The Knightsbridge Metro at The Levin Hotel

Good place to rest from shopping. Food is horrible. Worst fish and chips and croque madame I ever had anywhere, without exaggeration.

If you need a break from shopping, this can be quite a tempting place to enjoy some quiet time and perhaps a snack or a drink. I'd advise against giving into that temptation though and going elsewhere. They only carry one brand of beer, in bottle form and I ordered hummus which came with a tiny piece of bread, not nearly enough to even get through half the hummus. Staff pretty much ignored us, didn't even say goodbye or thank you when we left even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Too many good places in London to waste time here.

They service Illy Coffee, Thumbs up from me! Say hi to Caser from me. With almost no mobile signal and unusable WiFi you might want to look elsewhere for you meetings. Perfect place for quite lunches and dinners away from the rush of Harrods just 1 min walk away.

This was the perfect stop for us. Small quiet venue after a long day on our feet. Delightful service, fantastic wines, olives and cheese... So refreshing yet so hard to leave!

A great basement wine bar that has much more atmosphere than a hotel bar. Just hidden enough to avoid the tourist but close enough to Harrods etc to be a great escape.
