My family and I have had the pleasure of staying at Knott’s Berry Hotel on several occasions, and each visit has been consistently excellent—our most recent stay was no exception.||From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, the facilities well maintained, and the overall experience thoroughly enjoyable. We already look forward to our next visit.||The breakfast options were ideal for families—affordable and convenient, with access to light bites and quality coffee from the on-site café. Our two young daughters absolutely love staying at the hotel, and as parents, my wife and I particularly appreciate the location: close to all the attractions without feeling crowded or hectic. The free shuttle bus offered by the hotel helped make a usually hectic trip to Disneyland, smooth and simple. ||The hotel's design is modern and stylish, with tasteful décor that complements the theme of the adjacent park, adding an extra layer of charm to the experience.||We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team for making us feel so welcome once again. Your continued hospitality does not go unnoticed, and we truly look forward to returning soon.

We love this hotel.. We have stayed here over 5 times and never had a bad experience. In fact every time we go, we find another reason to love this hotel. Very close to the park, secure parking, smells amazing when you walk into the lobby and always greeted when we enter to check in and just going to and from our room. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are always very clean, comfortable beds, laid out very nicely like a family guest room. Clean elevators, clean and quiet hallways, and excellent and clean amenities like the pool and sauna. It's an amazing value for the quality and location of the hotel. We don't stay anywhere else no matter which park we visit. A very solid 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Google
Unfussy hotel/rooms in close proximity to Knott’s Berry farm. We got the ultimate package which included our room, parking and breakfast. While the service was friendly, the food wasn’t great and it was cold. They could benefit from better warming trays for the buffet. Overall it was a good stay and I would still recommend.

We have been staying here for years and been here through all the renovations. Location is great for the Knotts and is also just a 15 minute drive from Disney. We were in a two queen bed which was clean, nice and spacious. However the air conditioner did not work and could not keep up with the heat even at night. When we brought up to a maintenance person who was in our room he didn’t do much. However when we brought it up to a manger they had someone come in who switched it out and put on a wall unit - so I’m not holding this against the hotel since once we spoke to some in the front desk they fixed it. They also cleaned the room everyday and our person did a great job. Also comes with a safe and a small frig. The main downside is the water pressure in the shower was TERRIBLE.

Stayed from April 6th to April 10th. Absolutely loved our stay! To say the staff was friendly and helpful would be an understatement. Top notch service. The location is great. Two minute walk to Knotts. They have a free shuttle to take you and pick you up from Disney. The restaurant and bar has really great food. The breakfast buffet has biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles or French toast (alternating) yogurt, cereal, pasteries. Great happy hour drink deal. The pool is a good size. Hot tub is piping hot. The pool says heated, but a bit on the cooler side. My only minor complaint is the mini fridge is infact very mini LOL and wouldn’t feel completely confident storing food in there due to temperature issues. Only a minor issue, and my only issue. Overall, i give Knotts Hotel 99.99% approval rating.

Google
I’m not sure of why people are complaining about this hotel this is not the Ritz Carlton or the Four Seasons. It’s a family resort. Yes there’s going to be problems. Don’t expect superior service but at the same time be patient that’s the problem with people today. They are not patient and they want everything in demand. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back into those who want better service go to the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton like I said this is a family resort. It’s got decent accommodations, but if you’re looking for something better, those are your choices.

Google

Google
Positive: The hotel was really nice overall. We were going to Knott's Berry Farm and wanted someplace within walking distance to stay. I really love the berry scented body wash and shampoo in the shower. The staff was amazing! Negative: The room size was really small. I expected the room to be a bit bigger than that.

Yelp
I had a great stay at the Knots Hotel next to the Hot Nuts Theme Park. The hotel was renovated about two years ago, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the gym, sauna, and steam room, all conveniently located in the same area. While the gym wasn't huge, it had everything needed for a solid workout. The hotel also had a pool and a heated jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. Plus, the on site restaurant and bar made everything even more convenient. The only thing that felt a bit off was the bedding. There were no flat sheets, just comforters/duvets without covers, which I found a little strange and somewhat uncomfortable. I didn't ask the front desk about it, so maybe they provide flat sheets if requested I'm not sure. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its comfortable beds, good pillows, and great location. I'm giving it four stars solely because of the bedding situation, but aside from that, it was a great experience!

