The Kings Perth Hotel

The website for the hotel makes it look impressive but that is far from reality. The room I was offered was run down, had mould growing in the bathroom and a mirror straight out of a horror film. The carpets were heavily stained throughoutthe hotel and corridors had pieces of wallpaper missing off the walls. Do not stay at this awful hotel.

Worst accommodation for so many reasons. Was told false information from the front desk about parking, even after i had asked 3 times to confirm i had the imformation was correct. Room had ripped curtains and were not clean!! 3 beds all different sizes and only one was actually comfortable. Then not to mention the $200 holding fee what a joke!! Not even the Hyatt asks to hold that much and its 5 star. Definitely not staying here again.

Staff were lovely however, I was disappointed with my room. It smelt of cigarettes and the carpet was very grubby. The bathroom was very clean and couldn't fault that. Breakfast was great with a wide selection.

So we booked a double double room got a double single not cool. But the room they gave us Smelled like spew! Was making arrangements to stay somewhere else but then they gave a us a double no spew room. Avoid and stay at the Pan Pacific instead.

This place was probably the bomdiggity in the 70s, but it still looks like it's in the 70s. When I served on a jury at the District Court, they sent us here for lunch each day. It was not great. I'm sure they have beds and whatnot if you need to stay. Close to district court if you are being tried for a crime.

DISGUSTING. Firstly the bond is unacceptable $200, haha what a joke. The rooms were filthy and the staff wasn't friendly. I invited some friends to come over for about an hour, but sadly had to cut the visit short. Also there was a room down the hall, where I could screams coming from, two couples were fighting, even while entering the elevator the couple were screaming and cursing.

Affordable and strategically located. Nearest halal outlet only about 300m, close to Barrack Jetty, Perth Mint and other main attractions. Standard room consist of 1double bed + 1 single bed. Big enough for my friends and I. Easy to get taxi to the airport. Free wi-if and individual key card issued to 3 of us certainly a plus point.

dimly lit, very thin walls, open curtains to attached car park, curtains that don't block the light from car park, poor quality tea and coffee, pretty good pillows though, and played 260 for this very old motel.
