The Knot Sapporo (Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"In the heart of the city of Sapporo, the Knot is a boutique hotel that feels both urban and rural. It’s dedicated to the idea of Sapporo as a city surrounded by nature, and its aesthetic, accordingly, is one part big-city loft style and one part rugged and rustic. There’s a touch of àpres-ski vibe in the lobby lounge, and many of the rooms feature walls made from local cedar. Les Bois is the name of the lounge restaurant, the venue for everything from breakfast to late-night dinner and drinks, and also in the building is a Seicomart convenience store and Senshuan, a famous local confectionery." - Tablet Hotels

We stayed at The Knot Sapporo during the summer as a family, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is stylish, clean, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for families looking for a modern, convenient base in Sapporo.||One downside to our stay was the unexpected charge of ¥3,000 for a lost key card. While I understand the need to cover replacement costs, this fee felt excessive and out of step with the otherwise welcoming and guest-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.||Despite that hiccup, we truly enjoyed our time at The Knot Sapporo and would recommend it—just be extra careful with your key card!

Good place To stay overall the room size is correct for a big Japanese city, they have a laundry automate easy to use but the dryer is not really efficient. The bar is really nice at the lobby level with great ambiance. Bathroom a bit small but decent and everything very clean. Elevators are quite busy all day need to be patient

The room was spacious, clean and there were sufficient amenities. The view was great and staff's service was impeccable. No complains about the location as it is right beside the shopping alley, a few minutes away from the train station, and within walking distance to many attractions. Even the bus stop for the airport bus service, is less than 10min walk away. Highly recommended!

We stayed at The Knot Sapporo for about 6 days on vacation and we booked their deluxe corner room, so our experience may differ from other smaller rooms in the hotel. The deluxe sized room was beautiful and spacious with a really good view of Susukino. We stayed in late March and many days we woke up to falling snow and enjoyed staring out the window. When we arrived the lobby staff were extremely polite and professional and got us checked in fast even though it was busy. They recommended a great pizza place to visit for lunch when we asked. The room didn't have full-service cleaning just towels and sleepwear which was expected and done well. The shower and bathtub were in a large wet room and it was very impressive. My only complaint is they have two elevators and it can take a very long time to get out of the hotel during check-out time or cleaning time. Everyone that worked there was very courteous and polite. I would absolutely stay here again in the big suite!

This is a great hotel. The room layout was well-designed with partitions clearly separating the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. The work desk was functional and comfortable to use. The hotel is modern, convenient, and in a very good location. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Knot Sapporo is conveniently located at the Odori & Susukino subways, Tanukikoji & other shopping malls & places of interest. Staff are friendly & helpful. Our room on level 12 has the mountain view. Also, enjoyed Knot happy hour delicious pork ribs & chicken wings on our last night :)

Good location, close for shopping, eating, and the bus stop for airport also close just 3 mins walk. Nice hospitality service and I was so surprised that having Thai staff here! Common area also so nice, can see street outside the building from the upper floor while sipping wine. However, no luggage carry service and room is a bit small.

This hotels location is one of the few positives I can say about our recent stay. The rooms were so small and cramped that we couldn't even open up a suitcase without it getting in the way. There is no storage in the room for your bags either. We were constantly tripping over them, as they were always blocking our way. The housekeeping was nonexistent most of the time. They only made up the room once during our three night stay, and even then, it was poorly done. No vacuuming or cleaning the tub or toilet. Housekeeping did leave fresh towels daily, which was a relief. I really cannot recommend this hotel. There are better options in downtown Sapporo. Try The Stream in Susukino, they are much better!