Yelp
Booked our stay here through the Knotts web site, and booked the bed and breakfast special for two nights over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend. I asked for a top floor room, first time here and was not sure what the above the room noise would be. Check in was fast and easy, but wait, as we pulled into the parking lot, a very nice lady greeted us, asked if we were checking in, we said yes, she directed us to where to park our car during check in, so we proceeded to go in, after check in, we got our tickets, asked if they would hold our luggage, they would and when our room was ready, they would text us, this was about 9:30am when we arrived. Got to the parking lot, less that an hour later, we received the text, but we didn't go back until much later, around 4:30 that evening. When we got back, same level of courtesy was given to us, got our luggage, went to the room. Looked the rooms just went through some refurbishments, and it was very nice, but you could still tell it was an older property. Now why the four out of five stars, being on the eighth floor I expected no noise, wrong, floor nine has a ballroom, and they were moving chairs and tables until after midnight. Future reference, well ask for a top, end room, the ballroom isn't above those rooms. The temp in the room was very comfortable, but when we went to take a shower in the morning, no hot water, we called downstairs, and were told to give it about ten minutes, kinda a waste of water, given that California is water poor, but the desk was right, about ten minutes later, we had steamy hot water. No outside noise was heard surprisingly being so close to the Theme Park. The soaps in the bathroom all smelled of boysenberry's, which was way cool! The hotel lobby was very high end looking, with a bar and gift shop that were right next to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast at Thirty Acres Restaurant was very good and flavorful, they had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, Denver scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and French Toast. Check out was fast and easy as well, in fact, your parking pass will work for the whole day until midnight of the day that you check out. All in all, had a great time for our anniversary, just a few things that they need to work on to get those five stars from me.

Yelp
Held a company retreat/party at the Knott's Berry Farm Hotel and had a magical experience. Everyone in the Catering Department, Hotel and at the Park itself went above and beyond. Would like to highlight Aida Holmes (for all that her and her team did in making our company party perfect) and Carol Iya (with making sure we all had the proper rooms and proper support for those needed it . . . Timmy!). Thank you again Knott's and all the Knott's staff for doing what you do and looking forward to seeing you again next year . . . All the best, Jeff

Yelp
This is my first time back to the Knott's Berry Farm Hotel after its remodeling. They did a decent job. I particularly like the new outdoor patio. Just my luck there was an event that day so the staff was there doing sound check so I had a chance to see them in action. One complaint I had is their no sign policy. For someone coming to attend an event, I had to wait inline to find out where to go. Knott's always had a person manning the parking entrance, presumably to make sure people entering have a reason to enter. However, cars could back up really quick as people arrived for an event. Food at Knott's is your typical hotel banquet food. Then again, that wasn't the reason I came.

Winston S.

Yelp
This is for the front desk. I wasn't an overnight guest, but a patron of the restaurant, Thirty Acres. I will write a separate review for the restaurant, which was also 5 stars. Anyway, I left my credit card behind on Thursday night, and didn't realize it until the following day. I called and my card was saved for me at the front desk. Tonight, a young lady with dark brown or black hair helped me. She was very kind and helpful with me. Her customer service skills were natural and a great fit for a place like Knott's. I appreciated her spunky and happy attitude. She clearly enjoys her job and I hope she gets recognized for her positive vibes. I will return to the restaurant and try the Starbucks in the lobby.

Yelp
The renovation of the hotel is fabulous! It was a modern, farmhouse vibe. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas during our December stay. The staff were super friendly and check in was quick. The room was nice and spacious. The bed could've been a little softer, my personal preference. Overall it was really nice stay.

Zeina Darell M.

Yelp
Staff were great! We had to leave our bags before check in because we are going to the park. The room was clean especially the bathroom. They just renovated so everything looks nice. Check out is at 12pm and they only charge $10 for extra hour if available. It is 5ish minute walk from the park which is really close. Only down aide is that the walls are thin we can literally hear and understand the conversation from the other room. There is also no complimentary water available and there is no where we can buy water inside the hotel cause at the time the gift shop was closed and the vending machine is not working. Other than that, would highly recommend!

Bob B.

Yelp
The hotel is clean and attractively decorated. The room was a single queen and was quite small. The bed was too firm and sloped to one side. I tried the restaurant for breakfast and the food was fair. The prices were high. The hotel does not accept cash and they also charge you for parking which was a bit of a surprise.

Sara M.

Yelp
We had a FABULOUS experience at Knott's hotel! We included the Knott's Berry Farm tickets with our hotel stay which was perfect. The hotel was clean, recently updated and front lobby was super nice and helpful. The tickets allows you access in and out of the park on the same day so you can go as soon as they open and go back to the hotel for a break and stay there until they close. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the gym was great with a sauna room and we couldn't hear the neighbors. We will definitely stay here in the future if we're in the area!

