The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences - Millennium City's Only Lifestyle Hotel & Residences

Words can not express how amazing my stay was at The Leela Ambiance. I just completed a 7 day stay and it was a perfect excellent visit. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The place is well kept and maintained along with having great facilities like the restaurants, pastry shop and pool. But for me the best thing about this place was the amazing staff who from the moment I arrived welcomed me and treated me with so much high class and were super attentive to me on anything and everything I needed. I was just amazed that everyone starting with the manager on duty, the security personnel, parking attendants and literally every single staff member that was in the lobby, went to personally say bye and wish me a safe journey home. Thank you to the entire staff at The Leela Ambiance for making my first ever trip to New Delhi be one that I will never forget and I look towards returning back soon.

My wife and I stayed at The Leela, Gurugram for 10 nights. We enjoyed an upgrade to the Royal Club room and enjoyed all the benefits , except the Royal Club Lounge.|Ramesh looked after our room extremely well. We checked in just after midnight and were greeted by Jyoti in reception, who was welcoming. The room was lovely and had enough power points. Durgesh and several other managers on the floors always kept asking if we needed anything. The location for the airport (20-30 mins) and Delhi 1-2 hours by car were convenient. The breakfast is truly wonderful with something for everyone. There was live sitar and tabla music in the lobby one day which was very nice. The concierge staff are fantastic - Rahul. Pritesh and Aman to name three. In particular, Rahul goes above and beyond expectations whether arranging transport; helping with Indian apps; advising where to get passport photos; copying some documents and patiently listening to any issue to provide a solution. |Minor problem - We were unable to increase the room temp above 23C.||The route to the Ambience Mall is not internally connected. Instead, one has to walk outdoors and it is a 3 - 4 minute walk. It is down a car ramp ( from the front of the hotel and you have to get back up on return, which may be a problem with those with mobility or cardiovascular issues. My main problem was that some cars are driven too closely. Although, there are 2 lanes on the ramp some drivers still chose the side with hotel guests on it. Either have someone to marshall the cars and ensure guest safety and/or make a separate proper path.

I’ve been staying at Leela Ambience for the past four years and always experienced amazing service. Currently staying here as well, and once again the hospitality has been excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Shikha Shukla and Mr. Yogesh for going above and beyond in helping organize my friend’s 50th birthday — they made the celebration truly memorable.||That said, I feel the breakfast service could be improved. The restaurant staff seem quite new and don’t give much attention, even overlooking basic courtesies such as offering water, which left me feeling uncomfortable. A bit more attentiveness in the breakfast area would really bring the service up to the same high standard the rest of the hotel is known for.||Because of this, I am considering whether to continue with Leela Ambience or look at other destinations for my future stays.

I had a wonderful stay at The Leela Ambience. My room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the countryside, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Check in was wonderful too.||I especially want to recognize the incredible concierge team, and one gentleman in particular, Pritesh. We arrived very late, around 4:30 AM, after several travel delays and were quite anxious since we had an excursion booked for 7 AM.||To our surprise, Pritesh was there waiting for us. He greeted us with such warmth and immediately asked if we’d like to move our excursion, having already noticed our flight delay. His thoughtfulness and care were truly exceptional — he turned what could have been a stressful start into a moment of comfort and kindness. Thanks to him, our trip began on such a positive note and felt that much more special.

As the name of the property the hotel ambience was so good. I had a wonderful stay. During check-in and check-out, the hotel representative Ms.Nishtha supported and guided us well. And lounge and hotel cab facilities was so good with attractive menus and cars (like BMW). Overall great experience and l will refer to my circle. Thank you.

I recently stayed at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram for a couple of meetings and my 50th birthday fell during my work visit and I cannot thank the team enough for making me feel so celebrated and cared for. A heartfelt mention to Ms. Shikha Shukla, Devinder, Yogesh, and the Duty Manager, who went out of their way to create such a memorable experience. From the beautifully decorated room to the thoughtful cake surprise, every detail was handled with warmth and finesse. It was truly above and beyond, and I felt incredibly special. I would also like to thank them for working hand in hand with my dear friend Shivani Bhandari, who was part of the planning. Together, they ensured that the celebration carried a personal touch that I will never forget. This milestone birthday became even more magical thanks to the kindness, thoughtfulness, and effort of the Leela team. We absolutely love staying at The Leela and have been coming here for the past 10 years whenever we visit India. The staff are truly amazing — so kind, friendly, and always welcoming with beautiful smiles. I’d especially like to mention Divya and Varsha at the Spectra restaurant for their exceptional service and for even remembering my name — very impressive! Great hospitality from all staff and amazing selection of food during breakfast and in-room dining. Utmost convenience being situated next to the mall.||Heartfelt gratitude to the security, dining, housekeeping and concierge teams for making us feel welcome, taken care of, safe and secure even if we’re miles away from home. Very thankful that they packed us pastries several mornings due to an early start of my working day.||Definitely an ideal location when visiting Gurugram.
