Came here on Sunday before the season, so they were only open weekends. In either case, walked in, they had a giant menu that took a menu to digest, along with a specials board. Two registers were open to take your order. Based on reviews, I figured this would be the best ice cream while I was here, so I got a triple in a waffle cup that cost me nearly $19 with tax. When in Nantucket... The three flavors I got were: -The Carl (chocolate ice cream w/ marshmallow and chocolate chips) -Crantucket -Caramel Biscoff Swirl I could have done without the cranberries, but I had wanted to try something unique. The Carl was awesome, as it had some toppings mixed in for various flavor mashup. The Caramel Biscoff Swirl was their special flavor, it was vanilla ice cream with caramel swirl, white chocolate chips and Biscoff cookie bites and recommended by the staff. It was good. I didn't get to try any of the other big name ice cream shops on the island, but you can't go wrong here if you have money to burn.

You know what they say, "When in Rome"! So, of course, I had to try the Juice Bar's famous ice cream while in Nantucket. I ordered a small hot fudge sundae in a waffle bowl. It was delicious! I got there before the line was too long, thankfully. But the service was fast and friendly. It was the perfect size for me, and the ice cream was creamy perfection. The bowl was deliciously crispy! I can't wait to go #ack to the island! The Juice Bar will be my first stop!

Dare I say the best ice cream of my life - chocolate peanut butter fluffernutter cookie (flavor of the day) and dirty grasshopper (chocolate mint Oreo) - the line was long but so worth it

If you are in a mood for some delicious and ridiculously expensive ice cream, that is your spot. Definitely, the ice cream is good, but it looks like 2023 prices are as sweet as the ice cream. Highly recommending rum and raisins, grapenut, toffee crunch, and almond joy. Great fresh juice and shakes. Line is always long, so prepare yourself for a long wait. Service is ok. Depending on the mood of the workers. Waffle cones are freshly made, so you must try, of course, prepare yourself for a couple extra dollars. So let me prep you single scoop in 2023 is $7.5, double $10.5 and 3ple only $13.5 + $3.50 for waffle cone +tax. Enjoy ! The juice bar will always be the juice bar, so no matter the prices, the ice cream is delicious.

I had a scoop of lowfat mint oreo flavor ice cream. It did not disappoint. Generous portion, delicious taste, tasty waffle cone. Long lines but efficient staff. Highly recommended!

Listen, the ice cream was fantastic. I got mint chip and it was as good as any I’ve had. My wife loved hers as well. She also had the waffle bowl, also very, very good. I would easily eat it again considering the flavor alone. But I would not go here again. The portion size for $8 was very disappointing. I am not complaining about the price, so do not respond to this review concerning “island prices.” I get that. I happily paid premium prices at other establishments who did not skimp on portion sizes (like paying $17 for a sandwich at Something Natural - it was HUGE!). So I am not complaining about the price. It is the portion size. It is not much more cost to a business to give a bit more product once your price point is so high. Again…I’m not complaining about the price, but the portion. They call the kiddie “one scoop.” It’s a very small scoop. Just look at my picture. We went to Stop & Shop other nights for ice cream, also at island prices, not nearly as fresh, but much more product. This is what I would do if on the island again.

I give this place 5 stars for the ice cream. I haven’t had ice cream since I can remember, and the purple haze was absolutely delicious. The green monster wasn’t too bad either. However, this is the first place I have ever been to that doesn’t offer tastes. Therefore, be forewarned you are stuck paying top dollar whether your choice meets your expectations or not.

I love love love the juice bar . Ice cream selection is awesome and always authentic. Their homemade cones are just the best. My favorite is the rolled up cup. You can smell that baking from half mile from the store. Yum yum ! I was a tad bit disappointed because my usual favorite - rum and raisin some how didn't taste as it always did. Less raisins and not enough rum this time. I hope it was just an off batch and not the new recipe . If so I will try other flavors when I visit next to see if they are also losing richness of flavor.
