Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights.There is also a doorman who will escort you to your room.The front staff were also very nice.Even the bottom room was spacious enough for two people to spend time together, and it had a closet-like space that other hotels didn't have, which was convenient for us as we had a lot of luggage.Free mini bar with welcome sweets (West!)There were amenities that other hotels didn't have, and the lineup was appealing to my tired body. it is really amazing!Room service is also very tasty and reasonably priced.The location was good and I was able to walk to Shinjuku.However, on the day of my arrival, perhaps because it was night, the lighting in the room was the darkest I've ever been in a hotel, so I asked the person who attended me if it could be made any brighter. After that, he replied, "That's fine." I had no choice but to do some work in the dark, and when I tried to fall asleep, I pressed the Room switch next to my bed, and the room suddenly became brighter. Moreover, it was the brightest hotel I've ever stayed at!It's been a long time since I've been to a favorite hotel, especially since the lights are in a very good location.However, the attendant asked about the lighting.Please give guidance to those above you.Thank you very much for your help.

A very satisfying trip. The breakfast in the store is very good, with a variety of Western and Japanese food options. The drinks in the refrigerator are free. The room is very clean, there are no dead spots, and the hygiene is in place. It is particularly worth mentioning that the service attitude of the staff is very good. I will stay in Kitano next time I go to Tokyo.

It's just steps away from the subway, so it's convenient to go out; the service attitude is excellent, the room is clean, and the toiletries Tea tea factor products are interesting. It also comes with a sheet to relax your shoulders, neck and legs after a day of shopping, and a portable hand sanitizer when you go out. Drool; we provide house cleaning services at two times a day, everything is very considerate, very satisfied👍Recommended😊

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean and tidy. It is rare and spacious in Tokyo. The most important thing is that the double bed is 1.4 meters. It will be my place to stay in Tokyo in the future. I am very satisfied.

Really impressed with this hotel. The service is fantastic, everyone is very friendly. The rooms are great with good amenities. The mini bar and toiletries are regularly restocked and the little gifts of chocolates/biscuits on arrival was a nice added touch. Impressive rooftop bar with excellent cocktails and attentive service.

We booked a deluxe king room for 7 nights. Loved the room, it was very spacious for Tokyo. And the staff were very friendly, with well spoken English too. However, do not ignore the comments about how hard the beds are. If you are a side sleeper, keep that in mind. We didn't hear any noises while in the room most of the time, except near the end of our stay when (I think) a family with kids moved in above us. Location was excellent. There is a raised highway but you don't really notice it stepping outside. Nagatacho-eki was a super useful station to have nearby; Akasaka-mitsuke-eki is a bit longer of a walk, but we didn't need its lines very much for our itinerary. Plenty of conbini options around. Not a lot other than that unless you walk toward Akasaka. Overall I would definitely come back here!

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023 for a week and it was fantastic. The superior two-bedroom was really spacious, the house-keeping was excellent and since our room was facing the back we had no issues with noise. A lot of amenities were provided in the room and we looked forward to the japanese breakfast every morning. The hotel is located very close to the Nagatacho station and there is a 7-11 right next door.

A very new hotel with a very good location, just 100 meters away from the subway. The room is very big compared to Japanese hotels. We, 2 adults and 2 children, can actually stay in one room. The bed is 1.4m, which is wider than most hotels in China. The bedding is super comfortable. We were supposed to stay there the next day. I started early, but ended up staying for an hour. I will book this hotel next time!
