Best hotel service in town. Was very helpful: stored my luggage until the next day. Asked for a bottle of water, the receptionist gave me 2:) Rooms are clean, the view is astonishing, the spa is the best. Highly recommended!

Good place. All the basics covered. Clean, everything you need in the rooms, good location for business or pleasure around the city. The staff are courteous, but not experienced and things can fall through the cracks.

Great hotel with a city and sea view. Restaurant on top floor is wonderful.

First of all the breakfast spread is very very limited. Moreover people don’t speak English at all, it’s so difficult to communicate. Hotel of such nature needs to have more prompt people at reception. Moreover this is not a proper hotel set up more of a service apartment system. Reception services to be improved and looked upon.

Excellent place to stay. 10 minutes walk to Nizami Street and sea-side. Rooms are specious. Good breakfast options. Clean and well furnished rooms with all five star amenities. Helpful receptionist. For the VAT certificate, make sure to get the government official document. The one provided by the hotel was useless. Overall , it was a good and comfortable stay.

Wow! Most comfortable spacious rooms. Had everything we wanted. Beds were super kings size and very comfortable. Bathroom was big and had big area for sofa and tables. Modern decor too. |We had 3 rooms booked next to each other with our own private hallway. |Breakfast was tasty and plenty. Staff very helpful. Steam room was not working and indoor swimming pool was bit cold in temperature to enjoy. Every evening we enjoyed the bar area and played cards and did not feel this was a business hotel. The location was perfect for walking on the promenade and lots of lovely restaurants near by. |Overall very relaxing stay.

Excellent coffee, good place for meetings on 19th floor.

Everything is just perfect! Rooms are huge and I really enjoyed the sea view.
