The Langham, Shenzhen

We had a wonderful stay at the Langham Shenzhen. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and pleasant. The atmosphere was warm, the facilities were good, and the service was outstanding. Our sincere thanks to Cynthia for her professionalism, thoughtfulness and attention to detail, she is an incredible asset to the hotel and even the team that she leads are amazing. Jenny, Gina and many others we encountered were all lovely. We loved the lounge and the entire experience was truly enjoyable and effortless. We had nothing to worry about during our stay, we were well looked after and we look forward to returning again.

Thank you, The Langham, Shenzhen for another flawless stay.||My mom and I arrived at the hotel early at 11am hoping to drop off the luggage so we could go have our dim sum lunch easily. ||Surprisingly, Vans provided us with early check in which allowed my mom to freshen up and start the birthday celebration trip with a smile. He was so professional, knowledgeable and detail minded that he chose to let us get in the room before having the Guest Relation officer to decorate our room.||The Club team was delivering their impeccable service as always. As we walked into the Club Lounge, we were greeted by Ryan whom I could remember from my previous stay. He was very polite and attentive. I remember once he even noticed a bit of tea leaves in my cup when he was pouring the Osmanthus tea and he asked me if he should pour another cup. He truly paid attention to details. ||Another Club staff I found very pleasant and professional was Joanne. She was so kind to remember me from my previous stays and welcome me back with a smile. We had a brief but very good chat.||As we returned to the hotel room after our dim sum lunch, my mom was so happy to see the Happy Birthday wording in red rose petals on the bed and it must be very hard work to put that together. Thanks again.||My mom never expected any staff to say Happy birthday to her, however all the above staff obviously made good use of the information I provided prior to the stay and provided my mom with their heartfelt wishes.||On the day we departed, we decided to buy three cakes from the cake shop on 2/F.||As we had planned a day out and would return to the hotel close to 7pm to pick up the stored luggage and the cakes, the most impressive staff this stay, Lydia very patiently served from the heart. She suggested certain cakes that she could make later in the afternoon with fresh ingredients. She knew that I would have to carry the cakes all the way back to Hong Kong. The cakes were nicely put in a box with numerous ice pads in very presentable insulated bags to keep the cakes nice and cool. They still tasted fresh from the kitchen as they arrived home two hours from the time of pick-up. ||Last but not least, it was great to meet Vans again and both he and Cora checked if we were satisfied with the stay which was perfect. Vans even gave us a tin of biscuits that added icing on the sugar. ||Well trained staff and great communication between staff members were the key to guest satisfaction.

I’ve been staying at The Langham Shenzhen for extended business trips, and it truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the team have stood out in every interaction.||||A special thank you to Cynthia, Jenny, Gina, and Ryan — each of them has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care perfectly reflect the Langham spirit.||||The rooms are spacious and relaxing, the fitness facilities are excellent, and the Club Lounge offers a peaceful space to unwind at the end of the day with great food and attentive service.||||Whether traveling for business or leisure, The Langham Shenzhen delivers exceptional comfort and hospitality. It continues to be one of my favorite places to stay anywhere in China, and I look forward to returning soon.

Everything is perfect just that I am not too use to the high tech room 🤣 but I have just adjusted and now I have to leave 😂 I did a little sketch as a little appreciation for the unsung heroes of Langham. The pink car for the concierge, the tea set for the F&B, the pool & pavilion plus the angels for the fitness & spa as I did went to the gym everyday 😄 & finally the building for the management. My story with The Langham began back in 2012 when our company celebrated Christmas in its gorgeous halls. I still remember that glamorous night.This time, 13 years later, I decided to stay at the hotel for my birthday, and it was the best decision I could’ve made.Firstly, I got a corner room, distant from the elevators, on an upper floor—everything I wished for. The room was unbelievably spacious, with a long corridor, and the bathroom was huge too.I loved the furniture, decor, and style—it is so classy and elegant, exactly as it should be in a hotel with a long history.With its old-money interior style, the room was equipped with up-to-date features such as a speaker with an inbuilt phone charger, a clock, an alarm, automatic curtains, an awesome smart TV, and a coffee maker.I noticed no odors, although I had read many comments about them. The service was outstanding in every way!The fantastic swimming pool had great facilities like a jacuzzi and bubble baths. The sauna was one of a kind, featuring a hot/wet steam room and a snail shower experience—definitely check it out!The dining was incredible as well. I had afternoon tea in The Palm Court, accompanied by live piano music. I loved breakfast, which offered every meal you could imagine.I especially enjoyed spending time at the Perch bar, where they provided a complimentary drink and served great food. The atmosphere felt like a gentlemen's club or a castle.After 2.5 days at The Langham, I can confidently say there’s no need to choose from a long list of 5-star hotels; this one meets every kind of customer's expectations!Thank you for the hospitality and the fabulous birthday cake, along with the rose petals spelling out "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on the bed!

My recent stay at The Langham Shenzhen was nothing short of spectacular. This hotel truly embodies luxury and delivers an outstanding experience on every level.* Preeminent Luxury: First and foremost, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. . The design is elegant and sophisticated, blending classic Langham charm with modern flair. The ambiance throughout the public areas and my room was exquisite and instantly relaxing.* Outstanding Service: The service was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive concierge and efficient housekeeping, every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to assist. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.* Excellent Connectivity:Internet was excellent– fast, reliable, and free throughout the hotel, which was crucial for both work and leisure. A major convenience was the hotel being seamlessly connected to a high-end shopping mall. This made exploring retail, dining, and entertainment options incredibly easy without stepping outside.* Superb Leisure Facilities: The pool area is stunning – a true oasis. Clean, beautifully designed, and perfect for a refreshing swim or relaxing poolside. The gym is highly functional, well-equipped with modern machines, and spacious enough for a proper workout, catering well to fitness needs.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham Shenzen. We want to give a big shoutout to the concierge Mike who was kind, professional and made us feel like we were at home. He always offered us help with a friendly smile on his face. Although we only stayed one night, Mike made a lasting impression on us and it was actually sad to say goodbye to him. The Langham is always our top choice when staying in Shenzhen. It's perfect for a staycation. The staff are lovely and always willing to assist. The pool is great for young kids and families. The spa services are wonderful!There was one issue with the mirror attached to the wall. If you touched it, it would give an electric shock- not ideal with younger kids in the room.