Yelp
This modern upgraded location is perfect for the easiest route to Knotts Berry theme park, especially if you do not have a car to get you there. For us it was an average hotel but here are some pros and cons to decide if it's for you or not: Pro - Walking distance to park - literally 5 minutes. Perfect location! Modern style, farmhouse lobby - vibe in the front and the restaurant are gorgeous Front staff - respectful and gracious. Some of the best around! Cons - Misled size and style of room - don't get me wrong, it was clean, but majorly outdated. You think with the lobby redone that your room would be the same... it was not, at least not my room. It was quite small in comparison to others. Hard to find space for bags in room (family of 4) and bathroom. Please keep in mind. Front Staff at hotel restaurant - the waiters and waitresses at our table were amazing, but in all of times we had meals at the restaurant (breakfast was included so we weren't going to waste that), the staff would not stop talking to help us out and forgot about us. They ended up coming up with an excuse as to why they didn't write our names down... I've never seen this before. All in all, if you're looking for a quick hotel to get to Knotts, this is the place for you. It's a great location for this fact. I feel if you want more of a location to hang around, you might want to look elsewhere.

Tara S.

Yelp
The hotel has been renovated recently. We went during Scary Farm and did the Scary Farm package. It included a shirt, a Knotts Scary Farm ticket, dinner and breakfast the next morning. The bar area is really nice. They had the outside patio set up for a bar. The drinks were amazing and decent pours. The breakfast buffet is basic but fills you up. The rooms are clean and have all the basic facilities. The pool was closed for refurbishment.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Hotel is updates and has wonder service. Was able to check in about 2hrs early. The room was great however the bathroom did make noise every 10min or so. A little annoying specially at night but okay if the door was closed. Walking distance to Knott's of course and that helped with a baby. Baby friendly. Starbucks was a little slow but who doesn't want Starbucks so understandable. Restaurant food was great and service was fast. Always someone trying to help, clear the table or making sure we were okay at the table. Baby friendly as well.

Jan A.

Yelp
5 stars for remodeled rooms and restaurant. We come here with family every year and it's so much fun! I love love love the country kitchen pasta and apple cobbler. It's the only thing I order and never get tired of it. Servers and staff in general are either really nice or really grouchy lol. Enjoy!

Trudy L.

Yelp
New Starbucks employees are slow fixing my black hot coffee Or I meant pour into a cup and I can't see wheel chair friendly room with my own eyes and FaceTime my friends out of state planning a trip to visit me.

Yelp
Overall this was a nice hotel to stay at when planning to go to Knotts / soak city, which is across the street. It's pretty nice and worth the extra $100 than the motels across the street (which include free parking). Just know there is no microwave and the pool didn't feel that heated in June. Hot tub is warm. We booked this hotel in the beginning of June for a night. It was $225 on Expedia (was $250 on their website even with the season pass discount). It was June gloom so the pool wasn't crowded. (Knotts and soak city were crowded and people were complaining about how cold the waterpark was). There was a recent multi million dollar remodel so it seems to be better than before based on the reviews. Parking is $20 vs $30 at Knotts. You can come in early before reservation and skip Knotts parking. Ins and outs are allowed. There didn't seem to be a toll person at night time but they give you a receipt to put on your dash. Parking lot goes around the entire hotel and is pretty big. You can park wherever. We parked on the side by the pool because there's a side hotel entrance there closer to the elevator. (I just saw on the website Parking is included with Hotel Packages or when booking directly with the Season Pass rate so I guess website rate compares to Expedia when parking is included). Pool is very large. Did not feel heated. It said heated and 78 degrees on the website. Kids didn't mind. Goes from 3.5 ft to 5 feet. Splash pad works but you have to turn the wheels to turn it on. I heard the kids saying it was colder than the pool so I guess the pool is heated even though it didn't feel like it to me. Hot tub is large and was very warm. There are towels for use in the pool area but they are small and thin. There is no lifeguard at pool. It says no outside food or drink but they weren't strict at the pool which is nice. Thin walls in the hotel. You can hear kids in the am / guests in the next room. There's a Ballroom on the 3rd floor for celebrations. (The largest convention and meeting room space in the Buena Park area, including an 8,400 square-foot ballroom, a professional event planning staff and an onsite culinary team per the website). Remember you can use your Knotts pass Discount at diner and when booking the hotel (it was cheaper to book through Expedia than on the website with the code). The cheapest rooms on the website were for one queen which I assume most visitors to this hotel don't use. Beds pretty comfy and plenty of amount of pillows. Some outlets didn't work like some other reviews said. Good ac. Shower pressure not the best and I couldn't figure out how to plug the bathtub. Plenty of towels. Tv guide is odd (like every 20 channels). Wasn't an info button but there is a sleep timer. Front and side doors worked for us (read they were inoperative in another review). Bellman was super helpful for us and they were fine letting us unload at the front while checking in. Check in was quick and they let us have a pool pass early while waiting for our room. They texted us when our room was ready (2:30 vs 4pm check in). Check out is at noon. Staff and cleaning crew were all helpful and nice. No pets. Mini fridge - yes. Microwave- no!!! Main negative and this could be a deal breaker for some - no microwave. Anywhere!!! I even asked if I could bring something down so they could microwave it and they said they didn't have one. You don't have a $30 piece of equipment? How do staff heat their meals? I was flabbergasted when she said that and her response was "my pleasure" ha. Wtf? But just wanted to forewarn guests who need it for bottles etc. We bought Olive Garden take home pasta for $6 and I was hangry! Also a main negative for the restaurant (see my review for 30 acres) was no kids meals - at a kids hotel. Not sure why they wouldn't add that to the menu. (She said the kids mainly order baskets of fries, chicken fingers or a pizza). Oh yea, and the restaurant charged me $5 for tap water so get yours in a water bottle at the store next door! Sorry this was such a scatter brained post but hopefully it helps :) Oh and lastly the snoopy decor isn't there anymore that are in the photos in case kids were expecting it. THIRTY ACRES KITCHEN 6:00AM -10:00 PM Breakfast Buffet - 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM Breakfast - 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM Lunch - 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Dinner - 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Bar (Sun-Thurs) - 11:00 AM to 11:00 PMBar (Fri & Sat) - 11:00 AM to 12:00 AMHappy Hour (Sun-Thurs) to 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM* *Excludes holidays & Scary Farm nights THE PANTRY (Starbucks drinks and muffins) 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM IN-ROOM DINING 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Yelp
The price was right for this newly renovated hotel. It was great to be close to Knotts Berry Farm - walking distance. The drive to Disneyland was only 15min max which was amazing. The hotel room was room for a family of four & we loved the convenience of having a conjoined room to see our other family members. The room came with a refrigerator, a coffee maker & a tv. The beds were pretty comfy & the shower offered really hot water but with a little light on water pressure. The employees were helpful & nice too. We'll definitely be back again for our next Disneyland/Knotts trip!

