This was without question the worst hotel experience I have had in over 15 years of frequent business travel.
The problems started immediately upon arrival. The woman at the front desk was not customer oriented at all, came across as arrogant, and appeared far more focused on herself than on assisting guests. There was no sense of professionalism or hospitality whatsoever.
When making the reservation, I clearly stated that parking was a must. Upon arrival, however, there was no parking available, and no effort was made to provide a solution or show any understanding.
The situation deteriorated further upon entering the room. The shower head was broken, there was no complimentary water or any basic hospitality provided, and most shockingly, one of the bed sheets had visible blood stains on it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleaning standards.
I had booked the hotel for three nights but checked out after just one night and immediately booked another hotel. Unfortunately, no refund was offered. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, I was once again not taken seriously. The staff member appeared more interested in herself than in addressing a legitimate customer complaint.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing and highly unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise against staying here.
