What a wonderful experience. This was truly an outstanding hotel - newly renovated and exceptionally well appointed. The Google reviews are misleading as this hotel is now completely different and older reviews relate to the previous incarnation and ownership (hopefully they can be removed). It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and the service, breakfast and cocktails all live up to top billing. It's intimate and like a home away from home. We've raved about it since coming back from vacation and the manager and the owner clearly love what they do and the passion shines through in the customer experience. Stay there, you'll thank yourself for making such a great choice. We will be back.

My husband and I had the most beautiful stay at The James Suites Hotel. This is a boutique hotel recently renovated. It is charming and elegant with great attention to detail, fresh flowers and chocolates in our room, welcome and nighttime notes by the bed. The decor is unique and lovely. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff was attentive, professional, and helpful. We selected this hotel because it is centrally located, 10-15 minute walk from the historical sites, but not in the midst of the craziness which is what my husband and I prefer. I would be remiss if I did not mention the cocktail bar and the unique drinks that we were fortunate to try. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night of our stay and it was so so delicious as was breakfast each morning. The entire staff created a memorable stay for us and we look forward to a return trip soon!

We stumbled upon this charming and exquisite hotel in Florence while needing help with getting a taxi. The very nice lady at concierge service could not be more lovely and helpful. Not only did she call a taxi for us, she offered a tour of the hotel and their dining area. Everything, from the walls and decor, were extremely well-done. Everyone we met was superbly friendly. ||I have been to other high-end and boutique hotels, but this one especially stood out for me. Thank you for the introduction to your lovely hotel. Will surely stay for our next trip to Florence and recommend to our friends and family members.

Since the hotel was renovated as a 5 star hotel, it was transformed in a dream for design lovers. Evey detail is curated with love, attention, and style. Each room offers a different vibe, but all of them have been designed by James Cavagnari. The staff is warm and attentive, restaurant offers wonderful service and meals.

The beautiful newly renovated interiors speak for themselves, but the attentiveness of the staff and their genuine desire to make the stay as enjoyable as possible was unmatched. Fabulous property offering the full 5-star experience. Recently renovated so everything is brand new. Spacious, beautifully decorated suites, luxury fittings and products, and personalised service. A hidden gem new boutique hotel. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail and a friendly, welcoming staff. Despite being a small hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean. They even upgraded us to suites and picked us up from the train station. Perfect location within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended!