Art K.

Yelp
The Knott's Berry Farm Hotel is a great and convenient way to stay while visiting the park. It's at the south end of the park and just a short stroll from the main entrance and exit gates. The hotel was under renovation, but it didn't alter the comfort and convenience of our stay. We opted for the Oversized Double Queen room. The room was large and included two queen beds and a sofa bed. It also included a wet bar, mini refrigerator, Keurig K cup coffeemaker, sitting area with coffee table and ottoman and numerous power outlets and USB charging ports. The only thing that was not available in the room was a microwave oven, but room service was available. A swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and steam room was also available to guests I was impressed with how friendly the hotel staff was whenever we came into contact with them. We were always greeted and wished a great stay and visit to the park. Thanks to the staff for making our stay a great one! We are season pass holders and we'll definitely be back. *Tip: If you are a season pass holder and you book direct from the Knott's website you can get a discount on your room reservation.

Yelp
This was our first time staying at the hotel and was so we could enjoy the 4th of July fireworks show without the drive home. Pros: - we were able to do pre-check in and leave our bags at the front desk - parking pass was issued right away, and valid until 11p the day of check out - room was well stocked with towels - very conveniently located to the park - mini fridge - splash pad, pool, and hot tub were enjoyable, though the splash pad was cold - boysenberry scented products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) - the sink was separated from the toilet/shower - non-smoking property Cons: - the carpet in our room had several stains - windows don't really open - water pressure was so low and at times even cut out - AC wasn't strong enough in certain areas of the hotel (i.e. near the elevators) - vending machine and ice machines were both out of order on our floor Overall, I would stay here again just for the convenience factor. It was nice to spend a few hours at park, then relax in our room, then head out again. It's honestly going to be hard going back to parking in the regular lots. The hotel has been renovated and looks nice. The courtyard looks adorable though I kinda wish there had been something to do out there. I think there's room for improvement but it wasn't the worst experience.

Maria P.

Yelp
I stayed here for two nights . It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. Pros: very close to Knotts Berry Farm, about a 5 minute walk. We received a "Summer Tasting Card" where you get 6 food/drink items for free at the park. Con's: the walls are SOOO thin. We can hear our neighbors like we were in their room. I like to go to bed early after a LONG day at the park, but I can't fall asleep when I'm hearing a strangers conversation. The tv is difficult to navigate, they don't have an easy guide where you can see what's on each channel. Our room is facing the pool. The pool is supposed to close at 11 pm. It is now 11:06 and we can still hear people out there loud and clear as day. Lobby is nice but the rooms are cramped. We found a bug in the sheet. Will not be staying here again.

Adrian H.

Yelp
Cleaned and Comfortable. Stayed at this beautiful renovated hotel with family after are day at Knotts Berry Farm.

Frank G.

