. This location is very family-friendly and clearly popular, yet the noise level stayed moderate and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was crowded, everything felt well-run and welcoming. The host who seated us was friendly, and that positive energy continued throughout the visit. Our server was outstanding — warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Despite having a busy section, she checked on us multiple times, offered great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of. Even the servers in nearby sections were friendly and engaging. That kind of teamwork and customer service really stands out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. • I ordered the Meat Lovers Skillet with scrambled eggs, and the portion was more than enough. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. • I also ordered a single Cloud Nine crêpe as a side, and it was a 10/10 — fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, delicious whipped cream, and a perfectly made crêpe. • My sister had the Veggie Skillet with a side of pancakes, and her meal was just as fresh and visually appealing. • My husband enjoyed the Farmer’s Omelette with a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice, which he really liked. The pricing is very fair, especially considering the portion sizes, quality, and overall experience. Great food is wonderful on its own, but it truly shines when paired with exceptional customer service — and Jagged Fork delivers both. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great breakfast or brunch experience.

It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten here. I’ll spare you the memories, but my taste buds most certainly haven’t forgotten how good breakfast is here. Morgan, what a peach. We spent so much time chatting it up with you, We had to look around and make sure we weren’t holding you up. Voodoo Benedict. Crisp toasted English muffin, check. Stacked high with smashed avocados, crispy chucks of well seasoned juicy chorizo, melted cheddar cheese, topped with a beautifully poached egg & a vibrant green salsa verde sauce. Served with potatoes. Outstanding. Chorizo & eggs over potatoes for the lady, because neither one of us could agree to share our chorizo. Fluffy scrabbled eggs, dish was steaming hot for 5 minutes after it was served. Bravo. Pancakes. :Delicious is the adjective I choose. Good batter, the Chef working the griddle took time & pride. Good enough to not need syrup, but it’s warm, and it just flows so freely all over my pancakes. 🥞 You have to love a breakfast spot that makes you feel so at home, welcome & executes such good food for over a decade or more. Keep up the good work guys and Happy Halloween 🎃

This place is definitely worth the wait if you have to put your name on the list. Best coffee around. Chilaquiles were 10/10 & the Strawberry Shortcake Stuffed French Toast was otherworldly. Such a great breakfast spot. P.S. Who made the terrible decision to take the Breakfast Tamales off the menu? ...and who do we talk to about adding them on rotation on the special menu every once in a while? That was seriously the best thing I've ever had for breakfast! Please bring them back!

Ordered a stack of blueberry lemon curd pancakes, one of their specialties, wow so good! Light and fluffy a little bit sweet a little bit tart, something different. With a bottomless cup of coffee, a perfect breakfast. (Was relatively busy but service was a bit off today.)

Very solid meal at this place. Came on a Sunday at 1:30 PM and took about 30 minutes for a table. I got the classic breakfast and loved it. Reasonably priced too. The bacon was cooked perfectly, and I loved the pancakes and warm syrup. My date enjoyed the vegetables and eggs in his bowl, too. Coffee was very weak but did the job. Would totally be back.

The Jagged Fork is a cute little diner open for breakfast and lunch. It is situated along Mack Ave in Grosse Point Farms and was pretty busy when we stopped. We went in for breakfast while visiting the area on Labor Day weekend. We were told the wait for a table was 30 - 45 minutes and were seated at about 25. During our wait we noticed the wait staff in full hustle mode and passing out smiles like candy during a parade. Perusing the menu we honed in on two items. The first was a fried egg and bacon breakfast sandwich with American cheese on a toasted brioche bun. Sounds pretty simple and not very note worthy doesn't it. HOWEVER, add crispy fried shoestring potatoes and Chipotle ketchup and you end up with a Forked Up Breakfast Sammy, which i can tell you is VERY note worthy. Still a fried egg sandwich with an oozy goozy yolk and crispy bacon, but spicy ketchup and crispy crunchy shoestring adds a kick that takes it over the top. In every situation that I have ever been in, I can tell you that dill pickles and poached eggs do NOT belong on the same plate! BUT when they are paired with seasoned roasted shredded pork, an English muffin, Swiss cheese, honey mustard dressing and hollandaise sauce, it is magically transformed into something heavenly! And the Jagged Fork calls it the Cuban Dill. Order it, and thank me later. And ask to sit in Jennifer's section, she's awesome! She was prompt, all smiles and kept our drinks topped off without hesitation. P.S. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being open Labor Day morning. You were one of the only local eateries open. And if you hadn't been, or it had been any other day, we would have missed out on one of the true highlights of our vacation.

