The Lawson Riverside Suites

Very clean, huge room. A little dated (my taps in shower and sink a little hard to turn off completely) but this is outweighed with the value for money which was excellent. Located around the corner from major shopping centre. Was very happy and would definitely stay again if in the area. Bed was extremely comfortable! Either I had no neighbours (doubtful) or soundproofing was out of this world. I barely heard a peep all night.

What a wonderful stay we had with The Lawson Riverside Suites. We were made to feel welcome from beginning (while arranging the booking) to the end of our stay by the beautiful lady I first spoke to on the phone and the lady that checked us in :). The room was very spacious, super clean and very quiet. We did not hear any traffic noise or other quests . The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was effective and quiet. The bathroom was very spacious and could easily fit two people trying to get ready for an event. The room had all the equipment needed for a short or longer term stay. What I found really cute was a little complimentary breakfast bag (Cereal, fruit cup and juice) for our first morning. And for those that wear make up, this accommodation has even thought ahead there. As part of the usual soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sanitary bag, shower cap.... There is even some make up wipes AND a grey face washer specifically for make up removal. Perfect. I always felt guilty using white face cloths (even after removing my make up fully).

Loved everything about our stay at The Lawson. Spacious, spotless room, super comfy bed, and a peaceful riverside location. Staff were warm and helpful, and the kitchenette and breakfast pack were great extras. Close to everything, with easy parking. Genuinely could not fault our experience, would definitely stay again.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in a Riverside Balcony Queen Suites. It was reasonably quiet and very private. The Suite is very clean and spacious. The location is walking distance to the main street where all the cafes, restaurants and shops are. A small breakfast is included. Cereal, orange juice and coffee/tea.

Excellent location well appointed rooms. Hosts were gracious and accommodating and solved a problem for us graciously and generously. Clean, comfortable easy access. On the river so all the walks around are lovely and town centre an easy walk into. Highly recommend and will certainly stay there again. FYI the breakfast is pretty darn good.

We stayed 3 nights at the Lawson Riverside. Excellent accommodation, with kitchenette, extra large room and a private, quiet balcony. A close walk to town, we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here! Exceptionally friendly staff, spotlessly clean and spacious room with full kitchenette, comfy bed, and thoughtful amenities. The location is perfect: riverside trails, local restaurants, and theatres within easy reach. Highly recommended!

A gem of a place. Huge room, very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, staff friendly and I even got a complimentary barista coffee in the morning along with my included continental breakfast pack in the room.||Location is good, easy to find and walking distance to the main part of town.||100% would stay again.