Yelp
Horrible Experience! Will NEVER stay here again! From the moment we got here it has been nothing but problems. Pro Tip: Work is being done on the parking lots for the grand opening next week. As of 04/04 they're having guests try and fit in the front of the hotel. "Mind you the front isn't going to be open until next week." So you have to track all the way to the side of the hotel to enter. You're also being charged $20 a day to not have parking and be told your car will possibly be "towed" if you don't move it before 8am on the day the sign says. Avoid rooms 724 and 817. The air conditioning wasn't working in 724 and the room had a smell. We called down to ask to switch rooms, they said they would send up maintenance. 20min went by, then almost 30. I went downstairs to talk to the staff and asked to switch rooms. I was told "maintenance is coming up, so I can't switch you til they see the problem, so you should crack open your window til then." Mind you, the window wouldn't open lol. Maintenance man arrives, sees that the whole ac unit needs to be replaced, then asks "would you two be ok with switching rooms?" We were like "YES!" Thank you for saying the magic words! Within a few minutes the bellhop came to move us to 817. Room seemed ok at first. Then this happened. "Thump! Thump!" There's a Noise coming from the wall. Oh.. it's the elevators behind the wall of our room! Two nights of continuous thumping noises and other creeks and cracks from the elevator! Water pressure is nonexistent! Taking a Shower was like using a water hose without putting your finger over the nozzle. Whenever the room next door turned the water on, your water ran slower than usual. Us being close to the theme park seems nice. It's not so nice when you're hearing screaming and tracks going from Ghost Rider and the other coasters through your bedroom window lol. Check out day: talk to the manager Jackie and I'm basically put in my place. For every problem I had with her, she had a contradiction. "The parking situation", Update: it does mention on the website "after you try to book a room" that they're currently undergoing renovations and some areas will be closed. But it doesn't specify which areas. It says to ask the front desk. But.. if it's the parking lot, you'll still be getting charged per night. You find that out at the front desk when you check in. The room situation, she said we were moved that moment it was brought up; "we were not." The kicker was she said because we used Hotels.com they can't help us other than waiving the parking fee, cause we used a 3rd party person and didn't go through them. Last and final note: they say these rooms have been "remodeled", but you can clearly tell it wasn't much of a "remodel". The rooms don't appear to be remodeled. The beds are hard and cheap. The pillows are too soft and small. TVs are nice but have the worst channels lol. We will definitely "Knott" be coming back to this Hotel. Knott worth the price, Knott worth the hassle. Just a very bad experience.

Mia G.

Yelp
My family and I took the drive from Vegas to come spend a few days for spring break at the Knott's Berry Farm theme park. We arrived a few hours before check in and were able to easily let staff know we were there, unfortunately we were not able to check in, but they did accommodate us to have conjoining rooms with my in laws. Once our room was ready we received a text and got our keys. I was surprised how nice and clean the rooms were. I know the hotel recently had renovations and you can definitely tell. My favorite part (as a mom) is the fact they are kid and adult friendly. They have a great little restaurant, a Starbucks, bar, and a gift shop right in the hotel lobby. One of the best things I encountered on our visit was the smell of the hotel. We were told it was tea & thyme scent in the air ducts. It was so fresh and was a huge bonus for the ambiance of the hotel. They truly out did themselves. It's such a beautiful and modern property now. We had a great 4 day stay, and can't wait to be back this summer to put our season passes to use. I only docked a star because they no longer have theme rooms and do not offer a Snoopy bed time tuck in for the kids. Other wise the trip was perfection, especially the location being super close to the theme park.

Russell M.

Yelp
I really like this hotel because you can get a room at a good rate and it's clean and I appreciate the housekeeping staff who even cleaned the coffee table after some people put their feet on it so I will definitely stay here again.

Keven W.

Yelp
We stayed here when they are doing the renovations and the hotel is still doing renovations and not so sure when they will be done as they said it been delayed by quite a bit. This hotel does busy, but I definitely enjoy the 5 minute walk to the the park as sometimes my wife wants to go to sleep and let me have all of the fun or if I do a big purchase I can drop off the stuff there. Getting in and out of the park is not a hassel. We stayed at there queen room and then we stayed at the king room accessible room as they had a tiny table for my wife to work on. Some rooms have desks and some do not. Rooms are okay and remodel is nice to them. The accessible rooms are nice to have though as the bathrooms are much bigger. Due to the renovations, you have to use the bathrooms in the fitness room or on the 9th floor during regular hours in case your loved one is using it. They do have a breakfast buffet for $25 dollars for adults and $12 dollars for kids from 7am on Saturday and Sunday and 8am on Monday- Friday. We did not eat here since we had our meal plans at Knott's. Service is really nice and they do keep the hotel nice and clean. They do room service everyday so if you do not want one, take down the tag. If you book through Priceline, there is a $5 dollar per day parking day which is not too bad.

Doug D.

