We booked a room with a fireplace, and it was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, and the flowers were stunning; I especially loved the hydrangeas. The staff were incredibly polite and always happy to help. Everyone was so friendly, which made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious. The hotel itself had such a peaceful atmosphere; it was very quiet, which allowed for a truly relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience. The overall experience was delightful and memorable. We hope to return soon.

Stayed in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious with a colonial rustic tudor house design. Overall, staying in this hotel brings the charm of living in the colonial days. You will experience great peace and tranquility. Beautiful landscape. Breakfast was marvelous. Food and drinks at the hotel are extremely expensive. A bottle of water cost RM26.50+. This hotel is great for relaxation and experiencing the charm of Cameron Highlands. There are no facilities such as swimming pool, gym, etc.

We recently embarked on a family trip to the enchanting Cameron Highlands, where we had the pleasure of staying at a one-of-a-kind hotel for two nights. This hotel stands out in the region not only for its unique architecture but also for its rich history, which adds a certain charm to the overall experience.Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. One delightful touch was that they offered to wash our car every day, which was such a refreshing way to start our mornings. Our room was quite spacious and generally clean, providing us with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. However, I did notice that the in-room entertainment options were quite limited. While there was a television, the selection of channels was minimal, which left us with little else to do in the evenings. In terms of hotel facilities, there were not many options available to keep guests occupied. We found ourselves wishing for additional amenities that would enhance the experience. One notable inconvenience was the drainage in the bathroom; it was not functioning well, and we often had to deal with water pooling on the floor during showers, which was a bit frustrating.Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience at the hotel was positive. The combination of the unique setting, friendly staff, and the charm of the area made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit, as it offers a nice retreat, particularly for those looking to unwind in a tranquil environment.

We went for the afternoon tea. The scones were really delicious. Overall the place is delightful and we would love to stay there sometime! Hats off to the waiting staff as I could see they are very patient and nice (the table next to us was giving them a hard time)

We drove from KL to the Lakehouse via Tanah Rata exit and through the Ringlet town. The Lakehouse is perfectly located in the quieter and more peaceful side of Cameron Highlands that is Ringlet. The Lakehouse is a beautiful tudor style property exuding old English charm however has been recently refurbished and renovated so we had all the modern comforts and conveniences. The beds and pillows in the family suite were very comfortable and the whole ambience and stay was warm and cosy. However the family suite is really only suitable for the one family and not two couples because the bathroom is situated in the master bedroom so would be awkward to share with another couple but okay with your own children. The two single beds in the family suite room 11 was of different heights so couldn’t be joined together. The fireplace was lit every night and is a pleasant place to sit by and play board games. The restaurant was cosy and bright and had a fresh appeal to it accompanied by good food. The surrounding gardens were immaculately cared for and was a delight to stroll around. Loungers and swings were placed there for further relaxation and soaking in the views and surrounding. During our stay we visited the less busy but equally interesting Boh Estate tea pkantation at Habu that was close to the Lakehouse as well as the Bee and Strawberry Farm on the same stretch of road. It reminded us of the old style of Cameron Highland. More laid back, relaxing and less crowded then the locations near Kea Farm. These visits complimented our stay at the Lakehouse. We stayed at two other highly rated hotels however the Lakehouse was the best for us as it really was a pleasant, relaxing and peaceful getaway. Would love to return.

The best hotel in Cameron Highlands here in Malaysia. The Tudor design and interior of the building brings you back to the old British colony times of Malaysia. It’s not modern at all so if you’re looking for that you won’t find it here. They have very good food in the in-house restaurant and the breakfast is very good. The quality of customer service of The staff and management is what got us hooked on coming back here multiple times. They make you feel at home, you can feel the kindness, care, concern of the staff. The location is perfectly situated on top of a hill with the best view of a highland river. They also offer a forest hike right behind the hotel. They are also located in the least busy and least noisy part of Cameron highlands. Must visit if you want to relax and take in the scenery. We accidentally left something in their hotel and left for kuala lumpur, but the management took effort to send our item down to KL in our hotel, it was a 2hour trip for them. That’s why we will never forget this amazing hotel.

Beautiful setting. Easily one of the most scenic and upmarket hotels in the Cameron Highlands. We had a few problems with getting catered for vegetarian food the first night but after that they really made a huge effort to accommodate us. The manageress was especially very caring and addressed our issues and we had a lovely stay for 3 nights. One probably would not do better than here in this area.
