I had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, and the interior was absolutely gorgeous. There were beautiful flowers placed all around, which made everything feel even more charming. But the best part? The breathtaking view from our room! We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite on the 43rd floor, which had a long hallway, a spacious living and dining area, and three bathrooms. The terrace was the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy the ocean view—it was pure bliss. The pool and gym were also spotless and well-maintained. The indoor pool had this calming meditation-style music playing, which made it extra relaxing. The gym was open 24/7, and the locker room even had a sauna. The outdoor pool had a jacuzzi, and there was even a DJ, which made for a fun vibe. Overall, it was such a memorable stay, and the stunning views from our room will stay with me forever!

Our family spent five nights here for a relaxing holiday. The room was large with ocean views, a balcony and a huge bath. Housekeeping were great servicing the room twice a day. Special thanks to Nic who gave chocolates to our children once at turn-down. Staff at Akoya were pleasant and the food was nice. We loved how close the hotel was to the beach and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and indoor pool. The poolside bar food was delicious especially the poke bowls. ||A few issues we had included the cost of in-room dining being three times the cost of the Melbourne Langham. Secondly, having to wait 35mins each morning for a takeaway coffee at the cafe. I feel they could have a second area just for coffee/drinks etc. Lastly, the spa was a wonderful temperature for our first 3 nights. However, I'm not sure if it was turned down or the heat pump stopped working but it was 10 degrees colder making it unsuable. Otherwise, most staff were polite and friendly, making our holiday enjoyable.

The Langham is the best hotel offering I have experienced on the Gold Coast. The rooms are always impeccable. Clean, well kept, new, and the amenities are great. I have stayed in all from the Hinterland room, Ocean View, Junior and Executive suites, all offering different levels of luxury for the occasions my wife and I have stayed. The facilities are great with an outdoor pool for sun lounging and cocktails, and the indoor magnesium pool for recovery sessions after using the massive gym overlooking the beach and ocean! We visited the Chuan Spa on our last stay and that was also a very different, but relaxing massage focused on traditional Chinese techniques (so I’m told). The food offerings are fantastic as well. Only one thing to watch, during holiday periods The Langham can get quite busy. But all in all, I love this place!

I recently stayed at the langham Gold Coast and had the most amazing experience which was luxurious and a haven for our senses. The hotel itself was stunning, with top-notch amenities and beautiful decor. The magnesium pool was a delight to unwind in at the end of the night, the gym was exceptional with a delightful view of the ocean. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service from manager Jake. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Upon arrival he gave us a tour of the hotel and the facilities at his own pleasure. It really made us feel welcome and a great way to start our relaxing holiday .The room we stayed in was incredible, kept clean, and re-stocked daily with the amenities we needed. Staff were lovely, and always so helpful. We also loved the daily breakfast included in our stay, with a great variety of meals. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. 5 star rating from us. We look forward to returning

For what you pay, we expected a little more. Beautiful hotel , great location. We had very windy weather so the beach was not an option. The pool is too small for the amount of guests - it was a scrum for poolside seats- it got heated with guests. We had to call reception 3 times to get the door lock fixed- it was perpetually buzzing, we eventually wedged a face cloth in the door to stop the noise. It was still not fixed even after they came out. The hotel refunded our valet parking to compensate. Our room unfortunately was not great , considering the cost. We looked onto concrete like balcony - maybe soften the area with plants and to block the view of other apartments. Breakfast buffet was excellent. But won’t spend that amount of money for what we got , again.

Just delightful. Everyone is so accommodating and lovely. Vibes are a 10/10. Breakfast is pretty nice (pastries and breads could be better for the price) but the rooms are gorgeous, housekeeping is excellent, pool is a perfect combination of lively yet relaxing. Really happy we booked here and we will be coming back. Only advice is to book in an off season otherwise the pool is really noisy.

Loved our stay at the Langham! Yes it’s windy but you learn quick during the part of day where the sun is blocked to pop down to the sea and come back up to the pool later in the day. Relaxing visit with excellent service and incredible rooms!

I’m not sure about this place - writing this review on my second day here. The hotel facilities and rooms are objectively lovely - very modern and well kept but I’ve had a number of things happen in the last 24hours that I wouldn’t expect from a 5* luxury hotel. 1. There are barely any umbrellas around the pool area and I went to the beach to sit on a deckchair that was covered. A pool staff member came up to me 5 minutes later and just said “move” as these cost €200 and you haven’t paid. The staff member could have been a lot nicer given I had no idea you had to pay €200!! For a deckchair. I then asked if there was a place to have an umbrella by the pool she said no because “the place was busy”. I come back from walking around to find some shade to see another group get given an umbrella for their sunbeds at the pool. I don’t quite understand why I was treated differently and why it is deemed so strange to ask for some shade in 30 degree heat? 2. We paid for a deluxe sea view king room and checked in at 3pm to find no sea view at all. Went back down to reception who did agree to move us straight away but it took another 1.5 hours for that room to be ready (despite check in being 3pm)! 3. Finally came to our sea view room to find blood and other stains on our bed sheets. Called reception from the room to ask for these to be changed. I had to call back after an hour as housekeeping had still not arrived despite being told initially they were coming straight away. These little things, mainly service, do take away from the luxury experience you expect from the Langham brand.
