Google
Great service, tons of tradition and expertise. The staff try to execute in what you're looking but keeping a chat with you, which is always reassuring. One thing confirm the price before to start it might be a difference from what you book online. In my case was only 4€ difference, it's okay. I was thinking to give a tip.

Went for my first haircut in Madrid and I was a little uneasy looking at it from the outside because they looked like they wouldn't have time for someone who wasn't a regular. But the experience was just the opposite. I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. Everyone was very nice and I got a great cut for only 12.50€. It's also right next to the oldest restaurant in the world, apparently.

The best haircut I have had in a long time. It is difficult to find a barber that understands hair for older gentlemen with thinning hair. They understood my hair and gave a great style. The oldest barbershop in Madrid, Spain. Very nice atmosphere.

Great barbershop! I just asked to shave my head and trim my beard. But i really like the athmosphere, spanish music in the background, a lot of chit chat. It can be busy at times, but i came early in the morning so i didnt have to wait too long.

Great hairdresser. I went already three times to this store and everytime I was very happy with the result and with the service offered. I can highly recommend this hairdresser.

Our experience here was wonderful! My friend and I emailed the shop the day before and asked about undercuts. We received a reply in a very quick manner even though the shop was technically closed by that point. When we went in, it was pretty busy but the atmosphere was so cool! Everyone was kind and helpful even though my Spanish is pretty minimal. Alfonso did our cuts and did an amazing job and was a great person to talk to. The price was less than what I usually pay in the States. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
I walked in, showed some photos and got a great haircut (as I did last summer in Santiago)! Professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Walked right in and didn't have to wait. Terrific place, and I got a great haircut for only 16 Euros.

Yelp
I walked in without an appointment right before the mid day break; and they accommodated me anyway. Beautiful shop, well dressed staff and a great cut What more could you want.

Yelp
Great place. Walked in based off the Yelp reviews and they lived up to it. They attended me pretty quickly without an appointment. The dude who cleaned up my undercut even went out of his way to line it up for me (I guess after two years of undercuts the lines became uneven). All in all great place and nicely dressed friendly staff.

Yelp
Really nice hairdresser, super friendly and the wait wasn't too long, roughly 15 min. That's pretty fair with no appointment. Got a haircut and a proper shave as well which was amazingly thorough and the price for all was 23€ so no complain at all! Will go there again when iam back in madrid!

Yelp
Excellent shave! The oldest barber in Madrid. They did both head & face. Very detailed oriented & took his time even though they were busy.

Yelp
I walked in for a cut early on a Monday and was happily greeted by the staff. I waited about 5 mins for the barber to finish with the client she was working on. Once finished, she asked me what I wanted, I showed her a picture and off she went. I got a very nice and detailed haircut. If I lived in Madrid, this would be my spot for haircuts. The price paid was very fair for the quality of haircut I got. Bring cash as they don't take credit card. Recommended!

Yelp
I had an excellent experience here. First time getting a haircut in Madrid, and they didn't disappoint. One thing I will say is make sure to call for a reservation and bring cash. I loved the haircut itself and the atmosphere as well.

Yelp
Love this place. I truly wish they were home in USA. Badass place with a lot of history and the people here truly take cutting hair as a passion. If I ever come back to Madrid I won't go no where else but with them to get my haircut. If you are traveling go with them. Appointment is not necessary they will practically take anybody just have to wait your turn. Loved the old school American music and walked in there felt like there was some old school vibe.

Yelp
Went in on a Friday around 3:30pm, they said I could get an appointment for 5pm. Didn't have to wait long when I returned, the guys are cool, the haircut was good and the place looks really old school. The funk/blues music was a bonus.

Yelp
Fan-freaking-tastic. Five stars just for the combination of "no appointment but it's okay" and their friendliness and quality. I came from the States, and planned on being in Europe for two weeks. As such, brought my 120V clippers AND trimmer with me, PLUS both a 120V-240V adapter and converter. However, when I plugged them into my outlet in the Spanish wall, they made a higher pitched whirring noise than I was used to. Scared that I'd cut my face off, I decided to find a place in Madrid to get a beard trim. There was only one other English yelp review at the time, but it was very accurate. I walked in, was greeted by Juan, who didn't have anyone in his chair. I speak half-way decent Spanish (Mexican Spanish at that), so he and I didn't have too much of a problem communicating. But, later he told me that another one of his coworkers is fluent in English, so if you don't speak Spanish, there should be someone there to whom you can explain what you need. Anyway, I wanted a beard trim, and he understood. I had no appointment, but I sat down immediately. He edged it up with his trimmer, then shaved with his clippers, then took a single blade razor and got all the details. I was quite impressed and quite happy. Took less than half an hour or so. Definitely will come back to them when I am in Madrid for more than a few days. Definitely recommend them to anyone. They can do beard trims for both Black and white men, by the way. It's no Art of Shaving, but if you need a trim and are on vacation, this is the place to go.
