Typically love the food here but I had never tried the salad. On this occasion the salad was not something to write home about but the drink was a 10/10 and the burger was also tasty

Has a relaxed atmosphere, the coffee cups are way too small (slightly larger than an expresso cup) but the food portions are decent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Sad to say most of my stars are going towards the aesthetics and my coffee. Orders two burgers, chicken & beef. I know prices have gone up but K10,000 for burgers where there is more lettuce and tomatoes then meat and buns. Haven’t been in a while, so was pleasantly surprised to see some changes around the outdoor seating area, while still keeping some of the classic decorations.

It's a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, nice to unwind. They have tasty food at the cafe, If you have a sweet tooth like me,make sure you try their delicious decadent chocolate cake. The staff are friendly.

Even one star is too much for this poor cafe. Had a Saturday lunch here. Although the food was great, the service was nearly dreadful. Because it says credit cards are available, I tried to pay with my credit card. But the machine did not work for a couple of times. Instead of saying sorry, the female cashier/server said what’s wrong with my card in a very offensive way. My relaxing Saturday lunch was disturbed by this poor service.

The food is not terrible, but the owners are quite haughty/rude. I also felt looked at badly if I came to this cafe with anyone black (the clientele is about 90% white...). If you live in area 3 you might sadly not have a lot of options to avoid L&L - but if not, there are better alternatives...
