The Langham, Jakarta

We just completed our stay at The Langham Jakarta, we had two connecting rooms through the Amex Fine hotels and resorts collection. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful and clean and feels like a palace, but what really made the stay special and made us feel special was the amazing staff at this hotel. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth and the staff was always warm and welcoming with exceptional attention to detail. Our favorite part were the breakfasts, the staff, especially Raquel and Sisca always remembered our names and all of the family drink orders after the first day, and were always watching to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were completely happy, which we always were! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Asia in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Jakarta, but we have never felt as welcomed and cared for as at The Langham. I also want to recognize Mr. Fikri who cleaned and organized our room and did an amazing job. He came twice a day and even took care of our messy charging cables with some cable ties. Finally, I would like to thank Yogi and the awesome Concierge staff that was there for anything we needed and helped us with a currency exchange, multiple deliveries, and handling our bags, they made the stay very smooth and easy for us. I also utilized my FHR credit on a nice reflexology massage from the Chuan Spa which was very pleasant and relaxing. We will certainly come back to the Langham again on our next trip. Thanks again to many staff who helped us and made our holiday great!

Just because I do love CHING-HAN YAO, ALLEN YAO & I do love Kris Dirgantara, TARA YONICO.||||We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at The Langham Jakarta. A special thank you to PRADA ANDRE, we call him “A PRADA MAN” at the front desk, who made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. ANDRE PRADANA arranged a lovely room upgrade for our HONEYMOON which made the trip even more special.||||The CITY view from our room was absolutely breathtaking but room size is TOO SMALL for us, especially I came from SYDNEY AUSTRALIA with 3 suitcases haha.||||We also really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. It was relaxing and came with great views of the city & CLUB LOUNGE. Dang! Thanks for PUTRA, MEGA, JOEY, & Veny who gave us “FAMILY VIBES” they make me to feel like OUR HOME, home for the PEOPLE WHO ❤️ EACH OTHER.||||Breakfast was decent with plenty of options, and room service was just as satisfying. Throughout the stay, the staff were very friendly and attentive.||||Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in INDONESIA. My stay at The Langham Jakarta was truly enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive from start to finish. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. A special thanks goes to Jonathan, who gave me a warm welcome and helped me get to know the hotel better. He kindly offered a short tour and shared useful information about the facilities. His helpful attitude and clear communication made my stay even better. The property is beautifully designed and very peaceful — an ideal place to relax. I left feeling refreshed and would love to return in the future.

It was amazing. All the staff made sure to make me feel at home and met all my expectations and beyond. Special thanks to Eki and Kahfi at the concierge space. Also there’s a lady in the breakfast section who was specially attentive to details (but I didn’t ask her name), she gave me my favorite juice as soon as I arrived to the table. True 5 star service!

This wasn’t my first stay—I’ve returned a few times now, and each experience has been consistently excellent.||||Its location in the heart of SCBD, right next to the mall, is ideal—everything you need is just steps away.||||The room was, as always, exquisite. I especially love the bed linen—the sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable, making it hard to leave the bed in the morning.||||The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, adding a personal touch that makes every stay feel special.||||A refined escape in the city—I’ll definitely be back again.

Dining at Tom’s each morning was a delight — the breakfast spread was not only extensive but thoughtfully curated, offering a perfect start to each day. In the evenings, Artesian provided a stylish escape with expertly crafted cocktails and a phenomenal panoramic view of the Jakarta skyline — an absolute must-visit. We also had an unforgettable dinner at Morimoto, where every dish was a masterpiece of Japanese culinary artistry. From the service to the dining to the ambiance, The Langham Jakarta exceeded every expectation. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and truly memorable stay in Jakarta.

Amazing Experience , Best Hotel in Jakarta! From the moment we arrived, everything at The Langham Jakarta was truly exceptional. I’ve stayed at many places around the world, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The restaurant and food were excellent, the spa and pool were amazing, and the hotel design and atmosphere were top-class. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff always kind, helpful, and available 24/7. We asked for many things during our stay, travel arrangements, booking flights, tours, transportation, luggage handling, laundry, and reservations, and the concierge team responded in less than a minute, every single time. Communication through WhatsApp was quick and super convenient. A special thank you to Eveline, Venncy, and David from the concierge team. Their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The location also was great. Close to shopping malls. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely return to The Langham on my next visit to Jakarta.

This hotel provides a comfortable and clean stay, perfect for a leisure trip or special occasions like a wedding anniversary. The room is spacious with a clean and spotless bathroom, a comfortable bed, and useful amenities like a mini bar, Nespresso machine, and safety box. The restaurant offers excellent food with great variety, including international dishes and local treats like jamu and cotton candy. The location is central, making it easy to explore nearby malls and food courts. The check-in process is quick and easy, and the hotel staff provides great cleaning service and special arrangements for celebrations. However, there are some minor downsides. We were unable to find out how the bathtub faucet diverter work at first, and the TV sometimes glitches. The mini bar has limited options and is not complimentary. While the swimming pool is clean with good facilities, it is not very large or exciting for kids. Noise from trolleys in the rooms above can sometimes be heard, but it is not a major issue. Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, with great service, food, and location making it a good choice for a relaxing stay.
