The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences (Gold Coast, Queensland) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Every room has a view at the Langham, Gold Coast. In fact it’s an understatement in many cases: some of the rooms are spacious three-bedroom apartments, and many of the views are dazzling, dizzying panoramas of the Pacific. The Langham’s first property in Queensland brings the brand’s signature sophistication to the Glitter Strip, and while the luxury hotel group isn’t breaking new ground with this modern high-rise, there’s something to be said for doing all the little (and big) things right. An ocean-facing lagoon-style pool with a swim-up bar, a gorgeous spa, and a cool café right on the beach are among the attractions." - Tablet Hotels

I love staying with Langham so I was excited to try The Langham Gold Coast. From the moment I arrived, the service was genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of seating and easy beach access, but the water was a bit cold for my liking. The spa massage was very good and the breakfast buffet had an impressive variety. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond, making the whole experience memorable.

We indulged in a high tea full of beautiful savoury and sweet delicacies. The setting was beautiful. The service amazing. The only negative was the scones which were dry and hard. Personally, I would have been ashamed to have served them. The server did bring us a new lot, but they were minimally better than the previous ones. Other than this, it was truly lovely.

We had a chance to try out the drinks at the Lobby Bar at the Langham and I gotta say. They do know how to make those classic cocktails to complement the wonderful place that they have! In these days many Bars tend to not care about their drinks but this place elevates it back! The Negroni is wonderfully made and the guys at the Bar would even ask you about your preferred Gin and how it would taste like in the Negroni. Their Manager I believe it was Boch or Poch took his time explaining the nuancies of it. It took me back to my memories in New York with those top bars I've visited there. The staff on the floor were also very accommodating and the food selection was amazing as well! Matias was very charming and Kania was very helpful. This Bar has a perfect combination of Elegance and the vibe of a beloved Dive Bar that everyone appreciates rolled into one!

From the moment we arrived at The Langham Brisbane, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service is truly world-class—every staff member, from the front desk to the butlers, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning ocean view room, which made our stay even more memorable. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, even the baby cots were set up and super comfortable, Bub slept solid. Dining at The Langham was another highlight. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes. Every meal we had was expertly prepared and full of flavour. Overall, The Langham Brisbane exceeded all expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets warmth, and we can’t wait to return again with our bub. Highly recommended

Outstanding! This is the hotel to stay at on the Gold Coast. Make sure you opt for the buffet breakfast as it's one of the best. The room was beautiful and you just dont want to leave it. The lobby bar was relaxing and the prices aren't too silly either. The indoor pool was handy due to the weather and the gym is large with a great view out. Will definitely return.

We were blown away not just by the food but also by the team’s hospitality. Bem, Zeph and Igne was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The dim sum was a visual and culinary delight, beautifully crafted and full of flavor. ||The truffle and prawn dim sum is a standout dish, merely hinting at the many other delights on the menu

The Langham is in a great location on the beach with a beautiful walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. The rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom which was enormous and had a wonderful view. The kitchen facilities are good but if you plan to cook take oven trays and an ice tray for the freezer as it’s a typical set up (there but I imagine most don’t use). As a side the taps are so hard to turn on and off. They are very sleek round knobs, look lovely, but my son who is 8 had to be helped every time and we both found them annoying. Don’t get them in your house!! We stayed Easter long weekend and I would say this hotel is not ideal for a full occupancy period. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and we had a dirty face towel neatly folded in one bathroom which was pretty gross along with someone’s hair band in one of the sinks. They just would have had too many people to keep up to what is a high standard. The two pools also don’t cope with that many people they just aren’t big enough. They look way bigger online. We were grateful to fly to our next destination to have a swim as it was that busy we didn’t go in over 5 days. The outdoor pool is also next to the car pull up. It’s the same as all other hotels on Gold Coast but to me isn’t how luxury hotel pools should be (so I shouldn’t go back to Gold Coast basically). Longer stay guests in the lift say it’s a weekend thing at the hotel the busy vibe so a stay quieter in the week would be my suggestion as it is a nice hotel. Our biggest frustration was the lifts. You wait about 5 minutes most times sometimes longer. The towers are high and it’s just a fact of life which again would be much better when quieter. Room service is wonderful they set your beautiful table with generous portions and lovely food. This is luxury, the clientele range from lovely to snooty so it’s a good laugh as a family as well to experience. The staff are lovely and adapt well to different dynamics. Definitely recommend for a weekday or off season stay.

Elegant hotel inside-out with very modern rooms! Excellent location (approximately 20-30minutes walk from Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach). The hotel is in between these tourist spots with shops and restaurants. The beach is around 6minutes walk too! Great amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, gym) - very clean and secured for hotel guests Rooms are spacious, clean, and perfectly designed. We got a balcony with 2 lounge sofas, overlooking the beach and the city! Spectacular view! Comfortable beds, relaxing ambiance, and even the bathroom lights can be dimmed for a mood! Overall, we had an outstanding stay!!