Yelp
The hotel looks better than ever. They have completed renovations of it. The location is ideal because it is right on the property, and you don't need to even cross the street to get to the park. It's the best amusement park! Prices are competitive to stay, especially if you book in advance. The hotel parking lot may or may not be secure. For more information, please reference the Knott's Passholders Facebook group. This is not necessarily anyone's fault because it's just the area and the state. If you stay at another hotel in the surrounding area, it might be less safe. I've stayed there twice, and last time I walked into my room to find an employee snooping through my things. But that was just my experience, and I came back for another stay after that. I understand a manager needs to stop by if you get no cleaning service, but that wasn't the case for me. Anyone can just walk into the hotel. I haven't always seen security at all times. They have a newly renovated restaurant on the property, too. You might like it. Check-in staff can exhibit better manners and be better trained to listen about customer concerns, at least in my circumstance specifically. I've had both positive and negative experiences during my stays. Jackie, the manager, is very helpful, however.

Yelp
It exceeded my expectations. The employees are so friendly and helpful. It was the service that made me want to review the hotel. The lobby is spacious and pretty, they also have an adjacent courtyard where you could see Ghost Rider. Our room was clean with lots of fluffy towels and a big TV. The furniture looked new and had plenty of charging ports. There was boysenberry scented soap in the room and you could pay to add a snoopy plushie to your room which made it feel more like Knott's. There was a picture of a roller coaster at the end of the hallway, but the hotel felt business-y (I believe they do host conferences and events). I think they should have Snoopy stop by the lobby occasionally to make it extra special. The pool area had a splash pad. I recommend staying at the Knotts hotel after a day at Knotts even if you're not too far from home. It was worth it, it's so close and I felt safe and comfortable here. Edited: I rated it four stars, but my kid wanted me to make it a five. I think people don't know that nicer upscale hotels don't have microwaves in the rooms.

Yelp
Home for the night not once not twice but quite a few times over the years! So most recently I stayed here for one of the nights I went to Knott's Scary Farm and I must say it was just as comfortable of a room as I've always had here over the years but this one was newly renovated as is the whole hotel as it's in the middle of it making for what's gonna be just that much more of an awesome place to stay when at the Boysenberry Farm! Every time I've ever stayed here I've enjoyed it and this is going back years for me saying this as it's definitely one of the better hotels in this area and if your going to the park it's just perfect! They did charge me for parking this time around but it was only $5 so I can't really complain as that really isn't that much. My bed was comfortable and my room was quiet and just mellow as before making for a good sleep after a busy time at the park! Overall I'm sure I'll be back here again at some point as this is one of my favorite parks to visit in the country so why not stay on property when I'm here!

Yelp
Hotel lobby is welcoming and spacious. There's a bar, Starbucks and a restaurant in the facility. Front desk is friendly. We checked in very late around 9:00pm. The room and bathroom is large and spacious. I don't like the bathroom set up, they place the folded towels on metal shelves above the toilet. When you flush, you may get toilet water spackle on clean towels. Im using my knee scooter. Theres plenty of room to roam around which is a plus. The shower is handicapped accessible. The walls are thin. You could hear the people next door. The Kitchen restaurant closes at 10:00pm. We ordered a pizza for pick up. Vending machine sell $6 drinks. AC is on full blast, our room is good and cold. The bed is alright. It's not a luxury comfort bed. Hotel is pretty quiet.

Yelp
I don't know why this place got such bad reviews. We loved our stay and it was super enjoyable for a Snoopy/Peanuts enthusiasts. We got the Snoopy suite, which came with a stuffed snoopy. We were quite sad that Snoopy wasn't coming around to do the whole tuck in thing, but that would've been cool. Snoopy was out in front of the restaurant as we were checking in, so we got a photo opportunity with him. No wait. All the staff were super sweet. We dropped off our luggage since we got in early, but check in wasn't until later. The walk to the park was a breeze.

Yelp
Edith on the parking booth Was giving us a really hard time racist we have our passes and our disabled person placard and she was like are u guys staying here we're like lady we wouldn't be showing up to park if we weren't she was like with a security white man just made our experience unpleasant

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean, but a bit small. Microwaves would be nice, but at least there's a mini fridge. Lots of lighting and very comfy bed. I would definitely visit again. The breakfast buffet options were good (especially the eggs with cheese); coffee taste not too good. As for the buffet service, it was a bit unpleasant. The waiters/waitresses never came back to ask if we needed refills or if everything was good, yet, to all the other tables they continuously asked them if they needed anything else. Funny we had to ask if we could get more coffee, and funny that we were the only people of color and they didn't even try to make it so obvious they were indirectly "discriminating". Thank you to the host from Thirty Acres that sits you down; she was the only nice person to us. Nonetheless, we did not let that stop us from having a good rest of the time at the hotel.

Yelp
Sometimes I feel like I give too many 5 star reviews, because then I have service like Knotts hotel and I think it really puts all my other 5 star rates to shame. From the second we stepped foot on property we were taken extra special care of. Diana the young lady at the counter knew the start of our vacation had been rough and went out of her way to do what ever she could to put a smile on our faces it isn't often you get service like that and she should be recognized with a gold placard or a huge raise. The room was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it's because they pay attention to the little details. Good job Knotts, you have made a fantastic for life.

