The place is quite calm and nice. However, the front desk service needs improvement. I had a very bad experience with my booking. I specifically requested a king-size bed when making the reservation and even reconfirmed it over the phone with the receptionist. At that time, they confirmed I would get a king-size bed room with a garden view, and I even made a half payment based on that confirmation.
However, when I arrived, they told me that all the garden-view rooms with king-size beds were already taken, and only twin-bed rooms were available. I ended up having to move to another room with no view at all.
Additionally, when I requested other items like an iron, I had to call hotel services three times before it was brought to the room. Another issue was that the towels were not clean enough,they had brown patches all over them.
On a positive note, the food was really tasty, although the buffet selection was quite limited. Overall, the front desk service really needs improvement.
