The Junto

Free breakfast!That’s was the perfect start to my morning. The waitress that was there was very kind. Not to mention, the bedding was VERY comfy. The lobby was spectacular😌. It is the perfect place if you need to work, have a little chat, or just relax, an appropriate environment for any hotel. The interior was exactly what it looked like in real life.||Service was excellent 👌. Christian, the valet worker who was there during my stay was very kind! He was helpful and was so sweet whenever we had to leave or when we came back! My family and I appreciate his work, making this trip very satisfactory. They even have a water dispenser that I thought was kinda cool, which could dispense sparkling water🫧. Exceeded expectations compared to the overall rating. When there was a minor problem for one of the rooms, they didn’t hesitate at all and gave us a new room right away. It’s great for vacation but even better for business trips and or seeing a love one! My family and I got all that we needed, so I recommend this hotel if you’re thinking about staying in Columbus. Undoubtedly in my opinion, 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Junto is a wonderful experience and facility. The location is perfect situated downtown. The staff are excellent, particularly Drew at the front desk and Jeff at the bar. Jeff is an amazing bartender. I personally witnessed at least 3 people state that he made the best version of a drink they have ever had. I highly recommend the Junto and its excellent staff.

SUPER cool boutique hotel with a great vibe! We swung in midway on our road trip from NC to Chicago and we're so glad we did! The furnishings are beautiful and the various spaces are inviting. We loved the multiple bar options and the gear closet. Our room was inviting, spacious, ultra comfortable, and squeaky clean. The staff is great and the location is across the street from the history museum and a gorgeous park. We would definitely stay here again.

Drew and Dom at the front desk were amazing! They went above and beyond to create a great experience. Jeff at the Trade Room bar was an amazing host and bartender. Did a great job of creating a wonderful vibe. The hotel staff in general are amazing, and do everything in their power to ensure a great stay. The hotel stay is immaculately clean, and perfectly decorated!

We had a business reception for our internal ownership team at the Brass Eye Rooftop. The space was a great, private space with views of the city. Appreciated that the space was able to accommodate our group of 70+, while still feeling like we had space to spread out. The space has a great vibe, love the garage doors and screens where we could adjust based on the outdoor temp and/or sun. The food was great and consistent replenishment. Thanks to the very friendly staff who supported the event.

This was my first time to stay at this property and it was a unique and outstanding experience. The whole hotel is unique and well presented at every turn. The room was very nice and the shower outstanding. The people make the experience though. Simply pleasant and helpful at every turn. I strongly recommend staying here on your trip to Columbus. Truly exceeded expectations.

This was our second great stay at The Junto. Based on our first experience, we decided not only to stay again for our son and daughter in law’s wedding weekend but to recommend the hotel to many other wedding guests and to host the rehearsal dinner at the Brass Eye. The staff is what really makes The Junto experience top notch. There is always someone around to offer friendly help, from the parking attendants/doormen to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between. Drew was warm and accommodating upon our check in and throughout our visit. Kaitlin was responsive and helpful throughout the Brass Eye event planning process and Cassidy and staff during the event offered impeccable service and made our hosting duties so simple. I would recommend The Junto to anyone hosting an event in Columbus.

Drew and Jeff, Jeff and Drew. It's difficult to decide which one is more guest-friendly, helpful, or loves his job more. Prior to check-in, Drew honored a request that made our wonderful visit even more special, and he always asked if there were anything else he could do for us. He loves his job, is proud of the team, and wants guests' stays to be perfect. Jeff at the bar is technically excellent, a great conversationalist, went above and beyond regarding a dietary restriction (cocktail ingredient), and is hilarious. He alone is a reason to go there. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Kudos to the chef and our server Karen who was most accommodating. Suggestions: more and larger trash receptacles and more towels in the rooms, bellmen to help upon guests' arrivals.