Yelp
We stayed here from a Friday night and checked out Saturday morning. We purchased the hotel and ticket package. The location is great as this is walking distance to Knotts. You can leave the park midday and take a break in your hotel room. Customer service was good. The employees answered my questions and gave me directions and guidance. If this review was based off location and service then 5 stars. However, this hotel is very run down. We paid for a Snoopy Camp room which is decorated with Snoopy decor and comes with a free snoopy stuffed animal. The room resembles furniture from a motel and the bed was the most uncomfortable sleep ever. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. We had an adjoining room but didn't know the neighbors. The next morning a child open their side of the door and said "hello neighbor!" It was creepy. I wouldn't pay for Camp Snoopy room. Lastly, what surprised me was there was no refill water station! You have to bring your bottle to the restaurant in the hotel and they will take your bottle to the bar and refill your water. It was quite inconvenient. From my understanding, there is construction and remodeling happening but I'm not sure where in the hotel?

Yelp
Great location, close proximity to the park amongst other places (within a short car ride or trip to other parks and places like Pirates Adventure and Medieval Times). Hotel is decent and usually priced right. Our favorite place at the hotel though is Amber Waves. I will drive up from San Diego just to grab a drink and chill for a bit. I make a lot of tips up for Haunt and my favorite place is the Haunted Lounge (can't wait to take my daughter next year to the Haunted Lounge, she'll be 21). Everyone from entering to park your car to check-in or gift shop to Amber Waves is truly amazing. They welcome you with open arms every visit and are always awesome.

Yelp
Our room is always clean. This stay we were in the first floor and I would request not staying in that floor next time. You could hear the laundry room and the flushing of toilets. They still get a 4 because everything else was awesome. Bought the 699. Package. Dinner and breakfast was good. The early entry was awesome.

Yelp
We stayed at the KBF hotel last week. We had reservations for 3 nights, but only stayed 1. After the first night (BTW, bed wasn't very comfortable compared to most hotels we've stayed at recently), we headed from our 7th floor room to the lobby for breakfast at the in-house restaurant (since "Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant" is no longer open for breakfast). I pressed the button, and the elevator started moving. It stopped on 5, and I turned to my husband and said (laughingly), "Don't they know this is an express because I'm hungry?" It stopped. No doors opened. I am extremely claustrophobic. I can ride in an elevator if it's not crowded, but the doors need to open when it stops. We tried pushing the button to open the door, with no result. I quickly called on the emergency phone to let them know that we were stuck in Elevator #2 on the 5th floor and told them we needed help quickly. Fortunately, my husband was with me and he worked at keeping me calm, although I was becoming more panicked by the second. Finally, the elevator moved. It stopped at the 4th floor and the doors opened. We stepped off immediately. Another couple was standing there and we advised them to not get on that elevator, as it had stopped and not opened one floor above. They said, "The same thing happened to us yesterday." The other gentleman stepped on, pressed "1" to send the elevator down and stepped back off so we could then call one of the other elevators. We got on that and went quickly to the 1st floor. (I am physically unable to climb steps.) Enough time had passed since my emergency call that the hotel manager and a maintenance man were waiting at the elevator doors on the 1st floor. I was quite upset due to my claustrophobia. I told the manager there was no way I was getting into one of their elevators to go back to the 7th floor. We told her we were going to have breakfast in the restaurant to allow time for my heart rate to get back to normal, and would then let her know what we were going to do. I must have looked pretty upset, as she asked if I needed an EMT. We decided that my husband would go back up and pack our stuff and place it in their luggage hold area. We went into the amusement park area for a couple of hours and then opted to head towards home rather than going through the effort to check into another hotel to extend our trip. I was pretty much not having fun after the elevator event. We asked for a luggage cart, but they no longer "lend them out" to guests. If you want/need a cart, you have to use a porter (with the assumed addition of the cost of a tip). Done with the KBF hotel. All those expensive renovations (which they raised prices in the hotel and restaurants to pay for), and their elevator doesn't work? Safety issues, guest comfort issues. Done.

Yelp
I don't really have any complaints. The room was neat and clean, with a minimalist design. The check-in process was smooth. All the staff that we interacted with the check-in staff, gift shop reps, room service, etc. They were all friendly and respectful. The only thing I wish they would change/add is changing the check-in time to an earlier time instead of 4 pm and equipping the rooms with microwaves.

Juzenne C.

Yelp
honestly not sure why the reviews are bad, my group had a wonderful stay! yes they were doing construction but they tell you that at booking. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and ready for us when we got there @ 10 am! The rooms were so worth it, including the admission for the park. It made our experience so much easier being so close to the park and parking was so close to the hotel as well. The outlets are kinda hidden and loose but that was our only concern.

