During our one-week stay, room service was provided only twice, which is far below reasonable expectations for a hotel of this category.||On New Year’s Eve, guests were not allowed to access outdoor spaces or walk on the beach, which was particularly disappointing given the location and the significance of the evening. All venues were fully sold out to tourists from other hotels, with no spaces reserved for hotel guests. Restaurants were also fully booked every night, again with no availability or priority for guests staying on site.||It took over one hour to obtain a single beer on the beach. Attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered, as messages were not replied to. Basic amenities were lacking to the point that we had to ask repeatedly for coffee refills for our room.||Overall, the level of service, organization, and guest consideration was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards advertised or expected for this property.
