The Landon Bay Harbor- Miami Beach

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. It’s located in a very central area, which was super convenient, and for the location, the price was very reasonable. The front desk staff during the morning and afternoon shifts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was in great condition and quite comfortable. While the bathroom could have been cleaner, it wasn’t terrible — just not spotless. Considering the price and location, it was still a good value. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but even without it, the stay was decent. Also, the room didn’t have any bad smells, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d stay here again if I need something affordable and well-located.

The service I received was amazing. Staff was always nice and friendly. Every time I needed something, they were able to accommodate. Housekeeping did an awesome job in refreshing my room. Location was nice, even though I didn't experience much of it. Now the room. Nice size, very clean but I didn't like that there weren't any plugs by the bed. And the AC was closer to the foot of the bed than the head. Just my preference. Would have been nice if the room had blackout curtains instead of shades. Bed was a little too firm for me but was still bearable. If you looking for great service and housekeeping, then this is the hotel for you, but if you want a room where you actually control when the sunlight comes in or you got to have plugs by the bed or the AC isn't hitting you right, this hotel is not for you. I'm a room person, so I more than likely wouldn't stay again, but everything else was amazing

I booked this hotel a couple of weeks ago in an occasion of a family’s reunion. My wife and me decided to make a reservation near the area due the quiet neighborhood and what a surprise!: This is a very cozy and great little hotel with an excellent service and staff. I am pretty sure the management is very knowledgeable and qualified cause the hotel is organized and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping always helpful. The breakfast area is quite small but cute, clean and I do appreciate there is always coffee 24 hours! Thanks. I will book this hostel again. There are great restaurants in the area and next door one, The Palm is excellent! Another thing is the hotel has a parking and is free! Good deal. I recommend The Landon 100%!

As others mentioned, the location is excellent, the hotel is clean and service great. Parking is definitely a problem- there is a public lot behind the hotel And it makes you wonder why the hotel can’t agree with the city to use it overnight ? I watched a very nice SUV back into the entrance steps during the day, and we played musical cars at night to park in the front unloading bay. Happy hour was great! There is no pool but that’s reflected in the price in my opinion. Everything is walkable and the free bagels/toast and coffee in the morning was helpful. My only real complaint is that the pillows were massive and hard to, but bed super soft.

Positive: Recommend! I?ll be back! This hotel was in a safe, beautiful location and walkable to the beach. Staff was great and room was good sized. Negative: The hotel could do a little better job cleaning in some places, but really minor compared to the value. I?ll be back.

Nice hotel with clean and modern rooms. Parking is tight and a few restaurants nearby in a safe area. Hotel does not have an elevator so you will need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs but service was great!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to Miami. The hotel is very clean and close to the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly. Special shout out to the front desk girl Clare, she was so friendly, welcoming and was so helpful if we have any questions. Definitely recommend this hotel, the price was reasonable as well!
