Had an excellent experience at The Leela Ambiance! The room was spacious and luxurious, making our stay truly memorable. The property's ambiance was elegant and sophisticated. While the services were generally great, there were a few instances where things could be improved. Perhaps a bit more attention to detail and promptness would take it to the next level. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend The Leela Ambiance to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. Looking forward to our next visit!

Had an amazing staycation at Leela Ambi Gurgaon. The Overall experience was great and my kids enjouyed a lot. Especially the Pool & related services, and the food. ||From the point of entry - a warm welcome by Dinesh ji at the porch to a smooth checkin experience. ||Special thanks to the HK team for keeping the room clean & hygenic. Manager Sandeep, Siddharth, associates Sukant & Deepak were on their toes to provide a great experience. ||The food quality & spread at Brekafast at Spectra was amazong. The Chef - Bobby, had maintained a great taste for indian food. Steward Ashish was great at providing service (table 43) ||One thing worth mentioning is the responsible attitute of Life Guard Sumit at the pool. There were a few families with young kids in the pool. Thought these kids had tubes etc being monitored by their family. Sumit was very vigilant and every now & then close to the pool boundries just in case his services be required. ||The pool, jaccuzi and sauna steam were all good. one SUGGESTION - you should install one small clothes dryer (spinner) in the shower rooms to dry up the wet clothes. It will take 1feet x 1 feet by 4 feet (H) and can fit 1-2 clothes only. But it is a great convenience for the guests, to carry dry clothes to the room.||Pre checkin experience with DM Stuti & Lakshit was great.|||Look forward to staying again

This is a bad hotel. I am confused about the other ratings. They double charged me for the room. They didn’t have my room ready even though I arrived a day later than I was due. The room was dirty - old bits of food on the floor, stains in the sofa and chairs, bed absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke (allegedly a non smoking room), greasy door handle, fingerprints on glasses. I complained at front desk the next morning on check out but they did nothing about it. I will say the massage I had in the spa was very good. But I absolutely would not recommend the hotel (Oberoi was good).

We had such a lovely experience at the restaurant! Chef Ali’s food was absolutely delicious – every dish had so much flavor and felt made with real care. You can tell he puts his heart into his cooking. A special thank you also to Vivek, our server, who was so kind, attentive, and made us feel really comfortable throughout. Together they made our night memorable, and we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Spacious rooms, well lit and good view. In room dining was also very good. Enjoyed the stay. Staff were very courteous, accommodating and friendly in general. A bit far from the airport which means you could encounter traffic at times but other than that i think everything was great

Dear Viewers 😀 Very Good luxury option for staycation in Delhi NCR Ambiance mall access option is good as you can do shopping and try different food at restaurant and food court area and good play option for kids as well. Security measure is good High standard security check with car and luggage scanner. Hazel free check-in at reception as all the staff is good and helpful. Warm welcome with smile cosy feeling Ambiance is good from lobby to room Room size is good and spacious bath area with bath tub and good amenities of high standard. Restaurant situated at ground floor, Good ambiance delicious F&B with large variety of food with various veg and non-veg options in buffet. Apart from the food must try their Mocktails and Cocktails which are not including in buffet. Kids play area option is good along with feed room facility if you are with infant located at 1st floor 🔴 Swimming pool location is not good as while going to use the pool you have to crosse their banquet and party halls, parties are going on brand lancing their products, feel embarrassed while crossing that area as you are in swim clothes not comfortable for all. Overall good experience cosy feeling good vibes.

Our booking was handled by Ms. Alexandra, who ensured everything went smoothly—special thanks to her for the thoughtful arrangements.||The food was excellent, especially the Asian and Japanese sections. Highly recommended if you're looking for great cuisine paired with outstanding service.

Stayed here a week ago and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is beautifully maintained with a luxurious and peaceful ambience. The food was excellent especially the multicuisine options, which were delicious and well-presented. The health club is well-equipped and clean, perfect for a good workout. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