Absolutely disappointed with my most recent trip to jagged fork! I ordered online for pick up. I’ve been many times and each time I get some style of egg. This time I tried chilaquiles & to my surprise I bit into a spoon full of eggs shells. When I called to let them know I was told they crack so many eggs this happens! NEVER have a eaten anywhere with eggshells being a likely ingredient in my breakfast 🤮 I was given the option to remake which I’m already disgusted or $15 gift card. My meal with the eggshells was $20 & why would I want to eat here again since this is practice! I should’ve been given a full refund not a cheaper gift card to come back??!! Very disappointed in the resolution.

First and last time trying this place. I got a delivery order. My food was cold. I asked for well done hashbrowns they are literally raw. The"toast" is just bread and butter.

Cheese omelet made w/quality ingredients cooked to perfection in a nice, but somewhat cramped atmosphere. Staff was knowledgeable & friendly Priced a little high, but it's in the Grosse Points

Lunch with co workers. I had a burger , no bun, side of berries. I also added a side of two eggs. Diet Coke. Good food. Good service. Nice local restaurant.

Cute little brunch spot in Grosse Pointe. When we came here it looked busy but they got us in right away. I like that this is the original location because I feel like the franchise is not as good as the original. We enjoyed our food and drinks.

The Jagged Fork is a great place to stop by for breakfast/lunch! It was my first time visiting and I had a good experience. Our waitress was very friendly and offered some suggestions on their menus. She was very knowledgeable in what they had to offer. My husband and I decided to share their quesadilla and verde fries. It was a good decision to share because their portion size is huge! We enjoyed it all though. The quesadillas was packed with cheese and vegetables. The verde fries came piled high with toppings. The wait was a little long since it was a weekend morning and they are a breakfast place that closes at 3. But when we visited it was more around lunch time, or else I would have tried some of the breakfast choices they had. I'd definitely love to come back and try their other items! Everything on the menu sounded amazing!

Food Service and Ambiance always great at this location. We've been going to the Jagged Fork more than a decade. The are consistent and reliable. Some of The staff are like family to us. Cant go wrong.

Went here for brunch with a friend. Parking lot was small. The restaurant was pretty busy but we were seated right away. It's decent on the inside but not as cute as other brunch places I've been. It was clean though, and that's most important. Waitress was friendly and appropriately attentive. I ordered the huevos rancheros with chorizo. It was just okay. I've definitely had better. I had a side of pancakes that was nothing special, but satisfactory. The mimosa was good! My friend said her smash burger and fries were good. My bill for the mimosa, side of pancakes, and huevos rancheros before tip came out to $38. Not sure it was really worth it to me. All in all, it won't be my first choice for a brunch spot but I wouldn't be opposed to going back if someone else wanted to. They did have some intriguing menu items I'd be interested in trying!

The food here is great! They offer mainly breakfast options, but also have some lunch items as well as cocktails and mimosas. This place only operates for breakfast/brunch so the operation time is very limited. The food came out very fast, so we didn't have to wait long. This place can be very popular so a small wait time might apply. During our visit we had the pleasure of having Emily as our server. She was very kind and attentive. She had great customer service and made our visit enjoyable. The price is normal, plates range from $10-$20. It's great for family's and friends, or even if you just wanna grab a bite solo.

Food excellent. Service was great my first visit my second visit the waitress was not attentive seemed rushed. This the Grose pointe location.

We're Jagged Fork "brunchers" for life. Absolutely love this place and realized recently that they have another location that we'll have to visit! The best part about JF is that they are consistent. Consistent with service and food - whether you're dining in or picking up to-go. The second best part about JF is their portions! They are so generous and about the only place in the US that hasn't sky rocketed their prices due to inflation. This is a gem that is hard to find and can't be duplicated (besides their other location lol). My favorite thing on their menu is the veggie omelet. I add bacon and choose feta as the cheese. It comes with hash browns and your choice of toast, fruit, or pancakes. I always choose a side of the cinnamon swirl pancakes to go with it. The omelet comes out fluffy and filled with spinach, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, tomato, feta, & bacon. The hash browns are almost always cooked to perfection (slightly crispy and soft). The cinnamon swirl pancakes are a popular choice and for good reason! The perfect amount of sweetness to complement your savory breakfast. My husband loves to create his own omelet and put chorizo, pepper jack, and cheddar cheese in it. He always gets the same thing because why change a great thing? I've had a few other items like their skillets and breakfast burritos - you really can't go wrong!!

Mother's Day breakfast and the place was jamming! (Pun intended) . The service was a little slow to start but ended well. The food was great! Be careful though, it's a small place so it gets full quickly.

