This place has a perfect location on the highway. The ambiance reminds you of a traditional village with thoughtful decor that can really give you a dhaba feel. Ample of space for kids to play with we swings and slides and much more. Seating can accommodate both a couple and large group comfortably. Lots of food options available but the food isn't wow or exceptional. Service is fast, staff is courteous. Rates might be slightly on a pricier side.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the food quality and service at this hotel. To start with, the food was poorly cooked – nothing seemed fresh or properly prepared. The taste was one of the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. It felt like no effort was made in the kitchen at all. What made it even worse was the terrible service. After they served the main course, no one came to check on us for over 20-22 minutes. We had to literally look around and wait for someone to respond to basic requests. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to enjoy a meal and can’t even get water or condiments without begging for attention. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing. If you care about good food and decent service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

The place is big enough with some options for kids to play. We went to the pure veg section for lunch. Despite having a four occupancy table available for a family of three we were given a table for one person. The person occupying a nearby bigger table was the manager of the restaurant. Upon then a bit of argument we were given a bigger table. Food was decent. But a regular veg gravy for just a bowl full of portion size was charged 600!! We candidly left a review as well. Surely not a "must" visit.

This is great place to eat on the highway towards lonavla. It has huge area with focus on village type decorations. The entire are is covered so heavy rains will not be an issue although this is an open air Dhaba. The food is good and has multiple options. Mostly this place is crowded on weekends. Won't regret going there, plus lot of places for kids to run around with rides

The place has a lovely ambiance with a heritage and nostalgic vibe. The decor is beautifully done, with great attention to small details that really enhance the experience. The food is decent, better than average, though not particularly exceptional. One thing I’d definitely recommend is the Jalebi with Rabdi, it was delicious. Just a heads-up, it can get quite crowded on weekends. What truly makes this place special is the effort they’ve put into creating a traditional village feel. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the vibe. Overall, a good experience, definitely worth visiting at least once for the ambiance and desserts!

A Disastrous Experience - Steer Clear of This Resort Our stay at Kinara Village Resort on the 2nd week of April was an absolute disaster. The experience was plagued with inefficiency, rude staff, and a complete lack of basic amenities that one would expect from a so-called “reputed” establishment. Upon arrival, we were met with shockingly rude behaviour from a front office staff member named Ram. Despite our long journey of over 1,000 kilometres, he refused to let us or our elderly parents settle in before demanding full payment upfront. Our polite request for just five minutes to allow the elders to rest before completing the payment was met with outright refusal and dismissive behaviour. It was an appalling start to our stay. The failures continued throughout our time at the resort. When we requested extra beds, we were informed that they had none available—an astonishing oversight for a resort of this size and supposed reputation. After much insistence, the manager managed to provide something, but it was just a basic mattress that could be purchased for a mere ₹300. Calling this a solution would be generous. Hot water availability was another significant issue. On the first day, we managed to get hot water, but by the second day, there was none. The staff attempted to remedy this by offering buckets of hot water, but this was far from adequate or acceptable for a resort claiming to provide quality services. The food service was painfully slow and below standard. After arriving in the afternoon, we ordered parathas, which took a staggering two hours to arrive. When they finally did, the quality was dreadful—hardly edible and certainly not worth the wait. The overall experience was a catalogue of failures—rude staff, inadequate facilities, and a shocking lack of professionalism. While the manager made some effort to address a few issues, it was too little, too late. Kinara Village Resort is far from the tranquil and comfortable retreat it claims to be. Instead, it was an exercise in frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering this resort to avoid it at all costs. Spare yourself the unpleasant experience and look elsewhere for a truly hospitable stay.

The place looks great with a nice ambiance, live music, and decent entertainment options for kids—that’s about where the positives end. The food was below average at best, and the service was truly disappointing. I’m honestly surprised it still attracts such large crowds—perhaps it’s mostly first-time visitors like us, drawn in by the hype. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major letdown.

We had lunch here on our way back to pune from lonavala. It seems to be good place for stay also. They have claasic style rooms ,we checked them post dinner. Cost wise boking through apps would be cheaper. This might be good place for new year party as they host limited audience party.Location is good . Food is good .Might be better for non-veg. There are some activities also at the restaurant and good play tools for kids.
