Happy New Year 2026 Our stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi was short but exceptional, beginning with a beautiful traditional welcome featuring a lamp and tilak, which set a wonderful tone for the trip. The staff’s hospitality was a major highlight; they were incredibly attentive and provided helpful, personalized shopping recommendations, making our local excursions much easier. Special thanks to Aryan, Karishma and Team. At Café Knosh, the dining experience was equally impressive, with a lavish breakfast buffet and amazing food choices. Every meal featured a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered perfectly to our tastes. The combination of world-class facilities and genuine warmth truly makes this hotel stand out. This is a place to revisit and our hotel of choice!!! Highly recommended.

I was here to attend a research conference. On the ground floor, the hotel has 2 concierges (one at the east entrance and one at the west entrance), and several conference halls between the 2 entrances where the conference is conducted. The hotel receptions and restaurants (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets) are on level 3. The staffs are very polite and my room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The food served in the restaurants and also during the conference was fantastic. WiFi coverage in my room and the conference halls was good and stable. There is a shopping mall (Cross River Mall) 5 minutes away from the hotel with plenty of dining options. The hotel is a bit difficult to reach with public transport (the nearest metro station is 15 minute walk away) but one can easily order a taxi (check with the concierge on the gate number when ordering a taxi, as the hotel has several gates). Overall I had a good stay here.

Just stayed there for quick stay on the way to somewhere else even during such a short stay i was really impressed by the service provided by the whole team. Specially the restaurant team Chef Himanshu was really nice and accommodating, always giving his special dishes, as well as Chef Prisha as i was suffering from cold she went out of their way to help me. All of the staff were really nice and accommodating. Really appreciate our sty there would recommend everybody to stay here even for short and quick stays.

I had been very disappointed and had worst experience with Leela. Leela and Connoisseur club only knows how to chop The hard earned money out of their guests pockets but completely fails in providing services . My husband renewed his membership with leela through Connoisseur club , and at the time of renewing membership he clearly stated that He used to stay out of the country . For the reason an add on card on my name was issued so that Me and my children can avail the benefits of this membership in a hassle free manner. Today i had been there for lunch to use my Sunday brunch voucher but i was clearly denied to use the voucher on the basis that the voucher is on my Husband’s name. I tried to explain them that my membership number is clearly mentioned on the same voucher i want to use but i was completely not allowed. I was failed to make them understand that i cannot call upon my husband to leave his all important jobs only to use the voucher Earlier, 4 days back My husband mailed them to book the rooms mentioned in the vouchers we had, in revert he recieved the mail that currently the rooms are not available. Further we checked on different Hotels booking Apps and found that rooms of same category which are mentioned on our vouchers andwhat we asked them to book , are still available . See its not the matter of having food and availing the rooms but itsthe matter of ethics, morality , reliability and Empathy. At the time of offering membership , you seems to be very helpful and make all promises only to sale your membership cards but when it comes to fulfill your commitments, i am very sorry to say that you guys are failed enough in providing services and restoring your 7-8 years old customership. I had left all my complementary vouchers with leela staff at their restaurant only , atleast they will enjoy from my side I truly recommend my other family members, friends and general public to not to waste your hard earned money on their fake membership offers. When you will be going to avail their benefits, you will be clearly denied to use their vouchers on any baseless reasons. Leela Membership is totally waste.

Overall experience was absolutely awesome. The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star standards. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The property is well maintained, and the quality of service was excellent throughout. Highly recommende

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, the food was exceptional, and the facilities were excellent. Although the rooms were slightly dated, they still felt comfortable and luxurious. Special mentions: Aamod at check-in was absolutely brilliant throughout our entire stay, even treating us to complimentary access to the Club Café. Sanju and Sohan were also fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Rajdeep, the assistant restaurant manager, took great care with my nut allergy and made sure we were always well looked after. He frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and even surprised us with a farewell cake. He also gave us some thoughtful remedies for my grandma’s illness, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The rooms were older then what we expected to be honest the rooms look more like a 4 start then 5 star. Chef himanshu at cafe knosh was absolutely amazing, he made us special dishes every morning he would ask what I wanted and would come out with something creative. Amod also really helped us in the process of changing our rooms to one without mold and stains.

I had a really great experience at the Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel looked after throughout my stay. Anything I needed was handled quickly, and their communication was always clear and polite. The room was spacious, clean, and genuinely comfortable — exactly what you hope for in a five-star hotel. The overall vibe of the place was calm and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable hotel experience.
