There seem to be some serious service issues here. Here are my comments on these matters: Staff Not Knowing English:In tourist or international businesses, it is essential for staff to have basic English knowledge. This helps them communicate better with guests and improves service quality. Rudeness: Courtesy and professionalism are very important in customer service. Rude behavior tarnishes the business's image and lowers customer satisfaction. Pretending to Understand When They Don't : Staff pretending to understand topics they don't actually grasp leads to misunderstandings and negatively impacts the customer experience. In this case, it is essential for staff to have the correct information and seek assistance when necessary. Manager's Behavior : A manager or staff member displaying such behavior creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable image. Individuals in managerial positions should set an example for their staff and behave professionally. Body Language: Such body language can be interpreted as insecurity or disinterest. Using open and sincere body language towards customers provides a more positive interaction. These matters are important points for the business to consider to improve service quality. Professionalism, customer satisfaction, and effective communication are the cornerstones of a successful business.

Was very excited about this restaurant, booked it two weeks before our trip after a lot of hassle trying to reach them. After dinner there tonight I can confirm that it is a great place for instagrammers and that’s about it. Great view point, below average Thai food, first really disappointing meal on this trip so far. Also was constantly attacked by flies, we literally left as quickly as we could. And yes we used insect repellent that’s worked great everywhere else.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery, which creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or simply soaking in the natural beauty from the balcony, it’s easy to unwind here. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with well-appointed rooms that make you feel right at home. The cozy bed and tranquil ambiance contributed to a restful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can truly relax and enjoy your surroundings, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning views across Samui probably the best on the Island. Great food and drinks selection and lovely service. The best time to visit would be late afternoon early evening to make the most of the views. We took some snacks and mock tails. Service was fabulous. Definitely worth a visit if only for a drink.

Only came here for food. Difficult to get to, a very steep hill (our taxi had to turn off their air con to make sure they had enough power 🫠) The view is amazing though, definitely worth it just for that. Great music, lovely place built into the side of a large hill. Prices are a little high. Food is quite good, drinks too. We got a seat without booking, but the best seats were reserved for people who had booked. Also it's a long way to go to end up without anywhere to sit.

The Jungle Club has amazing staff that is very helpful and super child friendly. With kids you really have to be cautious in the pool area and at the restaurant. The place is high up in the mountains which gives you an amazing view but a little downside is, that it’s sometimes windy and really as hot there compared to the beach. We had a good example of this since we stayed first in a hotel with beach access and then switched to the jungle club.

It was my first time and I must admit I did not make a reservation, taking into consideration that I might have to wait a bit for a table. My friend was already there when I arrived, and she informed me that we will have to wait for the table. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I decided to ask the girl welcoming guests, what are the rules of waiting. I politely asked her what can I expect and how things work here, as I could see that she was writing some guests’ names and I would like to find out how things work. She responded to me in a very rude manner that I should know that. I was like “excuse me I believe I should know many things in life but knowing how does the restaurant operate is not necessarily one of them”. My response made the girl even more angry. She did not try to solve the problem at all, was only making her personal statements that I should have checked it before coming here. To avoid this pointless and draining conversation with the girl, who clearly did not have any capability of grasping a point of view, which was different than hers, I just asked if our names were written on the waiting list, as my friend arrived here earlier than me. She got even more emotional saying “no”. I asked her to write them down. Jenn( as she introduced herself) was the worst person I’ve ever encountered working in hospitality. I found her communication style aggressive and insulting. I am not too sure if she had a bad day, or maybe was on her period but that’s definitely not like you should be treating your guests. All the staff inside the club were very nice and attentive though, and the view was spectacular.

Fabulous spot in the tree tops. I didn’t have a booking, so I sat at the bar, which meant I could relax and take my time. Had a lovely Chardonnay and the betel leaf salad. The staff were friendly and attentive. Incredible view. Loved it! Don’t attempt to ride a scooter up there. They have a complimentary shuttle that can pick you up from the bottom of the hill.
