Excellent location - close to the Old Town, to the market, the train station and the streets with good restaurants. Responsive, smiling and friendly staff. The hostel is housed in an old and pretty building, the room I was staying in is small and cozy. The breakfast was rather bad, but the terrace on which it was served was very pleasant. My impressions are generally good and I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful vibe. Double rooms are nice, with private bathroom and shower stall. Lovely location. Really clean shared kitchen. Great location. Friendly staff. Note that rooms facing Yaffo street can hear the light rail passing (every 5-6m), but when doors are closed, it's pretty peaceful.

Great atmosphere, simple but nice and with friendly, helpful staff. The guests are a colorful bunch; you can always find someone to talk to and have discussions with. Great rooftop with nice view, excellent location and remember to ask the receptionists for the best place to grab a drink. Wonderful private as well as dorm options. The free breakfast is nice, too.

I was there two times ...the first room was awesome ! The second one mediocre at best. This place is good if you are on a budget and still want to stay in the middle of everything . They were nice enough to cancel one of my reservations for free . I would give them 5 stars but i came to find out by chance that our key could open others people rooms and seems like they know about it but keep it as their "little secret ".So keep security in mind if you decide to book !

I was here with my family and we booked two rooms. It was very nice, everything. The personal was very kind with us, and help us with info. The rooms is beautiful, but not for picky, and the breakfast, which is included, is enough for half a day. The hostel is located on a pietonal street with acces to the tram. I will go back here.

The room was alright. Perfect location and clean. We spent three nights here. Since the rooms are right next to the main street in Jerusalem it is wise to bring earplugs for the night. I can only give four stars since the breakfast was a joke and we didn't have a bin in the room. Everything else was alright.

The hostel is located on the main street but there's not too much noise going up to the rooms. I stayed in an all-female dorm, and it was pretty average as far as hostels go. The common area was worn down, and it wasn't a very good place to meet people. There weren't any events to meet other travelers either. The room itself wasn't great, as there was no ventilation for the bathroom so it smelled pretty bad, and the smell would go into the room. The beds were fine, and there was an outlet and a small wooden shelf for personal belongings next to each bed. No spots to hang towels though, and there were lockers and shelves in the room. I like that the hostel is keyless, which means although I have to remember the (quite simple) door codes, I don't have to worry about losing a key. Breakfast was simple too as there was bread served with egg, cucumber, tomatoes, hummus, jam, and so on - a typical Israeli breakfast. Service was quite friendly, and it's the cheapest hostel in Jerusalem.

Location is great but be prepared for the city noise. Spacious rooftop lounge area. Lobby looks nice but rest of the place is not well maintained. Tub in room was in bad shape. Staff was not very knowledgeable of the area. Kitchen is very small. Communal washrooms were just gross.
