The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa

The architect is really good but very old, which needs good maintenance. Location and the beauty of the property is top notch. I've never seen such a beautiful property in my life. Just wanted to mention one this that room service is very slow.

We had a great stay! The service was excellent, and the location couldn't be better beach facing rooms, restaurants with shacks on the beach. The staff was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist, which really made our experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the rooms definitely show their age and really need a makeover If you prioritize service and location, this hotel is a solid choice. But if modern, fresh rooms matter to you, you might want to consider other options or hope for a renovation soon.

After my initial issues with regard to cancellation of my trip due to stormy weather, they agreed for credit for payment made in the same month. I agreed for the same and visited them on 12th to 16th June.|It was worth all my efforts. Property is huge. Looks beautiful. Our room , sea view suite was also very good and had sea view bit from far of but still good. Room size is very big. Beds and pillows are superb. Our check in process was very smooth and our luggage was dropped in our room in no time inspite of number of check ins.||Beach is just few minutes walk and very secluded one. Very few people around. All though it was raining heavily, still we could pass the time in the resort, wandering all over the property. Swimming pool is huge. |Restaurants are good. Breakfast was amazing. Too many choices. everyone was ready to help.|Definitely worth a stay in old classic style resort.

Well it all started with the check in. It took us more than 1.5 hrs for the check in. The staff allocated the room and kept telling us it would be ready in 10 mins and this kept happening for an hour. Then new set of rooms were allocated once the senior team member took over. Shadab at the check in is a wasted of a resource. |One of the room 1029 shower cubicle was loose the water kept coming out on the floor. |At dinner time the service was too poor in spite of the fact that only 7 tables were occupied. They were not able to manage it at all. |The room service was class apart they would sent food without giving bowls. How is one suppose to eat dal without bowl. If you really wanna have a decent meal pls go to the food outlets outside the hotel they serve better food. ||We stayed for 5 days and wanted to speak to the GM but the kind gentleman was too busy or was no where to be found. ||The only 2 staff members who knew what hospitality is were Ms Deepti and Mr Amit. They ensured that all the guest are taken care of. I would really acknowledge their efforts.

It is spread over a huge area. Magnanimous if two rooms are on two sides of the wing you will need a bicycle to travel the whole distance. Nevertheless a private beach which is very clean and you can enjoy the adjoining mountains with the beach. I visited in the rainy month so wasn't able to stay at the beach in the evening. Food is good but people looking for those tangy and spices might be wanting more. Rooms are huge and very spacious. The furniture looks old but is still nicely maintained. A big swimming pool opposite the beach,for kids too. Overall a nice experience. Highly recommended for people who are looking for segregation and royal outing.

Property is undoubtedly beautiful but services & hospitality is extremely below standards. Staff from reception to restaurant is very robotic and don’t make you feel like a guest…you are just another customer. |After staying always in Taj Hotels i feel this is way below in all segments. I had driven all the way from Delhi & reached late in night and the reception was extremely cold and robotic…|If you looking for ‘Warmth & Hospitality’ this sure is NOT the place.

It was a very welcoming experience Pros 1. Huge property, well maintained 2. Private beach 3 . Too many in house sports and recreational stuff 4. Very warm staff 5. Very huge swimming pool 6. Large rooms 7. Delicious food and well diversified spread of buffet Cons . 1. No valet parking 2. Room air conditioning was not great just manageable