Yelp
Nice hotel BUT NOTHING SPECIAL NOISY- traffic sounds are terrible and walls are thin No TV instructions-hard to figure out/find channels NO VIEW- most rooms either face Parking lot or street no views of park No EASY ACCESS- front doors inoperative Older Bellman was VERY RUDE! Pool view rooms are VERY NOISY! Kids yelling at 1030pm WAY OVER PRICED

Yelp
Stayed here December 23. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. While the upgrades are nice, and they did a good job on the new decor everything else was lacking. We ordered room service since the restaurant was closed and it was about as bad as it could be. Microwaved burger for $20. Could taste the freezer burn. Not the experience we hoped for.

Yelp
I am very disappointed with this hotel. I booked through Get Away Today. 2 months prior to my arrival I tried to communicate with the hotel to be sure my family would be comfortable. They assured me I would. I tried to pay for an upgraded room and they said it was not possible. I accepted this as true and didn't budget for upgrading the room. Upon arrival I was treated horrible, they kept calling me a third party guest" telling me all the stuff I did Not get because I was 3rd party. We went into our room and we of course we didn't fit. There was no room for 1 member of our family to sleep. I was then forced to upgrade and pay over $600 that wasn't planned for. On top of that they charged me for a day I didn't even stay and didn't refund the money. Charged me for 1 extra plush, I bought 4 and was charged for 5. I have stayed at every Disneyland Resort through Get away today and have NEVER been treated so poorly. I will not ever stay at Knottsberry Hotel again. Beyond that I will tell anyone I hear saying that they are staying at your establishment NOT TO!!! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yelp
I love the location of this hotel. It only took a few minutes to walk to Knott's Berry Farm and all the stores just outside. Surprisingly, the rooms were not that much more expensive than nearby hotels. The rooms themselves were okay, but the gym left a lot to be desired. It was small and just had one of everything, which would be a huge problem if the hotel were more crowded. Also, the pool area was closed for renovation, but it looks like kids would really have enjoyed it. The restaurant's breakfast was good, cheap, and convenient, which is another plus. If I come back to Knott's, this would definitely be the place I would want to stay.

Yelp
This place was very nice, especially for the price. The rooms were nice and clean but my favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant the have inside the hotel! The pizzas they make are some of the best I've ever tasted and the service was top quality

Yelp
Update from the prior review. After our prior, less than stellar visit to Knott's Hotel, they have redeemed themselves. We were offered a free night at the hotel, parking, and passes to the park as an apology of sorts, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel renovation is nearly complete, and the lobby and entrance look amazing. We were helped by Steve and Sara, who were very friendly, helpful, and polite, and they made the check in process easy. The room was nice, clean, and QUIET this time, and we were able to rest comfortably. Easy check out, with friendly staff during that process as well. I'm sure we will be returning to the Knott's Hotel for our next visit to the park.

Yelp
Tiny room. Instead of a couch, put a small table and a chair that we can sit down and dine with! Bed frame is too big! My kid and i stumbled with it many times! It is very easy to hit your shin! This is supposed to be a kid friendly place own by the park! It is not safe! The wall sockets on the desk don't work! When we woke up our phone batteries are low! They don't have community microwave! Giving it another star because it is near restaurants.

Michael C.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that I L-O-V-E the renovations they have done to the rooms! But that is not the real reason that we decide to stay here. Honestly it's the exemplary service provided by all of the workers from the front desk to the bellmen to the cleaners and everyone in between that has made each stay here P-E-R-F-E-C-T (and if we do have a problem the staff always does a great job listening to our concerns and coming up a solution). Also it does help that they have free shuttle services to Disneyland and we can just ride our scooters to Knott's Berry Farm next door. The layout changes to the Oversized One King rooms are greatly appreciated! The couch is no longer right in front of the A/C so the flow front the unit is not blocked plus with it against the wall creates much more space in the room. The coffee maker that we had was a Keurig which made it easy to utilize it more. While some of the renovations can be an inconvenience like when they were working on the area where the elevators are located but it's like a night and day transformation (I wish I had taken pictures of this in hindsight). We got to see the remodel from stripping everything to painting and putting in the new furniture. The area is so much more brighter and warmer now. Honestly I can't wait to see all of the new changes the next time we go back for vacation!

Yelp
I came in to Knott's Hotel with a third party reservation. I Just want to thank the manager for helping me with the confusion on my booking she was really understanding. Came to celebrate my son's birthday at Knott's Berry Farm. Thank you Jacqueline.

Yelp
Worst customer service I've seen at any Hotel. They just told us "our way or the highway". And we don't care at all about staying here or not. Don't even waste your time there. too many other hotels that offer good customer service. Plus I should have checked here first, I guess I'm not the only one that feels this way. Sad they were once good and with the upgrades I was hoping even better. We've been season pass members for years and this year we even became Prestige members. Thinking hard not to renew next year.
