The James Suite Hotel 1564 Firenze

WOW! This James is the best. We had the pleasure of staying in room 21 and it was absolutely spectacular. Everything about this hotel is pristine. The level of personalized care and service, the style of the entire hotel, the room, the drinks, the breakfast, everything. Finding a good boutique hotel experience is hard to come by these days and The James is doing a spectacular job. Our room was the perfect retreat from the chaos of the streets of Florence. Such a comfy place to come back to after a long day of exploring. After traveling for about 4 weeks in Europe for our honeymoon this was one of our favorite stays. It was comfortable and felt like home which was much needed after so many days of travel. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and every need was met by the team. We were delighted with the special touches like welcome drinks and fruit in the room. The room was very comfortable, with generous space, comfortable furnishings and lovely peaceful setting. We were very impressed with housekeeping who would leave little gifts on a daily basis, as well as lovely products for us to use. The cocktails in the bar were the best we had in Florence, and very charming in their story and creation. I recommend the house Martini. The bar is a really cosy space to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing. A perfect little hotel for a touch of luxury with the warmth of a family run establishment. Highly recommend!

The James Suite Hotel 1564 Firenze is the best designed place we ever set our eyes upon. This boutique place was a beautiful mix of high-end luxury and cosiness, that made it a home away from home. The service was personal and welcoming. We spent a few days of our honeymoon here, and we wished we would've stayed longer in this hotel and Florence! The innovative cocktail bar and restaurant are of great quality, and oh so beautifully designed. The chairs, the lamps, the colour palette: simply peak decor. The room amenities are amazing and very high-end. The bed-sheets and mattress were the most comfortable we ever felt in our life. And above all, they had a Dyson hair dryer available!! We would love to come back one day, thank you!

We have stayed at many fine properties, but this has to be the best of the best. The exterior looks like nothing at all, but once you step inside, you enter a completely different world. The reception, bar, lounge & restaurant are GORGEOUS. The staff is so warm and welcoming - everyone knows who you are and what your preferences are - it was so amazing to experience. Then we got to the room - the interiors are done to perfection - every detail is thought out and unique and fits the space perfectly. The bed is fabulous, the linens are incredibly soft, and the toiletries are so luxurious. We had dinner at the restaurant as well, and we were blown away. We recently had dinner at Osteria Francescana, and both my husband and I agreed that dinner here was better - every bite had so much flavor!! We loved the cocktails as well, so creative! This is definitely a must-stay hotel, and I would love to stay again if I get the chance. Job well done by the owners, executive team, and the entire staff!

I have traveled my fair share of times, more than 2 million miles and this has to be the very best hotel I have stayed at. ||Everything's was beyond expectations. They must have spent a fortune and hundreds of hours to train the staff. They anticipate every need, from the moment you arrive you feel welcomed by the gentleman who takes your bags, check in felt like making a new friend, the people at the restaurant and bar are so attentive and nice, the food is beyond excellent, the service is impeccable.||And I have not gotten to the best part yet, which is the actual building and the rooms. The architects and designers deserve a prize, a gold medal. It is stunning everywhere you look. The room was incredible, the bathroom felt like a museum, the colors, the textures of the walls and furniture, and the art perfectly chosen for each location. ||The management team who were lucky to meet truly care about customer service and going beyond and above. We really want to come back. The location is also perfect, very close to everything but not in the middle of all the noise and people. It truly is the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

My husband and I had the most beautiful stay at The James Suites Hotel. This is a boutique hotel recently renovated. It is charming and elegant with great attention to detail, fresh flowers and chocolates in our room, welcome and nighttime notes by the bed. The decor is unique and lovely. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff was attentive, professional, and helpful. We selected this hotel because it is centrally located, 10-15 minute walk from the historical sites, but not in the midst of the craziness which is what my husband and I prefer. I would be remiss if I did not mention the cocktail bar and the unique drinks that we were fortunate to try. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night of our stay and it was so so delicious as was breakfast each morning. The entire staff created a memorable stay for us and we look forward to a return trip soon!

The James Firenze is an absolutely beautiful restaurant — elegant, warm, and full of charm. The service was outstanding; our waiter was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The highlight of the evening was the beef steak — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Every detail, from the ambiance to the presentation, was exceptional. A must-visit spot in Florence for anyone who loves great food and genuine hospitality!
