Words can not express how amazing my stay was at The Leela Ambiance. I just completed a 7 day stay and it was a perfect excellent visit. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The place is well kept and maintained along with having great facilities like the restaurants, pastry shop and pool. But for me the best thing about this place was the amazing staff who from the moment I arrived welcomed me and treated me with so much high class and were super attentive to me on anything and everything I needed. I was just amazed that everyone starting with the manager on duty, the security personnel, parking attendants and literally every single staff member that was in the lobby, went to personally say bye and wish me a safe journey home. Thank you to the entire staff at The Leela Ambiance for making my first ever trip to New Delhi be one that I will never forget and I look towards returning back soon.

The pool is beautiful, and the gym is well-maintained with excellent equipment. A special highlight is the Royal Club—the cocktail hour is perfectly managed, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere that feels like your own living room, but with impeccable service.||Dining at The Leela is a treat. The breakfast spread covers everything you could wish for, and the dinner buffet offers dishes from every corner of the world. The restaurant service is excellent, and the nearby mall adds convenience for shopping and additional dining options.||Every visit to The Leela Ambience Gurugram is memorable. I truly recommend this property to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The Leela may look like luxury from online; however, all they care about is taking your money. Customer service is non-existent and they only do things to benefit their bottom line whilst not addressing the customer’s needs nor being flexible with any policies. Firstly, they charge you for a coffee when you ask for room service. I was not told this would be a charge. Secondly, they charged me for 3 nights I didn’t stay at the hotel although I gave them 24 hour notice. I even offered to stay another night to ensure they received the full funds that I was originally going to pay them, but they would not budge. The management doesn’t care about you, they just want your money. The rooms were average at best. They did have a great breakfast buffet, this was the highlight for me. All in all, don’t stay here and waste your time, go elsewhere to a place that values you and your input.

We hosted a corporate event at the Royal Room in Leela Banquet Hall, and the experience was very good. The ambience was nice, the space was large, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout.||Gurbir helped finalize the deal smoothly. Prem Khadka, our event manager, understood my vision well and managed all details including coordination with external vendors with great care. Himanshu ensured all operations ran on time and handled on-ground arrangements efficiently.||Rohit managed the music setup well, and the DJ and artists did a good job. Thanks to Leela for helping with the coordination. |The food was good, and service was prompt.||Special mentions to Parveen, Mahender, Akash, and Chef Pradeep for their support. The valets, servers, and other staff maintained professionalism, and the rooms, halls, and washrooms were clean and well-kept.||Overall, a smooth and well-managed experience. Would recommend for corporate events.

My stay at The Leela Ambience Gurugram far exceeded my expectations. From the traditional Indian welcome and refreshing drink to the staff dressed in traditional elegant Indian attire, it was a perfect introduction to luxury travel while in India.||The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of Indian, Asian and Western options, and my 75-minute spa massage was an experience in itself, deeply relaxing, thoughtful, and rooted in tradition. I left feeling more at ease than I have in years.||Every member of the team made me feel genuinely cared for from the concierge to the valet, they remembered my name and greeted me like family each time I entered or left. The hotel’s connection to the mall was an added convenience, making it easy to pick up anything I needed during my stay. This was my first touchdown in Gurugram India, and The Leela set the bar high. I look forward to returning again and again.

Stayed here and attended a wedding party at the hotel for 2 days. Everything was incredibly handled from valet, concierge to catering.|Plenty of staff who were all polite snd friendly and approachable, old school attitude but well mannered.|Housekeeping were prompt and services such as laundry were handled with exceptional speed. Breakfast was extensive across two restaurants and again, plenty of staff to cater any requests.|Rooms were clean, all amenities available, and lots of space.|As an event venue, spectacular too, lots of halls or decks and ballrooms, even a club in the basement.|Can't fault a single thing. Shout out to Tanvi on reception, and in fact all the staff, fully exemplary

Hotel is indeed beautiful. It's Ambience is awesome and upkeep and maintenance is perfect. Everything is very well manged. Staff is very courteous and always ready to help. Rooms are quite spacious with big bathrooms. Even toiletries are of very high quality. Breakfast was awesome, very wide spread layout with sumptuous dishes. Overall an awesome experience.
