Very good quality and selection of foods coupled with table delivery service. Quick to place orders with inside outside options for seating. Nothing to complain about just an easy place to have lunch

Food was nice but we had to clear and clean a table as this didn't appear to be a priority. One of our meals was forgotten but quickly rectified when we made them aware of the problem. The guy on the counter and the chef were working flat out but other staff just appeared to be cruising despite the lunchtime rush. A shame given its monopoly as the only place inside the Aust. War Memorial to get something to eat or drink. Despite this experience I would go there again as the food and coffee was good.

I have been coming here for years and it seems like this cafe has slowly gone down hill for me. They have recently changed the menu and dropped some of my favourite choices, again (chicken burger and super salad) 😥 maybe a new chef 🤔 They have lost key staff so the feel is different and it's like i am a stranger after so many years. Now that my usual choices are gone I ordered a pie and chips. The pie arrived straight away and was cold then the chips arrived for dessert after I had finished. Disappointed

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a iced chocolate and spinach and ricotta roll, could already see 3 of them cooked and sitting under the warmer. It took 25 minutes for the iced chocolate to come to the table, and they forgot to simply put the roll on the plate and give it to me, they forgot and gave away the other 3 rolls to customers who came and ordered after me. They replaced the roll with a meat pie which was replica to a frozen cheap meat pie. Also really overpriced. $7.50 for the pie!

Avoid this cafe if you can. Terrible customer service. Poor management Average food The cafe was really busy when we arrived, we waited happily. However, the customer service person, barista were not friendly and proactive on their work. Just seemed to panic a lot. Food was cooked and average (or lower)

First time I've eaten here since the new management took over months ago and the service was prompt, the coffee was good (lovely change) and the fish and chips with a side of salad was delicious. A very pleasant change from previous experiences.

Coming from the service industry, I was appalled with the lack of service and state of the Cafe. Staff couldn't be bothered, in fact one took forever to give me change & when she did it was all coins. No apology either. Other staff would walk past tables and not clean them as they go by. Sorry they really let the memorial down.

Standard cafe fare, reasonably priced. Staff cheerful and friendly, orders quickly served. Adequately serves the purpose at the Australian War Memorial in Canbrra.