We went to the jagged fork for lunch and let me just tell you this was the absolute best restaurant to their food was cooked amazing and had so much flavor it felt like I was in heaven. I had the banana Nutella crepe and the melty Nutella with the soft pancake mixture and the banana just melts in your mouth. Another thing is everyone is so nice. None of The servers get mad or impatient that's surprising. Anyways our server Megan was the nicest person ever. She was so patient and is not like other restaurant servers who are very impatient and get mad easily. Now onto the interior. the place was a little small yet super spacious. And the atmosphere was amazing. There's one last thing I need to mention. Wait time: waiting to get seated is very fast. It may feel slow but trust me it is a very fast wait. Now the wait time for the food was extremely fast. we got our food in less than 20 minutes. And we were sitting by the kitchen. Before I wrap this review up I just need to say one more thing. The price: all the food was a little bit pricey. But it very tasty. I would definitely absolutely positively recommend this place.

A staff member's car collided into mine when I was parked in their parking lot, and all they offered was free coffee with breakfast. I'm astonished that the staff member did not offer their insurance information and further stunned that the manager didn't make it right. My car was hit in their parking lot by their employee and now I am going to have to spend several hundred dollars to have my bumper repaired. Ridiculous! I cannot speak about their food as I ultimately didn't dine there, but maybe don't park in their lot when you do? Their staff might ram into your car and think nothing of it.

Extensive good and mimosa menu. Ordered the Maurice (Hudson) salad = delish. Friend ordered The Jagged Fork crepe & really enjoyed it. Friendly service. Super busy, but wait wasn't terrible.

Best food, Delicious pancakes. Best service it's my favorite place and my kids love it . The The service wonderful.

Loud and overpriced. Nothing special. Always crowded and I don't know why. My recollection is that they try and make the simplest breakfast meal into something a little funky. How about a couple nicely fried eggs and thick bacon for a reasonable price. Don't over complicate it!!

So nothing spectacular but a solid choice for breakfast. I had the meat lovers skillet which came with highly not needed pancakes or toast-my daughter took the cakes because I knew i wouldn't be able to eat them. I got through half of the skillet. The grandgirl had chocolate Belgian toast or something to that affect, I nearly went into insulin shock just looking at it but she loved it. The place looks great from the road fairly nondescript on the inside. Over all, I will be back.

No reason to go here anymore. We returned after a couple years to what had for years been our favorite breakfast/lunch spot. Everything we loved and cherished about this restaurant is gone. They've removed all the unique, special dishes like red velvet pancakes & creative breakfast entrees. What remains is run-of-the-mill fare. The dining room is now brightly lit & nondescript. The service was great, but at one point the dining room became frigid. The staff immediately turned up the heat, explaining that the owner had turned it off when he left, in the middle of lunch service! I figure he's trying to discourage business by denying customers a comfortable experience. In my case, it worked. After many years of devoted patronage, I'm never going back

The staff was amazing but it was so crowded and had to wait an hour for seating. We were sat right next to the bathrooms. The food was mid -not good enough to travel that distance again.

Extensive menu selection! Everything on the menu is good. Word of advice: split something, the portions are huge. Every time I go there I I split a dish because they are too large. Delicious.

We live in California and visited the Jagged Fork for the first time . Excellent food and service. We appreciate Megan who was an outstanding waitress. The environment was moderate to loud at the brunch time , but it was all good. I enjoyed the high energy and would highly recommend.

Excellent food! We stopped in here for brunch on one of the first sunny days in awhile and enjoyed the patio. We did not have a reservation so the wait was about 25 mins at 10am on a Saturday (for reference). They have a parking lot in the rear of the building, but if that is full, there's street parking in front of the establishment. I highly recommend their cafe drinks. My iced latte was delicious and a great size. For food, we ordered the quesadilla (which was the size of my head) and a Build Your Own Omelet. Both were a great size and we would order them again.

Food is high quality with huge portions. The wait was surprisingly short . I expected a longer line on a weekday morning.. As always the wait staff was very nice and attentive. I always stop here on my visits to Detroit.

Went to jagged fork around 10 am on Saturday morning. We were greeted and sat almost immediately by a pleasant hostess, we than sat for about 10 mins for our server to come over and take a drink order (2 coffees) which took about another 10 mins to receive. At that point we ordered our food (breakfast burrito and eggs Benedict). The food came out pretty quickly and was to order. The breakfast burrito was an average breakfast burrito. The eggs Benedict were pretty disgusting. The English muffin was soggy and tasted like it wasn't cooked, it was grainy and doughy. We received our check and it was 30 some dollars. I paid with a cc and when I received the bill to sign the amount changed and was over $45 I was surprised, I waited to ask the waitress but she was no where to be found. When we left we saw her on the patio flirting with some guy walking down the street. My biggest complaint is that they added 18% gratuity to the bill for just 2 people. This gives the waitress absolutely NO INCENTIVE to give their tables the attention they deserve and it shows because she was terrible. She never once checked on us or refilled our coffee it was pretty terrible. Needless to say I won't be back at all I can get much better service at a different restaurant with the same quality of food.

Sweet is better here. Their savory dishes make you think they're allergic to seasonings. I always have to add so much to their dishes to give them flavor. I heard a chef say once, you know you've had good food when you don't have to add season to it. In the words of Tom Colicchio, needs salt.

Ordered the food on door dash. Food was still hot, skillet was delicious, and can't go wrong w the chunky monkey! They packed the syrup well, and portions were large. Our two orders fed us for all three meals that day, and breakfast the next!

Let me first start by saying, I am not a breakfast person AT ALL. The first time I had Jagged Fork I was hooked! If anyone ask let's do breakfast what's a good place? I always suggest Jagged Fork! The food is an excellent. And the only reason I rated a 4 because it's always crowed!

I love love love this restaurant I have been here plenty of times, and it never disappoints. Today I tried the breakfast burrito with the peach Mimosa. Burrito was very cheesy and came with guac inside (for those non guacamole lovers). Salsa and sour cream on the side as well. Very Delicious! The peach Mimosa never disappoints, there was still more champagne in the bottle. Service was great for me to be with a party of 7 our waitress was very patient, and continued to check on us. It is somewhat of a small place so reservations are recommended. Parking was very easy in and out

It's good because when i went jagged fork to get a breakfast sandwich for my birthday and when I tasted the breakfast sandwich it was good. The service was nice and wasn't being rude. The service was cool people and I would go back to jagged fork again.

Food was amazing but the service was incredibly poor. Probably because of the 18% auto gratuity already added on the bill. Asked for simple things like hot sauce, napkins and an extra plate and received none of the above. Also didn't receive my side order of pancakes. Would go back but for carry out only.

JF has a quaint, clean, and welcoming atmosphere with excellent food and waitstaff is friendly and very attentive! I loved the farmers omelette which is stuffed with hash and you get a side of pancakes but I upgraded to a strawberry Nutella crepe for a little sweetness! Portions are big but the omelettes were HUGE! We both took half home! Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Food is always consistently good. Average price for breakfast food. The wait is never too bad either, they are quick at flipping tables so line moves quickly! It's my fiance and I's favorite breakfast place in GP.

This place is an excellent brunch or breakfast choice. The Heuvos Rancheros were absolutely spectacular. The cheesey hash browns and spicy sauce were done to perfection. They have a broad range of breakfast options for everyone's taste. The service was excellent.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Since I needed a place for brunch since my best friend and I couldn't eat onsite at the beach Ford House, I tried here. After seeing the menu online, I was so happy to see 3 my favorites, Hudson salad, eggs Benedict and Monte Christo sandwich. Just had to choose. But when we got there, the weekend menu is limited. The Monte Christo sandwich wasn't on it. But the wonderful service fixed that. Our server asked the kitchen to fix it and out it came. Different than what I was use to but in the top 3 on my list. The berry compote being spread over the top made it harder to eat unless you used a knife and fork. Next time I will ask for that on the side. It did heat up well the next day. My best friend loved what she had especially the coffee. We plan to try the location closer to where we live. But if I am over this way before 2:00 pm, I will plan to eat here again. They are busy and don't take reservations, so plan on a wait, but it is worth it.

One of the best breakfast joints in town. We love the traditional items like pancakes and eggs Benedict but I also love the quesadilla, breakfast burrito or breakfast burger. You cannot go wrong with a Jagged Fork order.

I picked up a takeout order (ordered online, in advance) on my birthday, New Year's Day. It was packed in there but my food was hot and ready when I arrived. I was completely satisfied with my meal and would go back when outdoor seating is available in the warmer months (way too tight in there).

Was great service and good food dishes are different have added ingredients that most brunch places don't add.

Their pancakes are good, but very sweet. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Next time, I'll try something savory.

I hadn't been to The Jagged Fork in quite a long time, when a friend suggested it for breakfast. Well, everything was AMAZING!! Chef Theo made my omelette to PERFECTION, as well as the chorizo skillet for my companion! The only recommendation that I have is to make sure you order the Cloud Nine! Hence, the name says it ALL!

Everything and more! I always order breakfast here even though lunch options available. You must try this place out! Had the pleasure of bringing two guests with me and they fell in love with the freshness of these entrees. In their own words, "we're coming baccckkk".
